The condo was very well cleaned you can tell. The only complaint we had really was there was very stuffy/stinky smell of the place. We tried candles and stuff but didn’t help much. Other than that, very nice location and easy access to beach

Property was within walking distance to the beach. Also several close restaurants, gas stations and grocery store. Nice to have 2 separate areas both with king sized beds and bathrooms. Indoor pool and hot tub a bonus with the property for rainy days. The pricing reflects the condo could use some updating. Furniture was older, dishes were chipped, silverware missing, minimum outlets for electronics. Didn’t hear much noise at night, but lots of landscaping work in the mornings. Also had the water shut off twice in the mornings for repairs. The building put a notice on the entrance door to notify tenants. That was an inconvenience, but no fault of the condos owner. We would stay at this location again.

Location is perfect. Just a quick walk to the beach. Property was more than accommodating with plenty of space. Very clean.

Had an issue with cable no TV or Internet until last night stay. Was compensated for inconvenience. Kitchen r take nice size. Fully stocks with pots and pans to cook with. Plenty of room for two small families one child each. Very convenient to Coligny Beach. Grocery store in less than 2 mi. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The host, Anne, is great - fast replies and friendly! The condo is comfortable - 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies, 4 TVs, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon and well-stocked kitchen. The location is convenient to the beach (5 min walk), shopping and restaurants (15 min walk). Bikes are available for rent nearby. There are two pools (indoor, outdoor) and hot tub. Baggage carts available on first floor near elevator.

We loved our stay here. This condo was just as it was pictured. Clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There is definitely room for 6 and more. The neighborhood and the other vacationers were so friendly. The host was on it, I had to reach her a couple of times and she either answered right away or got back to me a few minutes after. She was sweet and made sure are stay was as it should be. I would recommend families to book through Ann. Beautiful property in a beautiful place.

Short walk to the beach. The beach chairs provided were nice because we didn’t have to pack any. A little outdated but nice overall.

Overall very nice stay. Good layout for us, our kids and grands. Not far from beach acess. Good amt of space for everyone. Appreciate the chairs and wagon.

The condo could use a few upgrades but for the price, it was great. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room, indoor and outdoor pool. Right across the street from the beach. We stayed a week and had a great time. Owner/Host was very easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend this condo to others.

The split floor plan with 2 king beds was nice. The area was nice. 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon was nice to use. However, there was a stale odor all throughout the condo during our entire stay. The air conditioner could not be lowered from 71, so it was warm in the condo. We reported these concerns to the owner and the property manager as soon as we got to the condo. Nothing was done. We were told that the air conditioner could not be lowered because the repair people had set it like this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for the meals that we cooked ourselves. (Playing in a tennis tournament left little time for going out to eat.) We will certainly remember this property for future stays in the HHI area. The owners provided very quick and responsive communication. This was truly one of our best VRBO experiences!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed and it was in a great location for getting to shops, beach and bike trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this residence! The location was really nice along with the spaciousness of the condo which was definitely big enough for a family of 3. I found the kitchen to be well stock with pots and pans and seasonings for cooking, I even left a few that I purchased. My family truly enjoyed the indoor pool and especially the jacuzzi because we had a few rainy days during our stay and it was really nice that we were able to walk out from the Condo and use the facilities without having to go outside. Also we left a Boogie board in the closet next to the wagon for the next family to enjoy it, we had a great few days on the beach with it. We will definitely consider staying here again next year. Unit was just as pictured. Owners were very responsive and not a long walk to the beach.

We used this condo for spillover accommodations for a family gathering. The condo was very accessible and close to many attractions, including the beach! The two bedrooms are almost separate accommodations and perfect for two couples. Anne was very responsive and helpful with her communications.

My wife and I booked this condo for our honeymoon and it was an amazing place to stay. The cool ocean breeze along with the easy access to the beach is a great option for anyone looking for a fun vacation. The unit is very well maintained, all of the fun beach essentials are provided and you can look forward to kicking back and having a stress free vacation!!

This unit is a second story with elevator. There is also a staircase just to the left of the unit that is more convenient if you don’t mind to walk a flight. It exits on the end of the building near the bike racks with another FOB pad. Set up was great for 2 couples as the main area is open floor plan with attached King suite but there is another living area off the kitchen that can be closed to provide privacy with a sofa bed and separate king bedroom. Both have their own deck. Beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. This is not a recently updated unit, but everything worked well and was comfortable. We had one issue with a door handle and Ann was very responsive and communicated well. 4 Chairs for the beach and a beach wagon are on site. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a limited spice selection also. We used the private path between the Hilton and the Marriott for quick access to the beach. Just a little further down the Adler beach access is even less crowded. The bike ride to Coligny was an easy 5 minutes. Carolina Coffee and Crumbs on the corner of Pope was great! Riley’s lobster Monday was fun as usual, but be sure to reserve a few weeks ahead.

Nice condo, clean and organized. Loved the set up with 2 king beds. Our daughter and husband were in the 2nd bedroom so the set up worked perfectly for us.

We love the location. Short walk to beach and Coligny, and easy access to bike paths. Quiet, too!

Great condo! Directions were easy to follow. Parking passes were not there when we arrived but was quickly addressed! Complex and unit was clean and friendly environment. Would definitely rent this unit again!

This condo is wonderful! My family of 4 had tons of room and space. The location is perfect because it is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Let me begin that I would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Everything was exactly as described. Location was perfect with easy walk to beach and other key destination around. There was a strong smell when we first entered the apartment and it reduced when we increased the AC temp, added air freshener and fabreeze.
