We absolutely loved this house! We would live here if we could. My husband, four children, and I rented it for a week in July 2022. I was very impressed with the rental management company. Excellent communication throughout. The house was so clean when we walked in, even the kitchen drawers were meticulously organized. The layout of the house is awesome, and the views are gorgeous. We rented a boat, and we had such a fun time exploring Lake Norman. Although this house may be expensive to rent, you get what you pay for. We would definitely love to rent again from StayLakeNorman.

Our group had a fantastic time at this house! Beautiful views from all over the house, great porches for group gatherings (especially on the dock), nice beach area and kayaks, well-appointed kitchen area including 2 refrigerators, and super comfortable beds and climate control. We rented a boat as well during our stay and had a blast tubing all over the lake. The bluetooth stereo setup on the boat was pretty nice and allowed us to enjoy tunes everywhere we went. The only drawback of the house for our group was the somewhat limited water pressure in the showers. Overall we loved the house and this would definitely be our #1 choice for a future vacation on Lake Norman!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. Both the inside and outside are very spacious. We loved the huge yard and the dock where we planted ourselves most of the day.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. There was an issue with the first property we rented but the company called and upgraded us to this beautiful property. Everything is exactly as pictured, there are no weird smells, and it was spotless. The grounds are well maintained and we loved the kayaks. It had everything we needed and the master bedroom shower is A1. The downstairs was great too, there was a full bar w fridge and stove. We had 3 couples and 3 single adults. All fit perfectly. Only thing I will warn about is the neighbors. They are very close (we didn’t have any issues with noise) but the one to the right has a big dog. As we were getting out the car, the dog came fairly close barking. The owners immediately came out and grab the dog. I would recommend this spot to any group. We will defined rent again.

Had the most wonderful weekend at this house. There were 9 of us and it never felt crowded at all. The house was clean, bright, nicely decorated and had a wonderful property. It was just what we needed to get us through the quarantine that started shortly after our stay. I only have good things to say about the property and the managers :)

We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary by spending a few nights and days relaxing in this BEAUTIFUL home! Everything is modern, comfortable and incredibly clean. The house has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub is super nice and perfect for the cold fall (let's be honest, it felt like winter the days we were there with temperatures in the 20's and 30's). The view is incredible. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this perfect home.

Great location, great property

This was a beautiful home on a gorgeous property on an immense lake! Private resort living at it's best! Several gathering spots including the outdoor deck and dock living areas. Beautiful views and everything you need for a lovely vacation.

This beautiful home provides phenomenal panoramic views of the lake from what is a one-of-a-kind point lot that it is situated on. The home itself is beautiful - looks like it should be in magazine. Although it was just my wife and I, this is the ultimate party house - with home layout and outside provisions/furniture that provide perfect accommodations for a group having a great time. Also, among the numerous VRBO rentals we've enjoyed, this home was the most well equipped with bathroom soaps/supplies, kitchen utensils/cooking, coffee, etc. Only regret is that I didn't notice 5pm check-in time, while most homes are more like 2-3pm (although I was given earlier access when I pointed this out).

I’ve stayed at homes before on Lake Norman and this was the best one yet. GREAT Views and home. Owner is very accommodating and had everything you would need at this home. A lot more than others I’ve stayed at. I was able to give a trip to my parents that they will always remember and my kids had a blast. You can’t go wrong with this rental and I would highly recommend it. Thank you for a great family vacation!

This is a beautiful home in a great location on Lake Norman. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the kayaks. We brought our own boat and boated to Hello Sailor and Blue Parrot for lunch, both of which were great. It was a little cold in March for any other water activities. Overall, highly recommend!

We can’t say enough great things about this home!!! Perfect spot on the lake with an incredible view! It’s dock is amazing too, which is where we spent all our time when we weren’t water skiing or riding a wave runner! The home came with everything you could need, was open and comfortable, and was at the end of a quiet street with very friendly neighbors. And if that isn’t all you would want, it was decorated amazingly, making us feel we were in an HGTV home!!! There were also some great restaurants on and off the water, and UberEats brought us dinner several nights from great places so we didn’t have to miss a minute at the lake. Loved it so much, and so sad to leave, we cannot recommend this wonderful home enough!

First of all Pam was an amazing host! Our family had the best vacation ever. The home & outside areas were perfect. We can't say enough good things about our experience...our check in was early, the pontoon was there upon our arrival, Pam made sure every detail was taken care of from the moment we contacted her to find our family vacation. When we had a small problem with the air conditioning Danny & Pam responded immediately. Thank you!!

Beautifully decorated home with all of the conveniences. Modern but comfortable finishes, luxury beds & linens. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the lake facing home. I miss awaking to the view of the water and sunrise before I even lifted my head from the pillow. No detail was overlooked. This location can not be compared to any other on the lake. Upscale dock with lighting. The hammock was well-used.
