House was as advertised. No surprises. Spacious inside which was fortunate because the weather was terrible all week. A couple of issues controlling the pool and sauna, otherwise we enjoyed the (inside of the) home during the week.

Such a beautiful property and Carmen is amazing! Always available and helpful whenever needed. A backyard you never want to leave.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying in the great home in Scottsdale AZ. My whole family very much appreciated the heated pool & Spa. The kids spent hours in both, and we had a hard time pulling them out! My son & I took advantage of the proximity to the Troon North golf courses, while my beautiful wife and I took advantage of the proximity to the wonderful hikes/trail heads. Overall, a great place to stay and get away from the dreary pacific north west winter weather.

The property is as described, it has everything you might need and more. We enjoyed all of the outdoor activities, especially that great pool area. The property owner was quick to answer any texts or calls after we checked in, and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Great house. Lots of space for two foursomes. Nice indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Nice pool and hot tub. Location was perfect for golf, restaurants, views, etc.

For us it was a great location and the backyard and pool area was wonderful for the kids! When we did have a couple issues the response was prompt and handled swiftly!

Perfect for a gathering of adults. Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Heater worked great in the pool and hot tub.

We needed a place for our family of 5 to stay while visiting my brother and his family. We wanted to make it special since this was to be our "family vacation" and also we wanted to be in North Scottsdale near my brother's home. This beautiful property was more perfect than we could've imagined! It's even more beautiful in person and as comfortable as it is elegant. We were also surprised by how well appointed it is. It truly felt like an exclusive resort that afforded all the privacy while still having the feel of being pampered. My brother has two young children and they were just as pleased with the pool as we were. We brought some of our own pool things, but even those are well stocked and my niece and nephew had a grand time with the diving rings and other fun surprises. The location of the property is perfect for a sunrise hike at Pinnacle Peak or just a pleasant walk in the beautiful neighborhood. Sometimes a nice place to stay means someone gets the short end of the stick in bedroom choice, but with this lovely home everyone gets their own room and private bathroom and the guest beds are generously queen sized while the master has a king. Carmen gave us a very warm welcome and she was kind and responsive to my questions before we arrived. We really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Scottsdale!

We had an enjoyable time at this home. It is in a great, quiet neighborhood with ample privacy yet still close enough to the rest of the Scottsdale area for entertainment and activities. The kitchen and great room provide ample space for gathering and entertaining. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard pool and hot tub. Both heated and easy to control with clear directions from Carmen the owner. Carmen was a joy to work with and genuinely cares about your experience as a renter. We would definitely return in the future.

Carmen was great to deal with from the time we booked till the time we left! The location is great with tons of activities and restaurants nearby! Pool was clean and yard well maintained. We enjoyed the property with 8 adults and this house has plenty of room to accommodate all!

This house was amazing. Extremely spacious with a phenomenal back yard for relaxing, in a privately gated community. It was close to some of the Worlds most prestigious golf courses and nice restaurants. From the very beginning, Carmen made this booking so easy. She helped make our stay quit simple and effortless. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking in the Northen Scottsdale area.

This lovely home had the perfect layout for our family vacation. Ample bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The pool was a dream for our grandchildren. The home is well maintained, located for easy access to Arizona hiking and fun activities. The view is amazing and the night sky crystal clear. We had a wonderful deregulate family week and look forward to returning.

This is a large home with a beautiful pool well located near to many excellent golf courses and hikes. We were disappointed that while the house is advertised as sleeping 10 people, for every person over 6, extra charges are made. Pool heating fees are also high. For a high end rental, the kitchen supplies were low quality and the BBQ dirty. The owner was responsive when we had problems with heating the pool and is also helpful with local store recommendations. The home is well suited for large groups and families.

Yes we had an amazing vacation with wonderful weather, great food, our loving family and Carmen’s fabulous estate! The pool and spa with the incredible view were over the top. The spacious home provided more than ample space, both indoor and outdoor. The home provides great separation with a master wing apart from the other bedrooms.The professional grade Thermador appliances are top shelf should you desire to cook. Beyond the outdoor pool table and other games provided, our grandsons loved the heated pool with afternoon swims daily. Carmen was excellent ensuring that all was well with the accommodations. Hiking trails and golf courses are nearby. Note that a car is necessary for jaunts to all of the available activities and restaurants. You will enjoy this estate!

We enjoyed our time and loved the space the house provided. The setting is beautiful and we spent a great deal of time on the patio with the gas fireplace. This is an upscale house and we expected the amenities to be, as well. We didn’t seem to have enough towels and washcloths, and the pool towels need to be replaced. One of the mattresses seemed to be of poor quality. These things didn’t fit the standard for the house and price. These were the only real detractors from our stay.

This property is amazing. It was a perfect fit for our family. Great location, easy access to hiking, shopping, golf etc. We loved the suite concept in that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The outside living area was great and very spacious. Will definitely be back!!
