Spacious and comfortable home, only a few blocks walk from downtown Frisco (shopping, food, coffee). Great place for a summer vacation. Hiking, biking, water sports are all very close. A highlight was renting bikes at Rebel Sports and having them drop us off at Vail Pass for a 14 mile, gently downhill ride back to Frisco. House is in great condition. Kitchen well equipped

This house was fantastic and perfect for our 3-generation family. We could have used a little more yard for bocce and frisbee but just took an easy walk to nearby school yard. We also walked to charming downtown restaurants and shops and nearby trailhead. There are several construction projects underway near house but ambience should be intact when done. Quick access to Breck, Copper, etc. but preferred laid back Frisco. Would definitely stay here again.

1st time we stayed here, Love the location. Few blocks from downtown and easy drive to keystone, copper, Breckinridge,vail, and the kitchen well stocked with appliances

My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon. The views from almost every window were simply incredible. The home was very clean and well stocked. Garage parking was a big plus. Located close to restaurants and local brewery. About 15 minutes from Veil. This house is definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Will absolutely book this one again and we’ve been recommending it to everyone.

Love our stay! Walking distance from downtown shopping & restaurants. Wonderful sledding hill close by for our grandchildren!Had everything that we needed. The master bedroom shower had a little problem with mold! Maintenance was very attentive and quick to respond when garbage disposal clogged with carrot peels! Our family would certainly stay again!

This was home was everything for our stay. The home came equipped with everything and driving distance to from to our outing. Yes I recommend this home and the view is absolutely beautiful the mountains are breathtaking just an amazing home

We rented this for our wedding trip. The house came exactly as described. It was very roomy and clean. Contacting property management was a breeze and they were on top of everything. My only complaint is the Keurig. It’s not the regular Keurig and the description is deceiving. It’s a Keurig Vue. I couldn’t even find vue pods in the store. I feel the description should be updated. I would definitely rent here again. It was within walking distance of town. Also sitting on the deck we saw some wildlife which was nice.

We found our stay in Frisco at this beautiful property to be amazing. The house was perfect for our group of 9-10. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

Great property

We loved this house on a quiet street in Frisco. The ping pong table was a real draw. We played every day and my nephew could have friends over in the spacious basement. The views of Mt Royal from the deck and front porch swing were beautiful. All bedrooms were comfy and had extra chairs for reading. The fireplace was stunning and we wanted to turn it on but it was a warm week so we will hope to be back in the winter. Loved the roomy upscale kitchen and appreciated the appliances like mixer blender toaster etc. Best of all was the amount of parking which is always a problem in Breckenridge.

The house was great. Very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. It allowed for us to walk downtown to grab a bite or shop while other stayed back and rested. Bike trails were so close. We will definitely be back.

This home has 5 legitimate & beautifully decorated bedrooms, is beautifully furnished with large common spaces in the kitchen, living and dining rooms area. The home was exceptionally clean and very well designed for large groups. It easily accommodated our group of 4 couples. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, a very large refrigerator and tons of cabinetry storage. The garage comfortably fit two Tahoe sized vehicles. A great place for large groups of family or friends.

Beautiful, spacious property with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and a convenient location in Frisco. Everything was really nice. Property managers were very easy to deal with. Everything was great.

This house was perfect for a group of friends to go skiing. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own bathroom, nice hang out space in the kitchen/living space, and the ping pong table in the basement was great for evening entertainment! There was a small hiccup when checking in; the app said one code and the e-mail said a different code so it was a little confusing, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was a great rental house, and I would recommend to stay here again!

Toaster did not work. Was left rigged to use and not replaced. Each room did not have a hair dryer. Only room that had one was the master and it worked sometimes. Had to purchase 5 hair dryers. Master shower doors do not close right leaving room for water to fall out onto floor. Other than that the house was great.

We enjoyed the Home. We could walk to downtown Frisco. The hiking trials were great.

We had 5 guys on a cycling trip and each of us had our own room and bathroom. The house is one block from the recreational trail and 2-3 short blocks from Main St.. great location. Most of the house is well lit except for the room in the basement. The basement however has a TV, ping pong table and other entertainment for adults and children. House was fully stocked and we appreciated all the spices and dishes to cook while we were in Frisco and didn't want to ear outside. Will def stay here again if we come back to Frisco. Fonda was easy to work with and very responsive.

Everything about it was wonderful. It just fit our needs. Location and weather were perfect also.

This property was in a great location for us. It was situated perfectly for a few couples to have privacy yet also places for the group to gather.

This 5 bedroom home is fabulous ! We were in Frisco for the Colorado barbecue competition. The is a great location, close to Main St, yet also close to some trails right behind the house a few blocks up the hill . ( paved trail ( great for baby stroller ) or easy hike to a lake . The management company was wonderful to work with, even brought over a new grill as the original one was quite rusty. We asked for a few more hangars and minutes later they brought over about 5 sets of new hangers . House came with a pack n play ( crib) and when we asked about an additional one they supplied us with a link for the baby rental company in summit county . Huge modern, washer and dryer on site .Just a fabulous vacation !

My family and I had an excellent time in this beautiful home. This house is located in Frisco, which is close to several ski mountains (Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, and a little further Vail). This is a great spot for a family to meet up (5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom). Communication with the owner/manager was very easy. Also, I agree with he owners that in the winter it is important to have an AWD/4WD car in the winter since the snow can become intense. Again, had a great time and hope to be back next year.

You won't be disappointed in the location or amenities of the property! We spent four short nights in the house with our five adult children. More than enough room for everyone to gather for meals and games as well as room for everyone to have their own space! The garage was great as we had snow three of the nights! Wonderful location to walk into town and a short drive (or shuttle) to the slopes!

Loved the layout plenty of space and 2 living areas was nice. 2 car garage was helpful and driveway space was cleared of snow promptly in the morning. A little far from Main Street to walk in the winter but beside that it was great.

The house is well designed for large groups with three levels. It is nicely furnished and has all the things you might need for a week or longer stay. The location is great-- away from the activity of town but only a short walk to anything you might want.

We stayed in this home in the town of Frisco in June, 2018. Our son was getting married near Lake Dillon. Perfect location for all of the events we had. We liked the layout of the house with the seperate living quarters for each family. The house was clean, large, not cluttered and nicely furnished. Frisco is one of our favorite areas being close to all of the adjoining nearby towns and it's own charming main street. This house added to what became a fabulous vacation.
