My father, brother, and I visited Silverton for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean, and well stocked with towels and linens. Couldn’t have been anymore convenient, being only one to two blocks from restaurants, shopping, and more importantly coffee shops. The town is absolutely charming. I would recommend driving a SUV or larger vehicle, as the roads are mostly gravel. Overall a great stay!

We absolutely loved this home as a basecamp to canyoneer in local canyons. I came with family and couple friends and the home was perfect. Great location. The home was well equipped, clean and just right for our group. The check in, check out were easy and hosts were quick to respond. We had fantastic trip. Thank you for hosting us. host respon

I can’t say enough about this property. It was so extremely clean and organized. The view was amazing. Location is great. Walking distance to town and to river access. Silverton exceeded our expectations. The town is quiet and beautiful.

My pup and I had a lovely stay here. The unit is up to date (especially compared to a lot of the other vacation rentals in town) with comfy beds / linens. The kitchen is well equipped and the main area has great light for reading / working / hanging out inside. Cement St. is much quieter than Greene / Empire (an important feature when you have the windows open), and the little park by the confluence of Cement Creek & The Animas was a great spot to walk the dog. The garage is a nice touch too if you are bringing bikes / toys. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great place. They didn't have any wood for the stove and the stove wasn't working at first.

It was difficult getting to the property, as we didn't know there was an event in town and streets were blocked off, this would have been nice to know and have an alternate route available for us.
For six people to stay here it was difficult only have one bathroom and the place could use extra mirrors for people to use while the bathroom is occupied.

No full length mirrors for a wedding party to get ready. The stairs to the loft were somewhat hard to manage. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Comfy beds, great views, watch the train come into town. Appreciated having nice pots and pans. Plenty of parking. Fast and reliable internet. A great place in Silverton!

This is a great house within a block or two of all the shops. I loved all the windows and they're all on the second story so there's some privacy. Everything was clean and tidy. Access was simple with the key code.

Great place to stay for a ski trip to Silverton. Having a garage for ski storage was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Silverton Adventure House!
The house had everything we needed to have an amazing stay as a family of 6 (4 kids, 13,11,9,7). We cooked several meals. We loved having the garage to keep our ski’s in after a long day of skiing. The kids loved having the loft space. Having Kendall Mountain close was so nice. We got a snow storm while we were there and had some great snow to play in. The owner was accommodating in our need to stay one more night as the roads closed. Highly recommend Silverton, everyone we met was very nice! 5 stars from this family, would even give it 6 if we could! We really enjoyed our stay in this house!

Some critiques: Entry code was wrong but property manager was available to help us gain access with another code. Wood stove is tiny and kindling is needed but none was available. We sourced some nevertheless.

A delightful stay
This property was accurately described and was better than we expected. My children adored the loft area and the small upstairs deck was perfect for our family dog. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We had all that we needed while we explored Silverton. Great stay and highly recommend.

Great location, clean, beautiful views. Everything was updated, well stocked and we were very satisfied with everything, the only issue was that the beds in the loft were very uncomfortable. Definitely need something else up there.

We had a great stay here. It was close to the mountain and town. We enjoyed skijouring and skiing at Silverton. The house was clean and check in/out was very easy! Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Great stay and place to play
We had a great stay at the Adventure House. The home was very clean (local soap was a nice touch) and situated walking distance to everything in town. We had a blast in Silverton and hope to return someday. Would recommend.
My only comment to other parents is that the ladder up to the loft is safe and secure BUT we had our kids sleep downstairs to avoid and midnight sleepy bathroom runs. So, keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. Our older son Would have been fine but I didn’t quite feel comfortable with the little one (5) on the ladder in the middle of the night if necessary.
