We had an amazing time at the beach. We stayed for 8 days and it was beautiful weather for the duration. The property manager and host were easily reachable and communicated with us multiple times. There are several places in walking distance but I do recommend renting a car to get the full experiences of the island. If you have a vehicle keep in mind that you must check in with the security person and then go up tot he room before parking the vehicle. It makes for a much smoother experience. The accommodations were nice and simple and we had a beautiful view! We loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Isla Verde beach is the most beautiful beach in our opinion! Steps away from the beach and the view from our room was amazing. Check in was a little difficult as we got in to San Juan at 2am, but security was helpful and property manager was prompt to answer questions and solve issues. Many restaurants close by. The pool was not busy and clean. Check out was very easy! Would stay again!

Cost effective cute apartment in Isla Verde. Having been to Isla Verde before and knowing the neighborhood I am also aware of the prices this area can garner. As an avid and frequent traveler, I look for the cost-effective option whenever possible. Being cost effective doesn't mean you have to sacrifice. Such is the case with Jennifers condo. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and with a view that can't be matched. Communication was excellent, building staff was helpful, and the neighborhood is safe both day and late night. As others have stated the building doesn't look like much from the outside and even in the lobby but please do not let this distract you from staying here. I would totally rent again and guess what I can because I took the cost-effective option in the first place!

The room itself was great! Beautiful view. My only complaint is the parking clicker barely worked. We rented a car and needed a spot, so they gave us one in a locked parking lot. We had to click it numerous times for it to work. The outside of the building looks a little run down but once you get to the room, it really is beautiful! Great staff and good communication. So much is provided for you in the room. It’s RIGHT on the beach and theres two beach bars right on the building. Location is great, close to everything. Some stuff is walking distance but by car/uber, the furthest we drove was 15-20 mins. The isla verde beach is so nice as well! Overall, great stay and experience. I definitely recommend it!

Nice place to stay if you want to be right at the beach. Condo has 1 bedroom and a pull out futon in the living room area. There’s beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs if you need them and laundry on site if you need to do laundry during your stay. There was a 24 hour store nearby which was great and food within walking distance.

Property was located in a close to everything spot Our week went along smoothly. Hope to return.

I cant say enough about how perfect this condo was.

My husband and I had an amazing 7 days trip in this beautiful condo in La Isla Verde. Location is central to everything! You’re on the beach! Open the window and hear the sound of the ocean. A short drive to old San Juan, more beach and the mountains and hiking. We slept comfortably and condo had everything we needed. Thank you again for this magical place we had an amazing 20th anniversary here!

My favorite part about this place is it’s right on the beach!!! You can see, hear the ocean from your room! Everything was clean, updated and in working fashion! From the outside, the condo doesn’t look so inviting but this apartment is completely different than the outside. Perfect apartment for 2-3 ppl :) thank you!

This condo is perfect and every way for a couple or for a small family it has everything you need for a fantastic vacation whether eating out and walking to all of the clothes, shops and close restaurants or cooking a nice meal at home. Everything is wonderful and the condo is beautifully furnished, and the location could not be more perfect, we will be back very soon

We enjoyed our stay. The view from this well-maintained condo is beautiful. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We received prompt responses when communicating with the owner and property manager.

Lovely beach front condo just as described. We spent a comfortable week in this spacious condo with fully stocked kitchen and good bathroom amenities. Got good use of the beach loungers and towels that were also provided. The building is very secure and it’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Kudos to Jennifer and her management team who responded immediately when we came across a couple of issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five nights. We loved the location, particularly the accessibility of the beach. The initial check in process could be improved, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. We walked to dinner most nights and Old San Juan was only a $15-20 Uber ride. The CVS was 24 hrs and a block away for any supplies needed.

Great location, right on beach.

The condo is beautiful and the view is fabulous! The owners were attentive. The workers do not speak sufficient English, that was my only issue. The beach is beautiful. My girls never went out alone because the area is like any city in the US. The food, drinks, the culture, the people, the beaches, aand the condo was great!

When we pulled up to the building I thought I had made a huge mistake. The outside is not well kept, the lobby area was very dirty, there are bars on all of the doors. But then we got to our apartment and it was beautiful and just like the pictures! The location is perfect, literally steps to the beach. We walked to CVS several times for drinks or small items. We took and Uber to a grocery store once. The building was very quiet and secure. There was a lot of communication with the owner and property manager. They have clear instructions and checked on us regularly. The apartment has everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. The bed is comfortable a s the AC cooled the room off quickly. Don’t let the outside scare you away from this cute apartment!

This was a fantastic place. The location is really amazing. Right on the beach with sweeping views of the coast from the living room. The building is in stretch of resorts to the left and to the right so there is a lot of nearby amenities and restaurants. As for beach access, it couldn’t be easier or better. You just walk out the door and you are there. We spent a good amount of time walking up and down the beach and checking out some of the big resorts nearby and honestly, the location of this unit may be on the best part of this whole stretch of beach. There are also a lot of great restaurants around within walking distance including some of the best ones right in the building facing the beach. The unit has a kitchen (no oven) – we appreciated the blender – so we also had a few meals and drinks at home to keep costs down. There is a 24-hr CVS across the street that is well-stocked with all the basics you're going to need for your stay and the beach. Beer, wine, liquor, and basic groceries and food. All in all, this was a great place that we would book again.

Very nice place to stay. has everything you need. very well located

First time we pulled up to the property, we were a little nervous. The outside building needs a little work but once inside our room....nothing compares to that view!! Full size windows in the living room and the bedroom of the beaitiful ocean. Absolutely amazing!! The condo was quaint, cozy, and clean. Everything we needed was inside, even different beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for the beach right across the street. Two little restaurants in the building for an easy lunch spot while on the beach or to grab a pina colda to take back to the beach. Building was very well secured, staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and a couple shops for souvenirs within walking distance. If we ever come back, I would definitely stay here again just for the picture perfect view alone!!

This unit isn very thing as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. The views are perfect and being so close to the beach was so convenient. The beach is also one of the nicest we have been on…totally beautiful! We had no issues and we HIGHLY recommend anyone considering a trip to Puerto Rico, should definitely look at staying at this condo.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We’ve had a great time. The only down side, it was pretty far everywhere we wanted to go. Spent fortune for Uber. Would definitely visit again, but maybe closer to excursions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Beach Condo, which was also close to our pick up/s for Rain Forest Tour, Swimming through Caves and Cliff Jumping and Snorkeling. Walking distance to great restaurants and stores. Beautiful view!

This condo is in a fabulous location steps away from Isle Verde Beach, our favorite. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach is nice. The new sliding windows allowed for fresh air and the window a/c units worked great. There is a nice pool and deck for sunning on the ground level. The building is nice with relatively fast elevators, a nice pool, and security. The property owner and management company were communicative and easy to deal with. You can easily Uber to any place you want to go. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will return. Thanks so much!

Overall fully satisfied with apartment. We were disappointed with one aspect. Alambique, a restaurant we loved, which was located in the rear of the building suddenly closed down after being there for decades.
