Been to Silverton many times. Some of the accommodations are a little rugged. The skiing is hard enough, treat yourself at the end of a hard day

Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the surrounding San Juan mountains. Very well-equipped home with everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We were in Silverton for the skiing, and the garage is well-appointed with boot/glove dryers. There is even an outdoor sauna to rest those weary ski muscles! The beds are very comfortable as well as the linens. Close to downtown Silverton with access to local restaurants. We will definitely stay at Silver Fox again on a future stay in Silverton!

Check in process was very easy. House was in order,clean and very accommodating. Issue with accuracy of listing. Listed as housing 8. Fee added of $350 for guests over 6. That fee needs to be included in the listing. Overall great house and we would stay here again. Thank you

Clean, modern, attractive, everything worked well.

We had a nice stay in Silverton. It was mostly what we expected. We did have to push our side by sides across the street to the trails, which was no big deal. We were told that ahead of time. We had a very nice visit with the local sheriff/deputy. He was very helpful and informative. The house was nice. There wasn't any air conditioning and it was a little warm the first day, but perfect after that. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The internet was down all 5 days but they were working towards correcting that. The house was clean and they had many necessities provided. They even provided extras such as a stroller, baby bed, and bicycles.

Over it was great we would definitely book it again!

The place was great and in a good area. Excellent communication. Only complaint is that the Internet was down for our entire stay, but that wasn't their fault… they called a technician and came out with them but no luck. Again, not their fault.

We loved our stay! The place is modern and clean, with a European feel. It was well-stocked. Pans, dishes, spices, etc. Its on the west end of town, so perfect if you plan to get up into the mountains from there. We loved our time in Silverton.

Having visited Silverton many times over the years, and trying several different locations, this was by far the nicest of any property we have stayed at. Beautifully designed, nicely decorated and perfect for a vacation with family or friends.

All clean except for upstairs bed that needed clean sheets. Washer and dryer on location so it wasn’t a big problem. Great location and beautiful views and off the beaten path. We lost power for 12 hours due to a electrical issue at the substation (entire town was out of power) and the house stayed warm due to being well built and insulated for the area. Minus the sheet issue it was a perfect.. We also received a early snow during our stayed which made it that much more special. This location is or was on the OHV route which was a plus also. Please follow all rules and laws concerning OHV because the Silverton law enforcement will make a example out of you. Act like a adult with common sense and you will have no problems. Please respect the local residents and the town of Silverton. I do believe starting in 2022 OHVs (no more OHV route) are not allowed in town so check before you go. Karen the property manager was top notch and kept us well informed before and during our stay.

The house has a large, open-concept entertaining space on the main level which was perfect for family and friend gatherings during Christmas and New Year's!

We usually stay in Ouray but this year we found this property in Silverton. We really liked the modern architecture of the home, and the good quality throughout. It was a nice change from our usual routine, and it was a great staging location for our off-road riding adventures.:-) It worked very well for us, and allowed us to explore some off-road areas that we haven't ridden before. Early one morning we even had a very large moose in the yard, watching over his mate close by!! That was awesome!

I've been out there several time's. This top's them for the most part, A bit pricey but very clean and has all folk's might need. The OHV part can be difficult, but being creative helped us get through that. The folk's that manage are a big part of making this place the go to place. Tommy J.

We enjoyed this place it is on the OTV/Atv trail. It was nice to have the ATV at the house and leave from there. This house is a great place for family and friends very spacious and close to everything. We will come back again

Very good communication and easiest check in ever.

The home was perfect for our group skiing Silverton. Wonderful accommodations, sauna was great to come back and unthaw after a day of skiing. Home was clean, towels were provided and beds were comfortable. Great Kitchenaid appliances. Town was cool. Will come back and will rent again!

This house was perfect for my family and friends! We had our RZR’s and could hit the trails from the house, it is partly on the OHV route so you have to be careful and watch the signs, but overall amazing house, clean and the property manager was great to work with!

My group of seven really enjoyed staying here during our weekend jeep trip.

We so enjoyed out stay at the Silverfox. We come to Silverton every year and this was a perfect place to relax and enjoy this quaint town and beautiful mountains. We will definetly put the Silverfox at the top of our places to stay.

We stayed at this home with our 3 kids and had the most wonderful time. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean.
