My family liked the place. It had everything you would need. The hot tub and pool were nice too. Really the only complaint I had was when I requested ski in/ski out this one popped up as it was not. It was only a short walk like 50-100 yards but when you have four kids, that’s a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We stayed here Dec 20-24, 2023. The location to the slopes is good, especially if you walk out the back door on the first floor. We walked to all the restaurants and the slopes so no car was needed. The store across the street is very small and super expensive. You will want to go to town to a regular store for any cook in meals. The condo has a wonderful sectional couch and a large TV that are very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are worn and need updating, but they were clean. My family and I enjoyed this unit.

Had a great time in this property. Condo had the perfect amount of space for 2 families of 4. So close to mountain, super easy to hop on gondola.

We enjoyed our time and the location was a short walk to and from the lifts. It all worked but I got complaints on the quality of the beds, and it’s definitely time for an overall refresh of the condo. The beds, curtains, kitchen, bathrooms, and interior touches were all in need of upgrading. There were no humidifiers, which I think is fairly standard. Again, it worked ok for us, but might be best for families with young kids versus our older adult quality-conscience crew. It was good to be back in a my bed.

Wonderful location close to the slopes with easy access. Accommodations were perfect for our extended family and made for a great stay!

Fantastic stay in Steamboat! Location can’t be beat with skiing and amenities so close by. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked perfectly. The property hot tub was amazing at the end of the day and east to access. Thank you for a great stay.

So much to see and do in steamboat. The condo has a great location, view of the valley, lots of room for 8 people. Would love to stay forever. I would absolutely come back to this condo anytime. Host was amazing on answering all questions quickly.

Good location, based off looking at the pictures we knew it was a older unit. When we walked in there was a strong musty Oder. The carpet in front of one of the bathrooms was wet. Discovered the shower head sprays outside of the shower. No hand towels or washcloths in the unit. The entry door doesn’t have a door sweep on it so there is a gap where cold air comes in. The kitchen window was missing the blinds so everyone walking by was looking in. The table and chairs in the picture were different than what was in the unit. All the furniture was uncomfortable to set on. And there was someone’s dirty shirt hanging on the back of one of the bathroom doors.

As mentioned in other reviews, this condo is very close to the gondola and we were able to walk with our gear back and forth very easily! It had a very large living space compared to other condos we have stayed in previously. We liked the pool, hot tub, and underground parking. We cooked over 75% of our meals in the condo which is nice to do when you have kids in the group! The condo itself was clean but is VERY dated. Furniture and beds were not very comfortable. One small rug in the entry that didn't make sense when you have an outdoor entry to the unit. Lots of snow tracked in on boots and puddles on tiled entryway. One of the burners on the stove didn't work, broken cupboard door, broken chair. Older pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also, this unit is managed by Vacasa, not Snowflower, so you don't have access to extra towels, toilet paper, etc. from the front desk. We ended up having to buy more toilet paper and kleenex and do a couple loads of laundry with just towels while we were there to accommodate our needs. Overall, we enjoyed the location and size of the unit.

If your focus is skiing and you want to be near the gondola, this is a great place. Unit is basic--clean, basic furniture for up to 6 adults, adequate kitchen/dining stuff, etc. Could use some TLC, but again if your focus is skiing, how much does that matter. If it matters a lot, this may not be the best place; if it is not that important, then this is a very good unit.

All in all we enjoyed our stay! As mentioned, the location of this property is fantastic & communication with/from the owner was super prompt. The unit itself could definitely use updating along with the contents inside. Suggestions will be shared with owner directly & will hopefully be addressed for those staying in the future.

The owner was a pleasure to work with and the property is actually nicer than the pictures look. The location is wonderful, convenient to the gondola and near a small grocery and liquor store. The price for the location cannot be beat. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to steamboat!

Great location for ski access, city bus and walk-to grocery & resort restaurants. The unit needs much upgrading & repairs; chairs with broken backs, toilet that runs water, broken kitchen cabinet door, broken bedroom light fixture, ski closet combination lock did not work and key was very difficult to use

Snow Flower is the place to be!!!! Walking distance to the the gondola, shops, restaurants, grocery store an liquor store. Free shuttle service to downtown and other places you may need to go. Heated pool and hot are a great asset after a day on the slopes!! We will be back without a doubt!!!!!

The location of this condo is great (close to slopes, restaurants and market) and Leila was quick to respond if I had any questions and was very helpful! It was well stocked with trash bags, TP, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and even shampoo and conditioner...the things air travelers might need upon arrival. The furnishings are dated as the other reviews suggest but were functional. If the bedding, pillows and curtains were replaced I think it would make a huge difference. There were stains on bedding in some rooms and pillows and the curtains were hard to manage in the master. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely stay here again next time!

Centrally located to the resort base area yet easy and convenient to get to town and other areas around Steamboat, this is a gem of a rental. Although the condo is a bit dated in the furnishings and decoration, the value and location fully make up for that. The condo is inviting and comfortable and we felt right at home. Our host was very helpful with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. With a great pool, hot tub, grill on site to use and a fire pit for evening gatherings, our family enjoyed the property having lots of room to distance, never feeling like we were forced to be too close to others during Covid. We recommend this rental to anyone looking for a close to the slopes vacation in any season.

Although the decor is dated, it really is functional. the Hot tub was large and nice with a heated pool. Short 5 min walk to the gondola or slopes.

Can not beat the location for a weekend on the mountain. The property could use some updating but it served our purposes well and was very comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. Had excellent interactions with property manager and made this process very easy! Will definitely come back next Steamboat trip!

Location was fantastic and felt property was a good value. There were are few issues with the condo (front burner didn't work and there was not enough hot water for 4 adults and 4 kids to take showers). The condo is dated, but it was a great value for the location. Communication with host was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Leila's Steamboat condo! This was our first time staying walking distance from the gondola and the convenience, flexibility and extra time it gave us was priceless. Sure, it's not the fanciest condo on the mountain, but it was perfectly comfortable, very clean, and well stocked. I didn't notice until we were already there, but they even detail out all of the kitchen electronics and other items in the house so you can plan accordingly. Having four bedrooms with six beds and three full bathrooms really made getting out of the house a lot easier. The hot tub in the community is a really nice one and absolutely worth checking out. Parking was very convenient and easy. And Leila was super responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. We had a wonderful stay here and we really hope to stay in this condo again on a future trip.
