Wonderful stay. This house felt like home. I felt spoiled with the upstairs large bedroom, which I deemed my suite. The home is thoughtfully stocked and decorated. It was such a pleasure staying there. I wish we could have stayed longer! I hope to stay again!

My four buddies and I get together once a year for a mini-class reunion. We all graduated high school in 1974. This year, I had the honor of hosting. This home where my friends stayed met our expectations very well. Although we didn't do much other than gather there in the mornings and evenings before going out, the home was comfortable and easy to access. Thanks for hosting and helping make our mini-reunion a success.

Bucket list came true with a girl trip to Surprise AZ, to watch the Texas Rangers at Spring Training. Larry’s place was perfect. We loved the house, location and all of the surrounding area. House is super close to the Texas Ranger’s & Kansas City Royals field. House is stock with things that come in handy, like pool toys and ice chest. Kitchen is also stock with helpful item. We took a couple of day trips when not watching baseball and looked forward to getting back to Larry’s place to relax.

We were 3 adult siblings visiting elderly parents. Location was ideal however needed the GPS to find the place in a large complex with lots of turns. VERY close to grocery store. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue is maybe finding street parking if you get home late but it wasn’t too bad. Larry was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Our only complaint about our stay was the parking. We had an expedition that couldn't fit in the garage and sometimes finding street parking was a struggle. We didn't love having our car where we couldn't keep an eye on it. The house was perfect for our family and well stocked. Kids loved the pool toys and the pool. Beds were nice and comfy.

Overall Great Experience
This was a great house for our family of 5! It was just what we needed for our vacation in AZ. Larry was easy to contact and communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

A very short stay...
but we enjoyed our time at this property. Finding the correct house was a bit tricky but we had been driving over 14 hours so I'm guessing that didn't help the process! The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio area was very cute.

Excellent property !!
This is an excellent property with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood close to all the great things Surprise has to offer. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Spring Training
The property was wonderful! It was in a great location in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Don't be surprised by this gem
Had a great time in Surprise for family trip for son's spring break and spring training. Property is as advertised and reflects the images provided in listing. Location is great in NW Phoenix metro area and less than 1 mile to Rangers and Royals stadium. Many restaurants within a few miles and quiet neighborhood. Only noisy when planes from Luke AFB fly near, but that is only occasionally and love seeing our Air Force fighters flying! Playgrounds and pool were perfect for 5 year old son. Property owner was very responsive when contacted before and during stay. Would definately stay again at this residence in the future.

Space and privacy
Our group of friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious, well stocked house. It offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool and hot tub nearby. (We had it to ourselves most of the time!) The kitchen had every utensil, dish, and cookware we needed. The owners know how to give the royal treatment to their renters. Parking was not a problem and we felt the cars were safe on the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Month in Arizona
We enjoyed a great month in this cottage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the house had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable Master bedroom upstairs, and loved having the laundry room upstairs also

The place worked well for my family of 4 and my sister coming into visit my parents in Sun city west. My kids slept well in the beds.

Amazing experience.
Loved this house. We will never stay in a motel again. This gave us all the room we needed to visit our grandchildren and have them stay with us as well. Convenience of a full kitchen, dining, bedrooms and multiple bathrooms was great.

Vermonters Vacation
The property was very nicely furnished with a lot of extras that you don’t usually get with short term rental properties. Its’ location is close to great restaurants, shopping, baseball and gambling facilities.
The community pool was wonderful as well.

Awesome rental!
We loved everything about our rental. The home was in great shape, the A/C was super cold, there were lots of nice "extras" around the house (such as food in the fridge), the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the beds were comfy... I could go on and on, but you get the point. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Magnificent Stay
I was expecting a single family home when I booked my stay. It's more like a condo because it is attached to 2 other units. Nonetheless we had an excellent stay! There was more than enough space for me and my family. Easy check-in! Owners had everything we needed! They even had laundry detergent and fabric softener to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable.

Perfect home away from home!
We were in town for a baseball tourney... our family of 5, grandma and grandpa. This was perfect for us. Tons of room and amenities. The air conditioning worked great to keep us cool from the heat. The laundry in home was perfect to get those uniforms cleaned. The kitchen and home was fully stocked. The community pool is great and the next door neighbors are super sweet. Larry is a great host and we will definitely be back again. If you are coming to the Surprise area, stop looking elsewhere this is your place.

Great Place to stay
This house was perfect. Everything you would need was there. When we stayed, we where in town for a tennis tournament. All things needed to cook or grill where there. Things like chairs and coolers to use where also there just like you where at home. It made it very easy when your just flying in with a suitcase. Once again great place and good owners. Thank you

Quiet Neighborhood
Great property; Private for new neighborhood. Very quiet. Would not be good if you are loud. Baby had no problems sleeping. Great layout; amenities within walking distance. Large park nearby. Clean area. Great experience.

Spring Break Vacation
Great house overall for a family. Pros are the community Pool which is a short drive away, Very nice neighbors, a nice grass area just outside the front door. Cons are the parking situation, It is hard to find a curbside parking spot and the garage is very small we did make it work by parking our minivan in the garage but it was very tight. Overall we had a great time.

Overall description online was spot on for this property. Enough room for all of our family to spread out and have our own space. Location was close to many amenities . Beds and rooms were comfy and clean.

Amazing AZ visit
Excellent property with well thought out extras (beach towels/toys, patio stuff, kitchen well stocked!). The layout is perfect and very clean. The community pool is heated and nice for kids. Larry was great to work with. We will be back! Thanks

Wonderful Time
Larry we had such a wonderful time at your home. The pool toys, extra patio lounge chairs and the carry forward condiments, and coffee pop tarts, and popcorn were delightful. The Surprise Police Department was so helpful in helping me find your home when I got lost with my dead phone. They suggested perhaps " A Silver Alert" might be useful....especially if I had been in robe and bedroom slippers. I think they get a lot of old person contacts.
The rabbit warren of changing street names made for that adventure. Kids had the whole pool area to themselves every time we went. I suggest street parking just around the corner as always available and easier then garage parking for a van. We had such a great time, did hiking and subsets at White Tank, and visited Sun City relatives!

2021 Review
Property was clean and in a great location! Within 1-2 miles of spring training stadium and tennis center. Had 8 of us stay at the property and was enough space. Larry was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Surprise AZ. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Great size, and great sleeping arrangements. We were able to cook most of our meals in the wonderful kitchen, and enjoyed the neighborhood pool as well. The house has everything you would need within a short distance. We were in the area for a local baseball tournament. Larry is an excellent host, and I would highly recommend his place over any hotel. We will gladly stay again for any future tournaments we have!

House was exactly as described. The house and beds were comfortable. All the little extras in the house really helped. Well stocked kitchen and linen closets. There was even camper chairs and a cooler we borrowed! If I could give more that 5 stars, I would!
