Great balcony to relax and watch the surfers and for entertaining. Tri level so there’s a few stairs to navigate but the upstairs Master was the best place to be! If you walk down the stairs to the beach it is a narrow shore line with no sand,all rocks to get in ocean. Plenty of windows with ocean views. All in all loved our stay. Thanks, Rick.

Exactly as wonderful as the photos depict. We are returners to this property and it never disappoints. Great location, ease of communication, fully stocked kitchen, and quiet neighborhood.

This was our second stay at Rick’s Seabluffe condo and we had a fantastic visit! A few notable things about this rental: the price for an ocean facing unit is spectacular and more than fair; this is their home and it shows… they take great care of the place and also know how to be outstanding hosts, and they truly care about feedback! I’m growing a bit weary of the lick and stick properties that are obviously being bought as short term rentals with no soul, no fun extras, no thought! Rick’s place is NOT one of those! It’s a home and it shows! The beach toys are plentiful, the bicycles perfect for evening trips to restaurants, etc., and the beds super comfy and bedding high quality (thank god for the nice cotton sheets!!). The master suite is gorgeous, but second and third rooms comfy, too! Just book it, you won’t be disappointed!! We’re already on the calendar for next year, thanks, Rick!

Fantastic Ocean view from this property. Well maintained and an absolutely turn key property for a very relaxing vacation. We spent the week surfing with our boys in the mornings followed by pickle ball in the afternoon, another evening surf session and finishing our days barbecuing on the decking enjoying a cocktail and the sunset.

Host had great communication. Home has breath taking views of the ocean and coast. We didn’t get to experience sunrises due to El Niño with unusually cloudy weather, but we did enjoy several picturesque sunsets on the balcony from our comfy outdoor cushioned chairs and outdoor couch. Home is well equipped and has a lot of the small things and details you would want for your own home. We made good use of the included boogey boards and my son learned how to surf (board included with home is more for advanced smaller frame surfer) but it was easy to rent one just up the road. The views from the master bedroom look like they came right out of a brochure. Master has its own small fridge and keurig. Very safe location in a gated community. House comes with pickleball equipment that we took advantage of. Tennis courts are available and included as well as a basketball goal. There is a private pool and hot tub but we didn’t have time for that. Loved every minute of our vacation. Highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon. Thank you Rick.

This property is absolutely lovely. And the views! Just breathtaking. Attention has been paid to all the little details, from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds, and plenty of beach toys to extra towels. They really have thought of everything. We were traveling with our son and his family (so 6 of us in all) and the layout of the property gave us plenty of gathering space as well as privacy. The owners were wonderful to deal with, quick to respond, and check in was easy. We're already looking forward to a return visit. Did I mention the views! Absolutely a 5 stars rating!

We have stayed at Seabluffe Village before, but this was our first stay at this wonderful 3 bedroom townhouse with magnificant views of the Pacific and the beach. The owner Rick has thought of everything you might need for your stay. The master bedroom on the upper level was a dream, with not only spectacular views, but its own wet bar, Keurig coffee maker and fireplace. All the rooms were comfortably furnished and all amenities you could want for a kitchen and bathrooms. All kinds of outdoor activities were provided for in the garage and we made use of the two bikes and the boogie boards. The only problem we had was with the dishwasher which didn't work properly and we ended up doing dishes by hand with our guests the first few days and then were able to get by for largely the remainder of our stay when family joined us for the second week, running it two or more times to clean. Wasn't ideal, but Rick came out to trouble shoot and we didn't insist on immediate repair during our stay. The only other downside was the hot tub at the community pool. It was only hot one day out of the handful of times we attempted to use it. Dissappointing, but certainly not enough to ruin an otherwise wonderful time at Rick's townhome. Although the weather was unseasonably cool, we still thoroughly enjoyed not only the beautiful property and magnificant views, but all that the surrounding area has to offer. We would certainly recommend this property and hopeto be back sometime.

To wake up every morning and see the beautiful view from this truly oceanfront home was spectacular. The owners truly have supplied everything you need to enjoy this warm and welcoming place. Access to the freeway and activities of San Diego is very easy as well. Our family will have special holiday memories of the time we spent here.

We were overjoyed with the Beach House in Leucadia. Rick met us when we pulled in and showed us all around. My family arrived at different times and it was seamless as far as getting their car passes for the community. The property exceeded all of our expectations. The 4 tennis courts were in great shape, and we had some friendly rivalry with the family. We were very close to Restaurants, Liquor Store (very important) and the Leucadia Bar where we watched our home town Chiefs play on Sunday night! The place is gorgeous and we spent a lot of our time watching surfers, dolphins and a seal following a fishing boat. The sound of the ocean was incredible and we were soaking it all in on the lovely porch. The master bedroom was lovely and well appointed. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Del Mar racetrack was only minutes away and we enjoyed a few days there. The only bad part was when we had to leave. We will definitely book our next trip there with Rick!

It is our third year staying here and we absolutely love it! The property has everything you could want during your vacation! Sooooo clean! The owner is great! Always available! We will definitely return! Oh and the location and view is the best!

The one week we spent here could not have been more perfect! Our host was extremely attentive. Very patient with our questions. The view here really did take our breath away. Everything was provided and we never had to make those annoying little trips because we forgot something....every condiment you can imagine, shampoos, conditioners, office supplies. It really did feel like home. Location was perfect . The beaches close by were the best - pick your wave size, it was there. Our six yr old grandson learned to not be afraid of the waves. And his parents used the available surfboards and boogie boards. And taught him! Sitting on the terrace and watching the surfers and the changing skies was just what I needed. My grandson taught me about stars using his app! The mattresses and the sheets were the best ever! The towels and sheets and soaps were all of superior quality. Such a delight to discover! And do explore that top of the roof bedroom - never have I ever slept in a more spectacular room! The condo is on a bluff, overlooking the ocean. The stairs down the cliff are right next door. Outdoor shower was a perfect touch. As was the gift basket greeting us on the table when we arrived! No place we ever wanted to go to was far away. It really was the best week we have ever spent.....thank you Rick, and we hope to be back, The Goslin's

Our family of 6 just spent a week at this little slice of heaven and will definitely plan to stay again next time we're in San Diego! The home not only has beautiful ocean views, but it has everything you need and then some. Really appreciated all of the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, etc. It's a beautiful community and we also enjoyed using the heated salt water pools. Usually we had the pool to ourselves! It far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

The view was outstanding, the condo was cozy and you had all the items you needed for your stay. It as a Good location and quiet. The host was welcoming and responded to every need and question I had quickly. I stayed a month and will go back again next year.

This property is located on a bluff just on the edge of the surf. Such an amazing view. The host was very kind. Everything you could possibly need during your stay was provided. We had our small grandchildren, 2&3, there was a high chair and porta crib. (Very convenient) Because we lived in the area previously, we had lots of friends and family drop by to visit and spend time with us. This was so much better than driving all around to get to them all. We almost didn’t want to leave, would love to return!

Amazing property. You feel like you could touch the water. Several dolphin and whale sightings from the comfort of our balcony and living room. Rick's place is simple amazing. Very comfortable and fully stocked with every kitchen item, spare blankets, beach items, etc. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to book again with Rick. He was very attentive. When reaching out with any questions we had of him he responded very quickly.

My wife, daughter and two grandsons stayed here for Thanksgiving week. This beach house is exceptional. My grandsons loved the boogy boards. Rick has supplied everything you need. I highly recommend this beach house. The sunsets alone are worth the price.

We spent 7 weeks there. We had friends and family stay over the 7 weeks and we had a great time. We will be back next year. Rick is on top of everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here, Rick met us on our first day to give us a tour and some instructions which were very helpful. The home has everything you need in it, the location is perfect and we love the community it is in. Rick & June have thought of everything a guest could need, their home is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular. We rented E-bikes from Coastal Bikes in Solano Beach which were a lot of fun to get around Encinitas, Del Mar, Solano Beach, it's also easy to put them on the Coaster train to get to other locations.
