The worst experience with booking.com I’ve ever had. We arrived to the apartment and the fridge door fell off 5 minutes after we arrived. There where bugs in our beds and the towels on the kitchen floor was broken (one of us actually got a bleeding feet because of it) we called costumer service immediately. And I can’t believe what they did. First they tell us to book a new place on their bill. So we did. Afterwards I ask for a mail about the practicalities for the payment and another costumer service says that she just talked to her boss and they can’t do anything. So now we have paid 20.000 danish crowns for our one week stay! It’s now 2 weeks ago. We have tried to call, mail, chat etc. But no answer. This is just so unexpected and poor poor costumer service.
