The pictures do not do this house justice. It was a perfect stay! Great location!!! The house was equipped with anything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and other cooking tools. Nearby trailheads meant we could walk to them and not battle for parking. This was a great stay, awesome and clean house, amazing vacation!

my family reunion was spent at this lovely home in the neighborhood near the chapel in sedona. great ease of getting into the house. lots of good walking in the area along with wonderful quiet and dark skies for viewing the heavenly wonders . a fine jumping off spot for restaurants and hiking, along with getting into town without too much time spent driving. comfort galore with all beds and living room furniture for tv and viewing the beauty of the outdoors from indoors. fabulous array of kitchenware with the joy of everything working as it should. didn't use the outdoor deck due to the cold and rain, but it was quite adequate and loaded with views of the hoodoos. a hot tub would have been the topper. would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice, clean, recently remodeled and in a quiet neighborhood in the chapel area of Sedona. Close to many hikes, and of course the chapel, which is amazing. House has everything. Great views. Comfortable.

This was an amazing home to stay at! There were 3 of us vacationing there and the house more than adequately accommodated us- the owners thought of everything! The beds were super comfy, gorgeous view of the red rocks, very clean house and incredibly spacious kitchen and living room. Literally would not change a thing and will definitely stay there again if in the location!!

Just got back from a week-long stay in Sedona and wow, this rental home was a gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect, literally in the heart of everything. We were minutes away from several trailheads, making our morning hikes a breeze. And let me tell you about the view – every evening, we’d relax in the living room, and the mountain views from those windows were simply mesmerizing. The neighborhood? Super quiet and private, exactly what we needed. As for the house itself, it's clear the owners take great pride in it. Everything was in tip-top shape, and the amenities were on point. Those beds? Some of the comfiest I've ever slept in! If you’re considering a stay in Sedona, I can't recommend this place enough. It truly made our vacation.

This property was perfect for our family. It was everything that was advertised and it was located in just the right place, close to town but not too close. We hiked, we shopped, we kayaked, we took a Pink Jeep Tour and sat out on the deck at night and looked at the stars. It was very hot yet will still managed to have a terrific time. We highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect in every way. Close to everything, but far enough away from the downtown area. Great hiking out the front door. Beds were comfortable, amenities were just right. We would stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

Had a great stay at this property - location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails & downtown Sedona. House is clean, updated, and spacious with fantastic views. We had a small issue with some of the power at the house - no fault of the host - and couldn't have asked for better communication and quick resolution from Carson. He responded right away, got it handled quickly, and was in regular contact throughout. Thank you! Stay here - you won't regret it. We've stayed at many spots in Sedona, but this one is at the top of our list and we can't wait to get back to the red rocks and this property!

Better than we imagined!

We stayed here for a week. Was a very pleasant experience. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was in tip-top shape and were very responsive to our needs.. Great location, modern amenities, quiet, clean and comfortable. We loved taking advantage of the nearby hiking trails and nice views from the living room as well. A good choice if you don’t want to stay in West Sedona!

This was our second time renting this property for a week and we just love it. The home is comfortable, updated, clean and fully equipped for all of your needs with amazing views out the windows and from the deck. And the location can’t be beat. We jumped on trails directly out the door of the house without needing to hover for a parking spot at one of the trail lots on several days. This one gets an A++

Very clean, very well-loved place to stay with plenty of thought put into the little details that make a stay nice. Set in a nice neighborhood with gorgeous views, this place beats any motel hands down. 3 bedrooms, plenty of space, and lots of comfort. We met the host and were very impressed by the friendliness and hospitality! The bottle of wine didn’t hurt either . . . . Great stay all around.

Highly recommend this lovely home!

I cannot recommend this house/host enough. This house is equipped with everything you need from cooking ingredients, bathing, laundry and just coziness after a day of hiking. It was extremely clean. Would recommend 100% and would definitely come back. It was a close drive to local restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and trails. The host was very quick to respond to any needs we had. This home exceeded my expectations!

This house has everything you'll need. We've now stayed in Grace Living 3 times, an it's never disappointed. We love the convenience of being close to both Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek, and the living room has beautiful views without leaving the comfortable furniture. We enjoy cooking many of our own meals, and the large well appointed kitchen makes it easy for all of us to help out. The beds are comfy and the linens are luxurious. The house is always super clean when we arrive, and any questions are dealt with promptly by Carson. Grace Living is definitely a home away from home!

Very very pleased with this booking! Three girlfriends stayed for a short hiking vacation. Bedding and beds were heavenly. House was very clean. Owners provide many amenities and thoughtful touches. House is centrally located to many hiking options, including options right out the front door. Views from the house were amazing. Loved it!

Let me start by saying how much we loved this place. It’s beautifully updated and felt comfortable and clean. I especially appreciated all the “extras” in the kitchen you often can’t find in vacation rentals anymore - marble charcuterie board, baking supplies and then some (including everything I needed to bake a few pies). The little toiletry baggies were also a great touch. All the towels, bedding and rugs felt plush and luxurious. We were, however, all disappointed in the fireplace situation. There is one, and there is an electric insert that gives a “cute” fire ambiance, but it’s not functional (I.e. produces no heat). When searching for places to stay in Sedona, I only selected two filters 1) three bedrooms and 2) an indoor fireplace. It feels a little disingenuous to call a non-heat producing electric insert a fireplace. We usually keep the temp very low for sleeping, and really wanted a way to stay cozy in the living room while our daughter slept. The fireplace aside, we adored staying here. The location was perfect, tucked away from the crowded Sedona area, but still close enough to run in for groceries or to hit up a restaurant. Plus, we loved taking advantage of all the nearby trails for running (our favorite was Little Horse up to Broken Arrow). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely week staying at Grace Living! The property is well cared for with wonderful beds and linens, a fully stocked kitchen with pans, spices, etc and plenty of seating in the living room, dining room and breakfast bar. It's the little things like blankets in the living room, welcoming snacks and wine, laundry baskets and supplies that really sets it apart from other VRBOs. The view is perfect for watching sunsets (from the deck or the living room), or the lunar eclipse as one of our friends did at 4am! The location is equally as wonderful. We didn't hike the trails off the end of the driveway, instead opting for the Mystic trailhead a short 1/2 mi north thru the neighborhood and explored those trails which were lovely. The house location is also perfect for accessing trails all over Sedona while avoiding traffic in town. So easy to hop on 179 and get wherever you needed to go! Check in/out was very smooth, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Sedona!

Our family, consisting of 5 adults (2 generations), stayed at this property for 7 nights. The house is wonderful, with a great view, in a great neighborhood and wonderfully located at a short drive of everything. The house is wonderfully equipped, very roomy, beautifully decorated, furniture and beds very comfortable. We can’t say enough good things about it because all of it is well deserved. Without hesitation, we recommend this property and host. Communication with Carson and Renata is easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in it again. Thank you Carson and Renata.

Such a relaxing, calming area of Sedona. The house has everything you need to step back and take a breathe! Close to trails, big outdoor deck and beautiful views. Hope to come back again in the future.

This home is truly a wow! First, it has been recently and fully renovated. It’s truly pristine and very well equipped. And the views from the family room, large deck and master bedroom are wildly beautiful. Secondly, the location can’t be beat for access to hiking trails. We jumped on a trail to access multiple trails literally 40 feet from the end of the driveway. This is a big deal because parking lots for trails are small and fill up early. We could go for a hike whenever we wanted without having to circle parking lots for a spot. The street the home is super quiet, which makes it a serene getaway. Its a winner!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view of the Red Rocks from the family room is stunning. The location is perfect for enjoying many of the local hiking areas. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the furniture is very comfortable throughout the home. I think this was our favorite vrbo property we have ever stayed in over the years.

This home was beautiful. Well furnished, clean, and we could use the garage (a plus), as well as an excellent gas grill on a spacious deck. The view from the living room was breathtaking ! Every night my wife and I watched the sun set against the Red Rock mountain directly in front of us.! Could not have picked a better place to visit, and use as home base as we day tripped to the Grand canyon, Jerome, Fay Canyon, Oak Creek Canyon, and visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross which was within walking distance! You could tell the owners put a lot of thought making this a "home away from home"

This was the second time we rented this home for a month. We're two retired couples and we love the convenience of the location to trails, as well as to shopping in both Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, with tranquil views. The house has everything you'll need. We love the big kitchen island that allows many cooks to be working at the same time. Should you encounter any issues, Carson responds immediately. We'll be back!

Carson and Renata were such gracious hosts. Grace Living house truly lives up to its name. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from various trails and landmarks, it had everything we needed and so much more (Thank you so much for the delicous wine!). Waking up to panoramic red rock views was surreal. Thank you for making our visit in Sedona a memorable one! Can't wait to go back!
