This property has a lot of room (inside and out) for a big group. Great size gated back yard for kids and dogs with a million dollar view!
We enjoyed the kitchen being the heart of the home while groups hung out in both living rooms on the main floor.

Great house but needs some TLC. Some fixtures have mixed light bulbs and definitely In need of new beds most too soft and master was foam on top of soft. We had to switch beds to another room. Very clean and comfortable otherwise. Location and view is great.

What a great house in a super location! Everything is so close and the view out back is spectacular. We were 17 people and had plenty of space. Our youngest was 10. May not be great for babies because staircase has open stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Darnell was super responsive and accommodating. House was a bit outdated but the location and view were spectacular! There was plenty of room for 21 ladies on a yoga retreat!

Safe and quiet neighborhood.
Short drive to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon.
Great restaurants, grocery store and Walmart within 10 minute drive from the house.
Host was helpful and hospitable.

The easy communication experience with the homeowner, the quality of accommodations, the well equipped kitchen, the fun playroom, and the prime location of this property made for a truly idyllic thanksgiving week for our extended family.

We had a water leaking in the upstairs bathroom. We called the manager and. Even though it was Sunday, the manager sent someone right away to check out what was going on. The following morning a plumber came in to fix the leak. Thank you for your quick response

This was absolutely the Best home for our family trip to Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. The View is SPECTACULAR!! The lay out worked perfectly for our family. The neighborhood was nice and location to stores, shops, restaurants and parks were perfect! HIGHLY Suggest staying at this very clean and lovely home.

We have stayed at this property and enjoyed it so much we wanted to return to Page when we returned. Dawnell is a wonderful person and is very communicative. We enjoyed our weekend in Page for the Vacation Races Lake Powell Half Marathon and Solar Eclipse.

The house was awesome! There was plenty of room for our entire group both inside and outside of the house. We spent a great deal of time on the back patio enjoying the beautiful view when we were there.
Dawnell was quick to respond anytime I texted her with questions and clear with check-in instructions. She was very flexible and was even willing to accommodate a last minute pet request.

We have wanted to stay at this house for years and it did not dissapoint. All the bedrooms have their own personality and worked perfectly for our group configuration. Will absolutely stay again. Communication with ownership was prompt and courteous.

We stayed a few nights at this property to spend a couple days on Lake Powell. It was very spacious and gave our group plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and had a nice backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

House is fantastic. Exactly as described. Tons of space and really nice to have everyone with their own bathroom!! Location is perfect for everything, only a little over 2 hours to Grand Canyon South Rim.

We needed a place for 15 people with plenty of actual beds. The game room and the basketball court were a hit for the 6 teens. The 3 floor layout allowed my 70 year old parents to retire to the top floor while the teens stayed up late in the basement. 3 minutes from our Antelope Canyon Tour pick up spot. Phenomenal views!!

We have 16 people in our extended family and came here to celebrate the grandparents’ 50th anniversary. It was comfortable with space for all the grandkids without feeling too cramped! The kitchen was great and we loved the split TV room and sitting room. Great home base if you’re looking to go to national parks in different directions because it’s centrally located. Gorgeous view and very fun hikes close by.

4 couples rented this house and each had their own ensuite. The views were spectacular and we walked on trails right from the house.

My family and I had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space for our big extended family. The house is centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. The basement game room area was a big hit for the whole family. The host was very accommodating. We had rented pontoon boats for a day on Lake Powell and she graciously brought by a big cooler for us to use. I highly recommend this property.

Outstanding home for family reunion
This lovely home was perfect for our family reunion and celebration of my mom's 80th birthday. (Accessible bedrooms, main living and back deck!) We had 6 teens/20yos and they enjoyed the basketball court, ping pong and other games in the basement hangout area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Our only suggestion would be to add a bigger table in the kitchen to accommodate 10-12 and add more outdoor seating on the deck. Dawnell was wonderful to communicate with throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a large group. The set up of the house and bedrooms works well and the home is lovely. We had 4 families with a total of 18 people and it accommodated us well. You are also close to anything you’d want to do in the area. The views from this home are amazing!

We spent several days at this property and enjoyed ourselves very much. The home has plenty of space for large groups. The backyard is large and the playroom is great for kids and adults alike. The backyard also leads to the canyon and straight to a very nice trail. The home was clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!
