We recently spent two weeks at this condo when our house flooded and we needed to move out quickly. The location can't be beat, walking distance to restaurants and shops and across the street from the beach. The condo is small but has everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nina, the property manager, was extremely responsive and friendly. I can highly recommend this as a vacation rental.

Great location and cooperative weather! Very well appointed from the standpoint of eating and cooking utensils. Only one caveat about the property - little to no heat on the first level. Perhaps not as evident in the summer, but in December very noticeable. We found Nina to be extremely responsive to questions we had.

This property was exactly like it was listed online- clean, spacious, and convenient. The property manager was an excellent communicator. The space had everything you need for a beach week. We are already looking at it again for next year!

I was so happy staying at the property. The manager was responsive, professional, helpful and accommodating. The place is so clean and every bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and lotion. They left us the cutest gift basket too! The place is a gem. All tv's worked well and the Wi-Fi is excellent! Love the pool and hot tub too! The location is amazing- across from the beach and restaurants and a quick walk to town. Loved the place! The location is great. A short walk to town and the seaside park areas. The unit's manager was very responsive and always available. We had no issues during our stay. The place is well stocked with towels, cooking and other nice gifts that Nina provided during our stay. The beds are very comfortable, AC/Heat worked fine along with plenty of hot water. The train's didn't bother us, you get used to it during the night and we looked forward to the trains going by nightly. A great stay! Thank you

This was a perfect rental for our stay in Del Mar. We stayed for 5 days visiting the area and our son at SDSU. We were less than 30 min from everything we wanted to see. The beach is beautiful and only steps away from the property. We will surely contact you again on our next visit! Thanks Nina!

Great location for walking to town and two restaurants The Poseidon and Jake's just a block away. We stayed in November for Breeders' Cup so did not venture to the beach but it was only a block away so this unit would be perfect for heading to the beach.

Lovely property. Worked well for 4 adults and 2 teens. Walking distance to DelMar shops and restaurants. Appreciated the garage parking. 😊

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely condo. It is 1 block from the best beach in San Diego. The condo is well equipped and good space for families. We celebrated our grandson’s 3rd birthday here as his request was to stay by the “choo-choo trains”. They loved it! They got so excited when the trains came by. The condo is a block across from Jake’s restaurant and Powerhouse Park and a short walk into town and restaurants. Great location and convenient to everything including park for kids. Great hot tub too! Manager very accommodating for young children providing high chairs and pack n plays. Great cappuccino and latte maker too! Thank you so much. You made it so enjoyable and easy for us to enjoy with the kids.

So glad we chose this condo! Location great - only a short 1 block walk to the beach. The condo was very well stocked & furnished with more supplies than needed. The decor was so cute - made us feel right at home. Alot of extra little touches. And Nina was so attentive & always responded quickly with answers to our questions. The train does run directly adjacent to the property that we were a little concerned about, but it actually didn't bother us like we thought it would. The pool & hot tub area was right outside the front door which was great! We all decided we'd go back!

A two-minute walk from a great beach, a clean and well-appointed condo (kitchen basics, bathroom toiletries, and plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys) and a property manager who was communicative and responsive. And great to have secure garage parking (!). All in all, a very nice place to call home while enjoying a few days at the beach.

Nina was very accommodating prior to our stay and was quick to answer any question. She'd left some gifts and supplies for us and with the house's perfect cleanliness, location, and amenities she ensured we had a fantastic experience. Will definitely return.

We spent nearly two weeks in this extremely clean, well-appointed and incredibly maintained townhouse. The location so close to one of the best beaches in California is just the best. It literally is a two-minute walk. The townhouse has tons of space to relax (and get some work done if you happen to working/schooling from home). There is a back deck with an outdoor shower that makes for extremely easy access from the beach. You can rinse the sand off of you and your boards before heading inside. The train is kind of a neat addition to the Del Mar experience. Nina was wonderfully professional and made our stay perfect in every way. Great communication and the welcome touches were very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

Literally doesn’t get any better in Del Mar. Across the street from the beach, walking distance to rest stay at and shopping and quiet at night. It was a great 2 week getaway.

This property was great for a family vacation. Close to the beach, comes with beach toys, a handful of restaurants and some shops within walking distance (under 15 minute walk) and a community pool (not heated) and hot tub (wonderful) to use as well. The place was spotless, and very well appointed. The beach towels provided were big and soft. We had everything we needed for a great, relaxing beach trip.

One of the few condos in Del Mar that has a/c. Well appointed with everything needed for a great family vacation. A short walk to literally everything that DM is famous for...great beaches, beautiful parks and great restaurants.

We stayed here with our family of 6 for a soccer tournament. The location to the beach and the restaurants were ideal. My kids could walk everywhere. The town is cute, safe and quaint.

Thoughtful touches. Nice beach decor. More than enough space for our family of four (two adults, 2 kids). Comfy beds. Plenty of soft towels for bath and pool/beach. Beach toys, chairs, coolers and umbrella. We didn’t have the chance to cook but the kitchen seemed to have the essentials. Pool and hot tub next to the unit was a huge hit with the kids. 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and then a few more minutes to shops and restaurants. Older working washer and dryer upstairs. Ceiling fans and TVs in bedrooms. A/C if needed. Train was noticeable but was not terrible. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!

Beautiful property, 1 block from beach- we literally just crossed the street and were st the beach. Property had sand castle buckets, boogie boards etc. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Restaurants, shops in walking distance. Would stay here again!

Cannot beat the location! And a pool and jacuzzi made us tired mamas very happy when the kids were Just too fried for more sand. One neighbor didn't like the sounds of the kids in the pool.. but we killed him with kindness and he came around as much as possible, even gave us race tickets. Will def keep this place on our short list!

We loved all the extra touches at this property, from the chilled water, the gift upon check in, the coffee and condiments, etc. We loved that it was also "as advertised" - close to beach, town, shops and restaurants (really walkable) The place was perfect for our 6 people (2 adults, 4 teenagers) and we loved having the hot tub right outside our door. A bit of a downer that the swimming pool wasn't heated in march, but at least the hot tub was hot. The parking below made for easy unloading, the place was so well stocked with every thing we could need or want from extra beach towels to the awesome boogie boards, and beach chairs. Really the only reason I am rating it a 4 is because of the train (and the owner or manager can't help that) that runs by many times a day - but mostly the NIGHT. It woke my husband every single time, and that got old after 5 days. But we did know about it from the other reviews so that might be the only reason we'd not come back to this exact spot. Oh, and thanks for the games too! Really they thought of everything and took great care of us. Loved Del Mar beach and the grassy park was my favorite - so nice to relax and not have to be full of sand if you didn't want.

This property is perfect for a family vacation. It is literally across the street from the beach, a block from lifeguard headquarters and amazing oceanfront restaurant (which is kid friendly) and the complex pool is right outside your door. There is a great play ground on the ocean front 2 blocks away and Del Mar village is a short 3 block walk with some great stores and lots of good restaurants and Starbucks which was a perk! The rental is stocked with everything you need for cooking basics like oil and spices and sauces like ketchup and salad dressing not to mention all the baby supplies they have like a high hair, baby gate and play pen. They have beach chairs and toys that were a hit with our kids. Nina who manages the rentals is awesome. Super helpful and responds promptly to any questions you may have. I would recommend this property to anyone really and I'm sure we will be back. One thing to be aware of is the train goes right by the home. This didn't bother us at all and the kids loved it but if you're sensitive to sounds or a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Definitely shouldn't be a deal breaker but something to be aware of. All in all this is one of the best rentals we have used! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely choose this place again. We were within walking distance of the beach, a playground for the kids, shops, and amazing restaurants to watch the sun set. The town home was clean and lovely, plenty of room for our family of 5. Nina gave us all the information we needed and was responsive with my questions. Not one complaint...I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Del Mar!

Getting up in the morning and seeing all the surfers headed out to the water while the sun was rising somehow takes your cares away and brings you back in time. This complex is the best location in Del Mar, just have to know about the train. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nina was very helpful even after we left and realized we had forgotten something behind, she mailed it to us at home. Everything was very clean in the condo and we enjoyed our stay very much.
