Thus was a return trip for us having stayed in this property once already. The property was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. Roy was easy to reach and responsive. We loved the location at walking distance from TC center. Super close to the water and restaurants. We will be back!

Great place and well organized/clean. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Front St. as well as the beach front. We stayed with our three kids and worked out well!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location, we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. Host was helpful and communicated promptly.

Not a horrible experience but the beds were not very comfortable and the batteries were dead in a remote. Found some trash under the bed that was missed in a previous cleaning. Other than that the location was well suited for my families stay in Traverse City.

It was the perfect set up for a three ladies girls weekend! Definitely would stay there again!

The property was was exactly as the photos indicated (not always the case as we all know). The location is close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far away enough to be quiet. Easy process and a great stay.

Stayed here for a fall girls weekend and it was perfect! Nice central location, easy to drive everywhere we needed. Clean condo and host was easy to contact with questions!

The place was even better in person. We had 5 girls and plenty of space both for sleeping and relaxing. Loved the two balcony’s and that we could walk to down town. Roy was very responsive when we messaged him. Would definitely stay again.

After a few years away, my friends and I returned to this location for a besties weekend to relax and enjoy the sights of northern Michigan. Did not disappoint. Owner has always and continues to be prompt with responses to questions and any issues should they arise. Best location to serve as a "base" from which to visit towns in and around TC!

We had a great vacation. Highly recommend this property. Walking distance to downtown. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I look forward to booking this property again in the future. No negatives to my stay and a great location.

Great property, excellent location. Had everything we needed, had enough space for the family to have some time to themselves, and all the downtown restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. (Maybe too easy for the shopping....)

Priced appropriately for age, features and proximity.

Easy check in, well kept and close to all the bars and restaurants downtown.

Perfect location in Traverse City

We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay in this place over a weekend for a Soccer Tournament. The location was great and the condo itself was nice and spacious. The bedrooms and living area / kitchen are actually on separate floors which I didn't realize at the time of booking, but was real nice for a bit more privacy. Some of the bedding could be due for an upgrade, but besides that, this was a great rental.

We stayed for a wedding in town. We enjoyed walking to downtown for drinks and brunch. Condo was a great location and served our purposes well.

Staying here 2 nights with short notice turned out to be a very positive experience. We had a medical emergency thus needed accommodations which we hadn't foreseen. Roy, the owner, was quite easy to communicate with and did all he could to help smooth out our extra days in Traverse City. He communicated his concern for our group quite effectively. The view overlooking the park was quite pleasant. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. We happened to meet the cleaning crew who responded quickly to requests we voiced. The half bath on the main floor then a full upstairs made things work well for our group. The sheets were very smooth and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked as expected and we had no problems. Again, Roy did a lot for us that went beyond just the standard rental. Thank you, Roy. We will stay here, no doubt, should we travel to TC again.

This property was perfect! The location was right downtown TC and close to everything, including the water. The condo was just perfect and better than I expected! Communication with renter was always efficient and checkin process was very simple!

This was the perfect property and location for a girls weekend. It was nice to have twin beds as opposed to all fulls/queens. The beds were not all that comfortable, but that is literally the only small negative about our stay. Everything else was great; easy to find, check in, and very clean. Roy was easy to chat with and check out was super simple.
