Could use 1 extra Trash Receptacle for all the trash outside. (With a locked Lid ). We had Raccoons getting into the trash on front porch .. But the GrandKids loved it .. they watched him eat stuff out of trash . So had to pick trash up couple of days ..

The house is big and the neighborhood is great, a lot of details inside the house, it was not clean, mold in bathroom, sofa are very uncomfortable and the worse part is that we did not notify during our stay so vrbo can help with the money we paid for it! It is not what it shows in pictures, we paid a cleaning fee and it wasn’t clean at all. Really sad how this is a beautiful property and it is been a bad experience due the old and cleanless areas.

I don’t know how this got good ratings. So many things wrong starting with the house number not matching what was given bedroom diagrams not accurate which caused issues of where my family could sleep. Sofa beds old and uncomfortable. It was dusty and dirty. Black mold living under faucet handle top. Tubs old and nasty. Kitchen Ifloor was black. Old nasty brown shag carpet!!

Great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The Place was really nice and definitely more than enough room for our group.

Nice cabin not as large as I expected but large enough for our groupof11. Refrigerator could be bigger. No ice maker. Plenty of towels, everything was in a good working condition, and very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

A group of us were in town for the Women of Joy conference. Upon arrival, our door code did not work. Help arrived promptly to remedy the problem. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Pool table was in bad condition. Foosball table missing 1 foot. Some of the light bulbs blown. Pots and pans dirty.
Front room tv volume not working.
There was plenty of room and everyone did have a good time.

We thoroughly enjoyed On Eagles Wings, all 4 floors. The kids getting their own floor made life more relaxing for the parents!
The living room/ dining area was cozy yet big enough for 13 opening gifts. Mgt. Was responsive. Suggestions: Let it be known you don’t have hair dryers and remove the carpeting from the stair cases.

The cabin was nice and clean well stocked. You provided towels toilet tissue, full kitchen utensils. Even though we bought our own bath towels, toliet tissue, pots, eating and cooking utensils. Will plan another trip really soon.

We had an issue with our hot tub,I called the property manager and within a matter of minutes a technician was sent out and fixed it!

Overall good review.
1 toilet overflowed “pee pee only.” We mopped it up and called the number for maintenance and left a message. They never returned our call. There was a pool table however no chalk or powder and only 2 sticks. There was also a foosball table but no balls. Otherwise it was a good stay. Would stay again..

Snowy mountain stay
It was a snowy weekend in the mountains and the weather made us nervous about getting to our rental. The house was huge but only had 1 oven to prepare food for 18 guests. The eating space was too small for the large group also. There were not enough towels for 18 people to use either. We could have used some more cooking pots and pans too. We appreciated the place for the size and number of beds. The roads were kept clear of snow and ice too.

Loved the cabin
All the family picked out a bedroom and really loved it. Plenty of open space for family to gather in main floor. We had our early thanksgiving dinner and had room for all 13 to sit at once and enjoy our food and we turned the fireplace on. Very relaxing
Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Everything was fine. We were close to town and everything was good. Except the traffic. I was surprised at how busy it was

Very clean and neat. Only negative was bathrooms were really small and mostly all rooms needed new blinds. Overall experience was great!

The photos on VRBO are somewhat outdated. The TVs throughout the house (with the exception of the basement) house have all been upgraded from the little 13” tube TVs to flatscreens mounted on the walls. We visited the week after Christmas and it was very obviously the busy season for the property management company and the housekeeping showed. The bedrooms were not well cleaned as we found personal items from previous visitors left in 3 of the bedrooms. The bedding (quilts and blankets) housewide needed to be cleaned.

Family retreat
Was a very nice place for family to gather. Had enough space for all of us and also the young adults had there own floor so could stay up and play there games without disturbing others.

Ladies Weekend Getaway
We have a group of 6 ladies that travel to Pigeon Forge each fall for a “girls” weekend with lots of shopping, food and fun. This is the second year we have stayed in the same cabin. We have never been disappointed.

Great Girls Trip!
There was plenty of room for the ten of us, the set up was very nice. This was a trip for my mom, was has lung cancer. She was very happy with everything, as were the rest of us.

Need more hand towels and bars of soap. Wanted to sweep the floor but couldn’t find a broom. Had 20 of us in the cabin and enjoyed our stay

Loved it!
There was so much space and privacy. Every room except two have their own bathroom and multiple living rooms and hot tubs were amazing. Location was close to the parkway so it made going out or going to the store so easy.

House was a great size-a little difficult to find
We had a wonderful time. When we first arrived at the house a gentleman was there working on a TV and when we had a little trouble with the wifi, he came right back. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Only down side to this location was that it needed a deep cleaning and the rooms could use some paint. Of course we realize this is rental and some people do not respect other people’s property. Overall, I would recommend this cabin to any large groups.

Very spacious.
Really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the top floor master bedroom. All bedrooms were a nice size. We had 3 cars but there was enough parking space to easily park 4 cars. Fireplace
was very nice feature. Trees in back provided privacy but blocked view.
