We had a great family vacation at Elyce’s house. It was perfect for a family with adult kids and two little ones. Elyce was very helpful, communicative and an amazing host.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of space to gather. The outdoor space is beautiful which allowed us to enjoy many meals outdoors. Just a couple of minutes drive to the local grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful property!

We had an amazing few days in this wonderful mountain getaway. The house was plenty big for the 11 of us and the backyard space was an added bonus. We spent all of our time at the beach or in the backyard. Having passed to all the private Incline beaches was a huge plus. In addition Elyce is alway available for any questions we may have had. It aloud us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Great vacation!!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving. We had a truly wonderful time and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Overlooking Lake Tahoe, we were able to walk out the back deck and immediately be on hiking trails in a National Forest! When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that Elyce had the dining room table set for a party of ten with beautiful Thanksgiving plates, a Thanksgiving Centerpiece and everything set for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was such an amazing gesture and was so kind and unexpected. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful home, which is well appointed with everything imaginable.

Elyce met us at the property and gave us the tour which was very helpful. The house is very spacious and perfect for our family reunion of 7. Everyone felt there was plenty of room for getting together or having quiet time alone. We appreciated using the Incline Village private beaches. Kitchen is large enough for several cooks to work in at once. We ate in most meals due to Covid 19 so the large refrigerator was most useful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well appointed Tahoe home. It was the perfect spot for a family reunion and combination anniversary and birthday celebration. The home was very comfortable, and having an en suite bathroom with each bedroom was perfect for an extended family get together. Communication with the host was excellent and everything we needed was available at the house. Would definitely come back!

Elyce and Dana were exceptional- we came from 2 different places with 3 babies on Christmas Day- Elyce was so generous in allowing us to ship boxes out to her early and be here when they needed to drop off the baby gear we rented. Communication was excellent. And the house, the house was beautiful- fit all of us perfectly easy to get to and very convenient to everything. This house was perfect for our 7-person Thanksgiving family gathering. The great room is very comfortable and the kitchen is truly stocked with everything, and large enough for multiple cooks to move around without getting in each other’s way. The bedrooms are good sized, with their own bathrooms, and spaced apart to provide nice level of privacy.

Elyce and Dana have a beautiful home. They accommodated all our requests. Highly recommended!

Excelente experience and great location!

The house was very clean inside and out. The interior was just like you's expect in a Tahoe house with lots of wood and rock. There was enough room inside and out to host guests. The bedrooms were very comfortable and large!! We had a great time there and will be going back there the next time we visit Tahoe

We had a terrific time at this house! It was extremely clean, fully equipped, and incredibly spacious and comfortable for a group of 9 - 5 kids and 4 adults. We barbequed one night, had lots of family dinners, and enjoyed all the great things that Tahoe has to offer in the summer: Sand Harbor, rafting down the truckee river, mountaing biking, treetop adventures, boating, etc. Elyce was extremely helpful and generous throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We arrived on the evening of 11/13 and the house was well lit so we could find our way in with no problems. We were one couple and had three other couples in our group for a for a family get away; we should have had another couple or two to join us since there is ample room for ten folks. The condition of the house was immaculate and with full baths/showers for each bedroom all was well. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen area where we gathered each evening for food prep and a few libations for the chefs. The den was great for socializing and planning the next days events. With great views off the front porch and from the living room it was easy to get excited about the upcoming days events. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

This house is awesome, and was the perfect place for a "Friends Giving " holiday weekend. Plenty of room for group activities, plus little cozy areas to relax and chill. I loved the wood burning stove in the den. All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas made eating-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. Big Thumbs Up!

We planned a Family Reunion at this home because of the size. The accommodations were perfect for 10 people! Furniture was large and comfortable. Kitchen was filled with every thing we needed to prepare many meals, including use of out door grill. The Dinning Room table was large enough to accommodate all of us . We enjoyed easy access to the front and back Patio. Some of us used the sauna and Hot Tub.The "Book" was very helpful in planning additional trips and sight seeing.. Shellie T. Las VegasNv

This was a wonderful house, beyond expectations for your average VRBO rental. The house layout is perfect for a big group that enjoys hanging out together (open concept, big island, large dining table). Furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable with lots of blankets, pillows, etc. The host (Elyce) who was friendly, welcoming, and has thought of everything a renter might want. I would highly recommend this home for a family reunion or large gathering, or even for a smaller group to enjoy the beauty and spaciousness of this wonderful home. We would love to come back!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time in this lake view home. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived to show us around and even helped unload some of our things. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We had one of our party who has some physical restrictions and he was able to stay on the main floor and use the main floor master bedroom and could easily get around, spend time on the decks, and we figured out how to get him up and down the stairs when we went out. The kitchen was packed with every cooking item you might need. The master bedroom down stairs had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and everyone felt there was plenty of space and privacy. We spent most nights dining at home and the main dining room was perfect for dinners and for games that followed. The views of the lake were beautiful from the deck. The only issue we had was that the city decided to do some street work on one of the adjacent streets so the road the house sits on became the main road that residents would have to use to access their homes or get to work. It was pretty noisy with the trucks, etc., but was something no one could have prevented. We would certainly stay here again. Close to grocery stores, casinos and the beach -- I wish we would have had more time!

We had a fabulous time at this scenic home and would highly recommend it for group getaways. It was our annual girls getaway trip and we couldn't have asked for a better Tahoe home base. It has great lake views from almost every room: living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. The home is large and inviting with plenty of comfortable public spaces to gather and also a lovely TV room/den perfect for quiet time away, a huge gourmet kitchen wonderful for cooking together and many large comfy bedrooms with adjustable beds with remotes, TV's and their own baths. It's very private and feels like you're really in the Tahoe pines. There's a hot tub on the back deck, great outdoor dining spaces with a fully equipped gas BBQ and best of all, you can walk out the back garden and hike all the way up to Rifle Peak. It was meticulously clean and had every convenience we needed. The owners were very helpful and were there to check us in to the property and available to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this spacious home for a special Tahoe/Incline getaway with family or friends. You won't be disappointed.

Great house. Spacious with plenty of room for a large family. The house is very well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. Wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Home had everything we needed. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a large group, including a nice selection of spices and pantry staples. If you like to grill there is a propane grill and a wood pellet smoker. I highly recommend this home if your looking for a large house in the Tahoe area. The owners greeted us and walked us through the house when we arrived which was really helpful. It is clear they take very good care of their home and work to make it comfortable for renters.

We had a wonderful family reunion and celebration of May Birthdays at this beautiful home with really great views of Lake Tahoe. We really enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub. It was really nice they had extra towels for the hot tub and the beach. We woke up in the morning, walked out the back door, and had a wonderful hike up the hill and experienced additional beautiful views of the lake. We went to the Incline beach twice where our two grandchildren really enjoyed not only the beach but the play ground area too. The house was perfect with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom even with a nice television in each bedroom. There was also plenty of space to relax in the living room and den. The owners were great communicators and very accommodating. We would definitely come back to this home for another reunion.

Wow, this house is really amazing. We loved the open layout of this wonderful Tahoe home. The kitchen was incredible---There was a large space for preparing the meals and an equally large space for preparing drinks. The house is very well equipped. The dining room was great—seating 10 comfortably. We loved seeing the fabulous lake views. The bedrooms each have a bathroom, a television are are all very large. We can’t wait until our next trip to Lake Tahoe and staying at this wonderful home.

We've been renting in the Tahoe area for seven years now and this home was by far the best in terms of size, location, views and amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is VERY well equipped. The kitchen is amazing with good quality cookware (knives could use sharpening but there were many) every appliance, tool and spice you could possibly want. Lots of glassware. Often in rentals there is a mishmash of wine and drinking glasses. Not the case here. Lots of counterspace and two prep sinks. Counter seating, kitchen seating table which we used as our game/puzzle table and a large dining table. The gas fireplace in the family room was awesome for easily taking off the morning chill. The reverse floorplan was great and the views from the top floor of the lake were beautiful. Four of the bedrooms are ensuite. The den with a pullout and comfortable topper worked out well for the fifth bedroom and only room without a full bath, but there was a half bath right next to it so that worked out fine. Garage parking for two cars is appreciated in the winter. We had snow during our trip and the owners arrived early to plow the drive. The hot tub was great (thanks to the owners for adding the rubber non-slip mats while we were there). It is clear that they take great pride in this home. It is clean and well maintained. Towels and bedding are plush and comfortable. They even provided all cleaning supplies and soap and shampoo. One suggestion only. We respected the condition of this home and did our best keeping all of our wet boots and clothes from skiing and snow playing off the wood floors. The owners said to use the laundry room as our mudroom and although there is lots of space to hang coats, etc. it would be a good idea to put some type of protective floor covering down in the laundry room since the floor is wood so guests would have more room to dry boots, etc. without worrying about the floor. The small mat inside the garage door was inadequate. It's not practical to leave those things in the garage as they would never dry. We used a box that we brought supplies up and the laundry counter. All in all there is nothing to criticize about this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this house would be first on our list for staying in Incline.

This home is laid out so well to accommodate either a small or large group of people. Great windows offer a wonderful view of the lake and keep the house full of light. The kitchen may be the best part with a gourmet set up that can host multiple people preparing food at the same time as well as high end appliances! Very clean and organized with every amenity you can imagine! Garage holds 2 vehicles which makes unloading / loading so much more convenient! I highly recommend this rental to anyone and hopefully will be renting it again in the future!

My family and I rented this home from Christmas day until Jan 2. My family consists of 8 adults and 3 kids (ages 1.5-5). We had the absolute best time! We were all more than comfortable here. This house had everything you could ever need over vacation- tons of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, fans, space heaters, luxury bathtubs, comfy beds, good cable package, TV in EVERY ROOM, hot tub and a kitchen with every tool you could ever want. If you are a chef and love to cook, this is definitely the place for you. You could literally cook Thanksgiving dinner here and there wouldn't be one kitchen item you'd be without (by the way there are 3 different BBQ's).The lake view from the main living room and master bedroom is fantastic. The house is perfectly located, just a 3 minute drive to Incline Village plazas, less than 10 minutes to Mount Rose ski resort, less than 10 minutes to Incline Beach. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and easy to contact. I was sad to leave this house and I cannot wait to book our next vacation here.
