Poole and Associates were great. The property was not clean. Towels smelled horrible. Outside entrance door would not latch. Dishes left in dishwasher. Just not clean.

Loved it here. Will definitely be back.

The landing was nice

Traveled with spouse and 3 kids, age 6, 14 and 16. Super comfy and spacious enough for us. Very tidy. Great AC! All appliances perfect. Beds were OK enough for 3 nights. Having a fold out sofa bed was convenient. A quick walk across the beach takes you right to the beach. Very nice pool and fishing pier. Super quiet. We loved it and will come back to the Landing again!

Took my daughters on a quick get away. Enjoyed the stay. I do believe the view of the lagoon at the pool was the best view of the sunsets. Beach access was a little bit of a walk for older folks but not a problem for the young active girls. Definitely will stay again.

Loved our vacation at Gulf Shores and our stay at the Landing 105 condo

This is a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. The quieter area on the west end, the lagoon and beach accessibility, charm of the units and overall value is well worth checking out. We love The Landing!

The cleaners need to clean better. Mold on shower curtain, bath rugs needed to be washed, very dusty and the trash can was nasty, needed to washed out from all the stuff that had leaked out from previous guest. Besides that very nice.

Our stay at The Landing 105 was great. We had a great view. The pool was nice and it was good to have access to the lagoon. It could have been little cleaner. It was the perfect size for 5 of us. The only thing we would have liked was an access to the beach. We had to walk a little ways down to get to it and my elderly mom was only able to go once bc she said the long walk with the heat was too much for her. We will definitely stay at The Landing again. :)

The only thing I can say is when you call the office for something to be fix don’t be in a hurry. I called the first five minutes of being there about a problem and six days later still wasn’t fixed.

The check-in process was really easy and the property manager is great at customer service. When we arrived at the property it was nothing like the pictures showed. It was run down, outdated and not very clean. There were holes in the bedroom/bathroom walls from the doorknobs, carpets in both bedrooms were filthy, the matters as in both rooms desperately need replacing, the dresser drawers in the master fell out easily and there was a two drawer nightstand in the second bedroom for a dresser. The wall in the dining area had gouged and marks from the chairs scraping it, the couch in the living room was all cracked and beat up and the kitchen pots and pans need replacing. There were a list of things that needed to be repaired right away and the property manager had the nicest repairman come over the day we made the issues known. Dealing with VRBO was easy and I would deal with them again, however I would caution them to make sure what they are posting is accurate so as to not disappoint guests. I would also urge owners to actually go to their properties periodically to check on them for damage or to see if updates are needed.

The condo was in a great location. Close to beach and also close to other places such as restaurants and stores. Kitchen was very small. Kind of hard to move around and get things in order. Balcony was beautiful. It was a nice place for stay and reasonably priced.

The unit was not as clean as I would like it. It needed dusting, and the table was not wiped clean. The deck was dirty all over. The sofa bed was wayyyy hard to pullout. It took about and hour just to get it unhooked and could not push it back in. Loved the location and the unit, had it been cleaned.

It rained alot while we were there but it was still absolutely beautiful and we had a blast!

The beach view was great and the condo was in a wonderful location. It was nice and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. I liked the fact it had a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay at The Landing again

The condo was good for the price. The access to the lagoon and beach were wonderful. There is too much furniture/decor in the condo and on the balcony. Tight space for seven guests. The staff at Poole Associates were friendly and kind.

The place was clean very well equipped. All we had to do was bring food and start enjoying our stay. Sleeping arrangements were better than expected. It slept 7 very comfortable. Beach access was easy and quick. Really enjoyed our stay. Will for sure stay again when we are back in gulf shores.thanks again for a hassle free stay.

Had an awesome time. Beautiful place and great view of the gulf. Pictures don't do it justice. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Far enough from the main strip that you have a quite stay. Will definitely contact them again when I am coming down to stay.

We had wonderful beach access and a wonderful pool. The lagoon behind us was absolutely beautiful!! The room was very nice and roomy. We will definitely be back!!!
