We were in Naples for a family reunion and 6 of us stayed here. Wonderful indoor and (especially) outdoor space! Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. A rental car was a must for us as the rest of the family were situated in Old Naples. Would rent here again for sure!

My friends, my wife and I just left this home yesterday (3/3/22-3/7/22) Last week, before we arrived I looked at the property one last time. I read the previous renters review and you can imagine I was concerned. I called the owner and spoke about the conditions mentioned. Isel responded right away and took ownership of several items. She immediately addressed the issues including but not limited to; the the toilet seat (old, not stained), the cushions (replaced the covers), the grill (cleaned). The rest of the house was clean and comfortable. The house defiantly has "a lived in" feel to it which I prefer over a house where you're afraid to move around in. I feel the the last review is unfair. This IS NOT a "dump" or "deceiving" or "a pig in a blanket". The owner and I spoke and she appreciated being able to defend herself. Isel made changes to the problems right away. Giving constructive criticism instead ranting about every little thing is not productive. I have rented from VRBO for 15 years. I have a good idea of great and horrible. This home is not horrible. It is not as described by the previous renter. The last review is border-line slanderous. Frankly, Evolve should be more on their game. Check on your properties Evolve! Maybe then the owner would be more aware of any obvious problems and will address them. Isel provided beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bikes, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, coffee filters, and all the daily kitchen/grill items you need. I did not give this house 5 stars because it is not a five star house but is is clean, comfortable, relaxing and in a decent location (15 minutes from the beach and "5th avenue"). The main problem with all VRBO's homes are the fees. Stop gouging renters VRBO. I recommend this house.

On one chilly evening, the fire pit came in handy and we enjoyed sitting around it. There is a brand new grill on the screened in patio but we actually did not use it. The home is on a quiet residential street but no more than 10 minutes from several beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Naples.

ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE EXPRESSION PIG IN A BLANKET. WELL THIS IS IT. NOTHING YOU SEE ON THE VRBO SITE IS ANYWHERE NEAR ACCURATE. THIS PLACE HAS NOT BEEN MAINTAINED IN ANY WAY. FROM THE TOILET SEATS TO THE SO CALLED OUTDOOR KITCHEN ITS ALL A LIE!!! I HAVE DOCUMENTED IT ALL IN PICTURES WHICH I SHOWED TO ANOTHER VRBO MANAGER AND HIS RESPONSE WAS OH MY GOD WHAT A DUMP. A POOL WHICH IS USELESS UNLESS ITS JULY BECAUSE ITS NOT HEATED.WALLS WITHOUT PAI T IN BOTH BATHROOMS WHERE PLASTER REPAIRS WERE DONE.A MATTRESS WHICH IS AS OLD AS I AM AND GUARANTEED TO DESTROY YOUR BACK.THE FLOORS ARE BEYOND CLEANING AS ARE MOST OF THE SURFACES THERE. THE DOORS DONT CLOSE UNLESS YOU USE TWO HANDS AS NOTHING LINES UP. I READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS AND AM BAFFLED AT THE FACT THAT SOME RENTERS SAID HOW WONDERFUL IT WAS. IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE CUSHIONS IN THE LANAI WERE SO DIRTY THAT WE WERE DISGUSTED AT THE THOUGHT OF SITTING ON THEM.IM NOT SURE WHAT THE OWNETS ARE THINKING. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE OFF THE MARKET .WE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO CLEAN A SECONDARY BBQ WHICH WAS THERE BUT IT IGNITED LIKE A FIREBALL CAUSING US TO LOOK FOR A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. THE SIMPLE THINGS LIKE BLINDS ARE READY TO FALL OFF THE WALL.THE WINDOW IN OUR BEDROOM WAS CRACKED. DAM RIGHT MY STANDARDS ARE HIGH NOT UNREASONABLE BUT YOU HAVE TO BE A COMPLETE FOOL TO STAY HERE WE PAYED ALMOST 750 PER NIGHT NOW ID BE A LIAR IF I DIDNT MENTION THAT WE RECEIVED A PARTIAL REFUND RESULTING IN A NET DAILY CHARGE OF 600 OR SO KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE HAS POTENTIAL BUT I DONT SEE THAT ANYTHING HERE IS APT TO CHANGE

The neighborhood is wonderful! Location is awesome if you’re wanting to journey to Marco Island or Bonita Springs. House was fully equipped. Really enjoyed the backyard, pool, and screened porch. October weather is perfect!!!

Amazing place they have everything you need pretty clean, beds are comfortable, they also have everything you need in the kitchen you only have to take your food.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, well stocked with essentials, the pool was fantastic and clean and you can't beat the location! The owner was fantastic and very responsive. We definitely hope to be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Great place with everything you need including the heated pool. Close to everything and full use of appliances to cook in while on your stay including a grill.

The house was not far from main attractions in Naples & our kids loved playing in the pool. The owner checked in twice by text to make sure everything was ok which was very nice.

It looks like anyone's home. We stayed a few days and enjoyed and treated the property as our own.

With our community pool closed, we were looking for a nice house with a pool to get away for a few days. The house is clean, well equipped and our host answered our questions and took care of what we needed right away. The screened in patio with grill and the pool deck are fantastic.

Nice home, central location and beautiful yard. The kids enjoyed the pool. Dog friendly with plenty of room to roam. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. BBQ area inside the lanai was a nice touch, very convenient. Overall a very pleasant getaway.
