This home was perfection for our 10 day stay. We appreciated the communication between owners and managers. Clean and well stocked. Large and roomy.

We came together for a family Christmas vacation. It was wonderful. The house is cozy and the location was fantastic - great views out every window and decks to enjoy Puget Sound. It was nice to watch the ferries come and go in the distance. Kitchen was well-stocked for all of the family meals we created together. Hope to visit again!

A beautiful setting for a couple of friends from grad school to reunite and catch up. PERFECT location if a view is what you are looking for.

We had a group of 9 adults and the house was perfect. Everyone was comfortable, it was a beautiful view, we had a great time cooking together, playing games, and relaxing.

The property met our needs as a family, with both personal space and large spaces for group activities. Wildlife viewing was excellent.

We gathered to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday, and it was perfect. Amazing view, quiet with great spots to sit back and relax. Spent lots of time downstairs using table tennis table and playing the variety of games available. Just a short drive into town to enjoy the local restaurants.

Amazing experience! Great location! Comfy! Hot tub was a little tricky, but other than that it was everything we could have imagined. Loved it

We had a great week on Lopez Island at this wonderful rental. 12 of us fit in the main house; grandparents upstairs, family of 4 in the entry level room with 2 queen beds, and family of 6 in the downstairs. Highlights were the beautiful views from the deck, nighttime s'mores at the firepit, and catching red crabs off the pier. The house is rustic(dated), but is fitted with almost everything you need. The ping pong table and hot tub were enjoyed by all as well. Laundry room is not available, which we were aware of. Used coin op laundry at the resort when needed. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family get together.

This house was comfortable for 3 generations staying together. It had amazing views out over the Sound. Kids enjoyed playing ping pong and watching movies downstairs. Good space to eat as a group both outside and in the dining area. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Location near the ferry and a short distance into Lopez village was fantastic.

We had a spectacular visit, watching ferries, sitting in the hot tub, playing games and making some mores. Great location for ferry day trips. Wish we could have used the washer and dryer though.

My family traveled from Michigan to meet up with family from Seattle at Lopez Island. We had beautiful weather, enjoyed local hikes, and we’re able to see seals from the beautiful fire pit, and there were practically no bugs. My The rental was clean, well stocked, and the owner was responsive. The grill tray needed to be emptied but there was propane and the fire pit had a great supply of wood organized from kindling to larger split wood. The house is dated, but you can see that from the photos and everything was in working order (keep in mind there is no laundry at the house). Our kids stayed in the house and on the deck, navigated the stairs just fine, and only went down to the water with us, since there is a good elevation change and some drop off (ages 4 & 5). They loved hunting through the tide pools on the rocky shore and playing in the hot tub. We also enjoyed having the lower level game room, and there were many DVDs to choose from, although it was a little difficult to get them to play with the technology. The master has a wonderful view, but it starts to get light very early, and there isn’t a way to block the light. If you want to sleep past 6 in the summer, bring a sleep mask. We definitely plan to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed staying on Lopez island and at this house. Quaint house with more than enough sleeping arrangements and activities.

The property was lovely, even moreso than in the pictures on line. The deer were there as well as a harbor seal and a bald eagle doing a flyby one evening just twenty feet off the upper balcony. There was easy access to the ferry for visiting the other islands although we enjoyed just being around the house and enjoying the view.

The media equipment was a bit cumbersome but we found a way to make it work. Could use some more towel racks or hooks for drying towels. It was fun to beachcomb the tidal pools. The decor is dated but everything was very functional. All in all, wonderful place and great owners.

Prefect for a girls weekend

Fine spot for our gals weekend on Lopez — convenient for ferry and town, and plenty of room for 4 of us. Having 3 bathrooms was great, and the kitchen was decently equipped, although the cookware, along with the rest of the household furnishings, feels a bit tired and dated. Overall a nice stay and we appreciated having the hot tub!

We stayed here on a long weekend in winter and it was amazing. My family of 4 and 2 friends all stayed here. there was plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. The hot tub was good. The view was amazing. Would visit again.

The owners did a wonderful job making the cabin comfortable and homey. It is well stocked in cooking supplies, all you need to bring are the ingredients. They even have a rice cooker! Everything is clean and beds are comfortable. Everyone in our party, even the kids, had a great time even just staying indoors and the view of the water and the neighboring islands are spectacular. Specially in the morning while you’re sipping hot coffee on the deck.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house was next to the ferry and right on the water. There was a gorgeous view and plenty of space for our group.

We found this cabin perfect for our needs. The three bedroom/bathroom was just what our group of 6 adult couples wanted. The cabin is older than what we normally stay in, but it was clean and roomy. We used all the rooms and amenities except for the fire pit because there was a burn ban on for the islands. The view was beautiful from the deck. The indoor setup was good for family games and movie watching.

Its the best of Lopez and the remote feel you want to get on a special vacation. Looking across the water offers a perfect place to watch a variety of boats go by as the moon rises over the water. The house has more kitchen items than most as well as games. So many beds to choose from (although too soft) and the downstairs was a welcome area. Loved the little dock to just sit out and drink coffee watching the crabs and even Orcas!

8 of us rented the main cottage and the smaller cabin also on the property for a 30th birthday/vacation. The location is excellent: the views are great, it’s a private and scenic home, there’s still a bit of cell signal so you can call if you need to, we we’re able to walk up to and walk-on the ferry to Friday Harbor with no trouble at all. This place is a logistical dream, too. Plenty of parking for our mix of 5 cars and mid size SUVs. The grocery store in town is very good, so we could pick up extra food when we ran a bit low. The property owners/management folks are excellent, too. Plenty of communication that was friendly, clear, and prompt. We would 100% stay again, it was a great trip!

We really enjoyed the locations but there was several issues with the property. The cabin in general was extremely dated with lots of personal photos and memorabilia displayed. The flush lever on the main level toilet was broken, one of the hide-a-beds was broken/unusable (and not disclosed on listing or at check-in), laundry room locked and unavailable to be used (not clear on listing), and the propane ran out the day before we left. Lots of inconveniences. Can’t beat the beautiful San Juan views though!
