Ida helped us when we arrived. She was quick to communicate via WhatsApp and excellent at showing the apartment even though we had a slight language barrier.
Apartment was spacious and we had more than enough room for three of us (husband myself and daughter). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Large refrigerator for Italy was an added plus.
Apartment is in a very nice area of Bari and was close to many fantastico restaurant options.
Across the way is La Fagolare which is traditional Barese / Apulian cooking. Half a block away is Il Rustico which is pretty fabulous for the price. 8 euro and each person gets their own pizza of choice, olives, appetizer, beer, dessert, and a shot of limoncello…

Clean family home with most essentials, warm in winter & well located to new city centre & buses. Linen well supplied.Good communication and in a security building. We enjoyed our stay. A electric kettle &bread knife

The condo is quite large and conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. From this home you can easily walk to restaurants, cafes and shopping of all types. Ida welcomed us and ensured everything was clean and in its place. We would gladly return for another stay in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Luciana’s apartment. It was walkable to the port and old town and train station. It is a safe area. The apartment is homey! It is large and includes a kitchen and office and two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a living room with two couches. We were very happy there, especially because the AC worked so well and we were able to sleep in comort. Luciana’s good friend Ida took care of us on site- we used Google Translate to communicate as we do not speak Italian. We had a great experience! Thank you Ida and Luciana.

Everything was lovely. Very nice home. A little odd that it was filled with personal belongings as if they were coming home any minute. Centrally located and ready walking distance to the train station. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes and hang them in lines right outside the window. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because the wifi worked maybe 25% of the time at best.

Luciana's apt is lovely and well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also a great location - about 15min walk from the train stn. Very easy check-in and responsive host. Ida will welcome you with open arms!

Spacious 2-bedroom apt with 2 baths, living room and den office, equipped kitchen, washing machine, lots of toys for small kids, high-speed Internet. Nearly everything is within 15 min walk, from the old town to sea front, 30 min walk to the beach. Plenty of seafood restaurants and coffee shops around. The owner Luciana speaks English and responds by email once a day. Her local helper Ida responds quickly on the phone but only speaks Italian. In face-to-face meetings she uses Google translator. Due to unfortunate coincidence, the lift was under repair the whole week. We had to climb up to the 6th floor with our 2-year-old and the stroller. Luciana was nice enough to give us a refund for the inconvenience. The price is very reasonable. Hopefully, the lift is repaired by now. We highly recommend the place for families with small kids.

We had an amazing time at Lucianas's house. The house is huge and enough for 6 people. They have everything you need in the house, it just feels like you home. Ida was very nice she handled our check in and out, and gave us informations about everything we need. The house was clean and comfortable had all the tools in the kitchen aswell for cooking, washing plus unlimited coffee😊
In overall it was great. I have nothing negative to say.

As soon as I walked into the property I felt at home. Our family was able to stay here for the week and I have no complaints. I definitely would like to stay here again if it’s available.

Great location, full apartment, highly recommend
Check in was great as we arrived early and the accommodated us with luggage storage until check in. Centrally located for ease of walking to explore all Bari has to offer. Great communication with host and their representative.

Great location. Clean and well-equipped kitchen. Air conditioning worked well. Lots of living space. Plants and other decorations make this an awesome place to stay.

Space and Convenience in Bari
This is a great find. Spacious appartment in a great location. The whole appartment is well furnished, though some utensils are a little dated. The real winner is the location - just a short walk from Old Town and some incredible restaurants. Ida who looks after appartment is most helpful. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen, sie ist geräumig, hat 2 ! Schlafzimmer, nicht 4, wir waren Anfang April dort, die Räume waren eiskalt, mehr als ungemütlich, die Heizung sprang nicht mehr an, auch die Betten waren eiskalt, schade

Mit Herz im Herzen Baris
Der Aufenthalt war mal wieder wundervoll! Die Wohnung ist groß und dennoch gemütlich, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein und mit Ida und Luciana hat man immer zwei helfende Engel an seiner Seite. Diese Wohnung ist rundum zu empfehlen!

Wunderbar!
Die Erfahrung war rundum gut! Ich war mehrere Wochen zu Gast und jeden Tag froh, in so einer tollen Wohnung in bester Lage zu leben. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, hat kurze Wege und mit Luciana und Ida zwei Gastgeberinnen, die immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Bonne localisation et super confortable!
Très pratique, proche de la gare et du centre historique. L’appartement est énorme et bien aménagé.
La seule chose négative c’était l’horaire d’entrée (18 30 c’est un peu trop).

It is amazing flat in the city center of Bari. very friendly host, big flat, fully equipped. The best for children. In the neighborhood you can find everything. Close to the train station. 2 balconies, aircon everything as described.

Bello appartamento molto grande vicino alla stazione
Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento che è molto grande. È vicino alla stazione centrale di Bari a piedi quindi molto comodo. L'appartamento è dotato di 3 aria condizionata e due bagni e toilette. I prioritari sono molto simpatici e accoglienti ed erano lì molto rapidamente per rispondere alle nostre domande e risolvere i nostri potenziali problemi.

O cazare excelenta
Apartamentul este amplasat intr-o zona centrala, foarte facil pentru a merge la gara, in centrul vechi, zona pietonala si lungo mare. Ai multe magazine alimentare si restaurante in apropiere. Apertamentul este mai frumos in realitate. Daca vom reveni in Bari ne vom caza cu siguranta tot aici. Multumim Laura si Ida!

L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed è a due passi dal centro, ma fuori dal caos, in una zona ben servita e molto comoda. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Per una vacanza da sogno!

Splendida casa in pieno centro di Bari. Ben arredata, fresca e c’è anche un biliardino! :) perfetta per coppie o famiglie! Luciana è un eccellente ospite e ci torneremo presto! Altamente consigliata.

Super consigliato
La casa è collocata al centro a due minuti di via sparano e a 5 a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Casa molto pulita e ben arredata le stanze ampie e luminose con due bagni. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Mi sono sentito da subito a mio agio e come se fossi a casa mia. Scendendo a piedi si ha tutto vicino. È stata complessivamente un'esperienza molto positiva. Super consigliato.
