The house was great. We loved the layout. The beds were very comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of fun space to gather.

This was our second stay at this lovely beach retreat. It was a very well appointed house with everything we needed for the kitchen as well as a great game room for the kids. Krista is a wonderful host and great communicator.

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful and very welcoming. It has everything you need. We seen so many dolphins from the balconies. So many pelicans and other birds. We walked the beach everyday, it was close to everything we had on our plan list. It was so relaxing and fun. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing such a great vacation We are from Michigan so we don’t get to see dolphins or pelicans it was great..

Property was outstanding - nicely decorated, right on the beach, great views, clean, hot tub facing the ocean. Best appointed kitchen I’ve seen in a short term rental. Krista is very responsive and helpful. Everyone was very happy with our week.

The house is wonderful! The kitchen is WELL stocked with lots of pots and pans and bakeware - We were unaware that there was construction of new houses on the street side of house but were entertained watching them build. I would recommend this house without fail and we are considering coming back next year

This is a nice beach house. We had a laid back 2 week vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. The house was clean.

The floor plan of the house is GREAT!! (It would be nice to have a bathroom by the game room.) Game room was so much fun for us (ages 70-85!) We felt YOUNG again!! The distance to the beach was perfect!! The covered porch and the uncovered porch made everyone happy. The well supplied spice cabinet was quite a surprise, along with the extra garbage bags, hand soap dispensers in every bathroom and TP and kleenix. I felt like we were at a hotel!!! It is too bad that houses are being built on the intercoastal side. It will ruin that view. I feel badly for the owners. The construction workers started working at 7AM Monday-Friday, so beware of the noise!! Most of us were up to watch sunrise so it wasn't too upsetting. We love the way the house is decorated. The couches were a little hard to get up from when you are elderly. We used the chairs more. The 4th floor bedroom that has a balcony facing the ocean is PERFECT! The sun shining on the ceiling as it rose was awesome!! I wish there would have been one more bathroom on that level too, but we managed okay. The kitchen is GREAT for team cooking!! We usually had 6-8 people in there cooking at one time. For some reason there are no teaspoons. We loved the separate area in the living room for snacks and small refrigerator for drinks, That allowed more free counter space in kitchen for cooking. Our group thinks you should advise other beach home owners how to supply their kitchens. I LOVE your bunkbeds!!!!!!!!

The beach is great, not crowded, and clean. The house was ok, we had certain hiccups but it is normal to have wear and tear on a rental. However it is the owners that were terrible at cust serv. The same day of us arriving the owner emailed saying that previous tenants stained A couch and needed to be clean and if they can send someone that they will be dry by that evening, we said yes and that was that, Day came and by 4 pm I reached out to owners and said that the cleaners never showed up. Owners asked if company could come next day, we said yes. Cleaning company told us that the owners wanted all sofas in main area cleaned and that it will be not dry until next day. We didn’t want that as that main area is only big TV for my parents that cant walk to beach (owner knew this). The owner called me and said “I need it done today or I will call VRBO” so after that I called VBRO and allowed them to read the exchange of messages between owner and myself.VBRO reach out to them and said they could not arbitrarily cancel my reservation. Beware of these owners. I happily help bring your big packages in(delivered while I was at your house) and place them inside when you asked, fix your issues that you failed to fix before I got to the house I PAID to rent. I can write a plethora of items that were terrible but let’s concentrate on the fact that we were threatened. But great cust serv from VBRO. they went the extra mile and I appreciate that. Will use VBRO again. NEVER THIS HOUSE.
