We didn't meet or see any staff. We did receive helpful emails before our trip. Decor in our room was very minimalistic (but ok), seating was very uncomfortable.

Last minute booking- soooo lucky and glad to have found this hotel and get a cottage spot. It is perfect. So well kept, private. Check in was a breeze thanks to a helpful call by the owner within a few minutes of my making the reservation. I am here with my mom but will come back with my husband if at all possible! A gem of a place.

Edenwild was really unique. Great atmosphere. The island was very laid back and quiet. Facility was very well maintained and clean. I did miss not having TV. I didn’t see or speak with anyone working at Edenwild, although I was told should I need anything I could call or text someone.

This property is a quaint home feel right in the heart of Lopez. The owners are very responsive and try to make sure you’re every need is met without being seen.

Cute, clean, quaint inn. Easiest check in, check out process we've experienced. Grounds are clean with beautiful flowers. Fire pit with wood and chairs. Walk to bike rentals, coffee shops, bakery, ice cream, pizza food truck, and Tap house with beer tasting. Nice continental breakfast delivered in the morning to our door.

Lopez Island is about as laid back as you can get and this place fits right in. Management is very laid back. Check in process is the key being left on the desk by the front door. Rather expensive, but when there are few options on Lopez that's what you get. It was the second time I stayed there. The first time we stayed in a separate small house behind the hotel. I would have preferred that again, but we wound up with a room. Wasn't bad but the house is better. Management said to book through the website next time, which we will do.

Beautiful property right in the heart of the town. Very pleasant, kind and helpful host. We were lucky to stay in room 10 which has its own balcony sitting area. There are also water views from 2 directions. Breakfast was carefully delivered with fresh quiche, yogurt, and cinnamon bread. This was the nicest place we’ve stayed in a long time and look forward to returning!

Property is in a great location and the owner was very accommodating. However given the $500 per night charge we expected what one usually receives at an expensive inn or bed and breakfast.
We could understand the need to serve breakfast to rooms during Covid , none of the other inns we stayed in on the island had restrictions.

We stayed at the Edenwild over 16 years ago when they were still serving pigeon eggs and it was a super cozy spot in the woods. Now it’s a full blown operation and it’s really well done. The morning breakfast was awesome and everything looked updated and functional. Would highly recommend.

The owner was so nice and got us setup to go kayaking right upon our arrival. Beautiful bay that you can kayak around and we even saw a sea lion.

When we arrived, the keys were sitting out for the guests--as there's no crime on the island. The continental breakfast was warm, and left out on a little table in front of each room, by 8 a.m. Thankfully, there wasn't a TV in our room, so my son went down to the lobby, and there were cards (and other board games), so we played cards before bed. Quite the tranquil experience.

Absolutely wonderful feel: warm welcome, open feel that makes it even better to enjoy the kind, welcoming, easy atmosphere of the island. Clean, well organized, thoughtful breakfast, perfectly located, owner is helpful on everything (including when somebody found our daughter’s jacket far away…). A gorgeous setting if you want a relaxing vacation, enjoying the views, coffee shop and brewery across the street, ease with kids or as a romantic gateway, reading or enjoying sunrise/sunset from the porch. I could go on and on. Exactly what I was going for on López (first trip, looking for bliss away from packs of tourists, with warm and happy residents and visitors) and beyond!

My kids rated the provided breakfast as “the best breakfast of their life”. I have to agree the breakfast was wonderful and really enhanced the whole experience.
The only thing I wish we had were screens for the windows or AC. It was a hot day but we didn’t want to let mosquitoes inside so slept with the windows closed which was quite warm. The provided fan was much appreciated.

Our stay was wonderful! Checkin was as easy as picking up our key, breakfast was delivered to our door every morning, and the location is right next to all the Lopez shops. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and it was so wonderfully quiet. We had our windows open all night and heard only the birds in the morning. There’s a small fridge in the room, and we used the tables outside to eat dinner on a sunny evening. Super highly recommended!

This was such a cool house to stay in so luxurious there’s no TV but it was really great because there was no TV coffee shop two doors down beautiful views the property made you feel like you were a king and a queen highly recommend this place

Stayed two nights in mid August.
The facility was very nice! The keys were available when we arrived at entry desk (no attendant). The 2nd floor room was very great. Note, there is no elevator or AC but we were fine without. Nice cool breeze through room aided by quiet fan. No window screens, would be nice to have screen on bath window as a few moths joined us at night. (no other bugs at all). Breakfast was better then expected; included hot crepes. We would stay again!

The Edenwild is a wonderful hotel. They changed our room from 3 to 4 at the last minute so my granddaughter could stay with us. The room was very spacious and spotless. The king size bed was a little high and I would recommend a small stool to help shorter people up but I’m 5’6 and had a bit of a problem. The delicious continental breakfast was delivered to our room in the AM. There’s many seating areas around the property. Inside, on the porch and on the property. I loved all the large bunnies running free on the property. There was no TV but there’s so much to do we weren’t bothered by it. I would definitely recommend the Edenwild Boutique Inn.
