We had a lovely time at this beautiful home. It is well located and easy to find, and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we especially loved the back patio.

This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable Master bed! The 360 views of the red rocks were Amazing! The home has everything you need. We enjoyed My 40th Birthday with a walk to the Chapel and spent time in the Arizona room playing Jenga! The back patio is the perfect place to stargaze! The location is incredible, not too far from the busyness and Nice and quiet. Don and Ellen were incredible hosts! Top notch experice! We Would most certainly stay again! Thank you for Having us.

360 degree breathtaking views from this house. Custom built and absolutely beautiful. Felt very secure and safe with iron gates around property. Our host Don and Ellen went over and above to accommodate our requests. They responded within minutes to text and calls. Outdoor spaces were so peaceful and quiet. Immaculate, comfortable beds and linens and great water pressure in showers. Could not ask for more

Girl family trip to celebrate a 40th birthday. Beautiful home that was removed from the craziness and traffic of downtown Sedona. Great place to come back too. Especially enjoyed the electric fireplace.

We are a group of 60+ (age) friends for 20 years and Don’s VRBO couldn’t have been more perfect. Wonderful location, great patio, kitchen, amenities and v comfy. Don is an exceptional host as he put up w many questions and emails from me and always replied very quickly. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Don!!

The house is PERFECT! Clean. Beds super comfortable. Views amazing. Neighborhood PERFECT! Loved this home and would definitely recommend for your vacation. The owners are super accommodating. Less than 10 minute walk to the Chapel of the Holy Cross and trails to hike. We could not ask for a better house for our vacation.

We were given an incorrect entry key code and had to wait 30 minutes before the owner contacted us with the correct code. Reading lamps on each side of the beds would be a nice addition. Otherwise the facility and stay were great, fantastic location.

This is a beautiful property, inside and out. Views from nearly all windows in the house, comfortable beds, a welcome basket with snacks, quiet neighborhood and perfect for our group. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and responsive to all our questions. Check in was super easy. I would book this property again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed with another couple. It was our 1st time to the Sedona area. The stay could not have been better! Ellen and Don were very accommodating and helpful and the house was just beautiful! I would highly recommend their place to anyone. The location was perfect for us, we were able to do a hike right from the front door.

This is a fabulous house that felt like "home" the minute we walked inside for the first time. Beautifully appointed & immaculately clean, with awesome outside seating areas- the front for coffee in the morning and the back for Happy Hour in the evening. The views did not disappoint and the sky full of stars at night were stunning due to the location away from the city lights. An added bonus for the hikers in our group was a trailhead just steps away from the front door. All 4 of us gave this place thumbs WAY UP !!!! Thanks for the great memories Don & Ellen !!!

This was the perfect spot for our business planning/mastermind trip. The house was spacious with everything we needed and more, including a nice welcome basket!
Couldn't ask for better hosts throughout the entire experience.
The location is great...short walk to the famous Chapel and in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go leaving us with short drives. It was also convenient to have a great hiking trail right across the street.
Highly recommend and any future trips to Sedona will be at this location!

We enjoyed the house a lot.
Our only quibblle was that the dining table and the master bed were too high for my wife, so we ate at counter and she slept in kid/guest bed. Not really problems, but maybe something to be aware of if anyone is disabled.
She enjoyed the views and the sunroom so much that we’d definitely go back.

Traveling with my daughters and staying in this lovely home exceeded all my expectations. Don and Ellen made sure their home had everything to make our trip relaxing and complete. I'm so thankful for the cleanliness, comfort, space indoors and out, and the little extras they provided. We enjoyed morning hikes, creekside massages, the Broken Arrow jeep tour, the Grand Canyon day trip, and a visit to Antelope Canyon. We ate at Mesa Grill, Hide Away House, The Hudson, and Secret Garden. All are very good and highly recommended. Sedona and this beautiful home will not disappoint.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona and loved our experience at Don and Ellen's home. The home was very clean, there was a wonderful gift basket when we got there with wonderful treats.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with all the needed equipment. We loved the outdoor spaces and used them each day. We had a technical difficulty and Don was eager and available to help.
We loved the location, a bit outside of the busyness of Sedona, but close enough to be convenient.
I would recommend staying here! Thank you Don and Ellen!

The biggest compliment that I can give with respect to a vacation home is that I am going to rent it again. And this property faa/los within that category. This was my third trip to Sedona and this home has the best location on many levels. Hiking trails are steps away from the property. The home itself is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The owners were 100% responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect location, comfortable house for the four of us. Nicely furnished and equipped. I am recovering from a knee replacement as well as visiting with my brother and wife from Boston. This was a lovely get-getaway.

The property is lovely, perfectly kept, and was just what my family of four was looking for. The location was amazing - close to some great hikes and just out of the bustle of the Art district.

The views from this lovely home are second to none. This is the perfect place to enjoy amazing sunsets and walk to trail heads. Conveniently located close to beautiful trails including Cathedral Rock and just a short drive into Sedona. The home itself was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable with very nice linens. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with excellent cookware. The living room's huge and comfy couch allowed us to spread out and morning coffee in the Arizona room was superb. The outside space was inviting and offered amazing views. The hosts were very quick to answer questions. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This home is beautiful. Great views of red rocks from front and back patios. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful hiking within walking distance. Comfy beds. Lots of room to hang out together or find a quiet nook. Bring any food/condiments you require in fully equipped kitchen. Owner very responsive during rental process.
