The apartment is as described, and very well equipped. No part of the process was a pain, which can be an issue with STRs. The only issue is that the Ski lockers are on the same floor as the apartment, so skis have to be transported down several floors every day. A ski shed or such at the base would be a vast improvement, though up to HOA not host of course. That said, it's real ski in ski out - when you are at bottom it is no issue to go on and off Right of Way. This is not true of all places at Steamboat, some of which require a hike uphill in one direction. We were 3 people, a couple and a 13yo daughter who slept on sofa bed. Space was sufficient, but not lavish. It would be better for a couple, as bedroom has barn doors, and bed takes up whole LR. That said, we have no regrets about 3, we were there to ski. I would recommend this host, and this rental, unequivocally - the above is just to give data for those who might find it useful in assessing the fit

We loved our stay, and Pem was an amazing host. The location is perfect (right on the slopes and only 7-10 minutes from the Steamboat restaurants and shops)!

The property was very clean. It was right on the slope and next to the walking trail up the mountain. It was wonderful getting to sit on the deck each morning with our coffee and breakfast.

Perfect place to stay for two. The condo had everything we needed, including a very comfy bed that had us sleeping ten hours straight. That NEVER happens! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We stayed here March 17-24. Easy check in, very nice remodeled unit. Super easy ski in ski out acess. We lucked out by getting about 18" of snow over this week. Skiing was the best we have had in years. Condo was well equiped for having breakfast , lunch , and dinner. We will definitely book this unit again. Thanks Randy

Perfect lil spot

Really nicely renovated and easy trail access. We were a little concerned about our adult kids sleeping on the pull out couch but it was very nice with good quality linens. Highly recommend!

Clean property with a great ski in/out location.

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. The location is ideal, with true ski-in ski-out access on an easy green slope. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Owners had great communication with booking and questions during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our clean beautiful condo looked out past the Aspen trees to the sun coming over the mountains. Downtown was close and fun. We'll be back!

Stay at Storm meadows #53 was awesome. Very nice, clean and very well organized. Will definitely plan staying here again.

It is in a great location right on the mountain where you can hike or bike enjoying the scenery and the wildlife. There are many beautiful places to hike a short drive away The town is close with loads of fun shops, bars and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location. Loved watching the sunset through the aspen trees. Had everything we needed, and the check-in was super smooth. Overall we had a peaceful relaxing time, will stay again when in Steamboat.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the US from the UK. Communication with the owner was fantastic and we were given lots of advice and help. The property was immaculate, very clean, in a great location with everything in it to make our stay a pleasant one. The condo was very well equipped - if we ever come back to Steamboat we will rent this again.

We came into town for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Our family of 5 was able to stay comfortably in the house. The kitchen was stocked with supplies that we needed to be able to cook, 2 different coffee pots which was great, wonderful location and very clean! We would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the unit could not have been better. Check-in/out was simple. Missed having the coffee maker was the only small hiccup but highly recommend this rental.
