Would appreciate a plug for the tub as we had littles to bath. A/C works great. Apologies to the guests below us maybe bothered by the sounds of trampling feet as our grandkids were often running around with excitement. We made some great memories and simply just got to enjoy The Gulf! Dolphins, sand crabs, someone fishing caught a stingray, and building sand castles. Would do it again!!

We stayed a couple of nights here and enjoyed it. The location is kind of between all the noisy stuff so it was peaceful here. We used it to meet up with family that was in country for the weekend in Tampa and we were so glad we stayed here. It was like a small home away from home and that was what we were hoping for. Some where we could spend a few days together catching up on the past and talking about the future away from all the noisy partying. The entire screened in porch in the pictures is all part of the unit, not shared and we found it a wonderful place to spend time together. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the place so something to consider if you have trouble with stairs. The entry instructions were simple and we found the place clean upon arrival. Also for those like myself that wonder, we did NOT see any bugs of any type, NONE! No bed bugs, no roaches, no spiders, no bugs, none zip zero zilch! We ended up with 4 of us here as our friends loved it and stayed with us here since it was so relaxing and all of us agreed we'd love to stay here again if we came back. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! I forgot to mention the beach is nice to, clean trash free with beautiful sunsets.

I hate to tell the world about this gem -would rather keep it a secret, but it was wonderful! We will be back for sure. The unit itself does not face the water but the balcony is screened in which works very well for young kids. For our little gang the space was perfect. The host was super available and pleasant to work with. Everything you need is nearby and the beach is literally right out front. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location for a family retreat

Very easy access to the condo. Beautiful location right on the beach and the host was wonderful to work with. Definitely a place my family would visit again.

Home was awesome, very clean, organized and just as described. We spent 14 days walking, going to the beach, eating out and relaxing. We have been going to Indian Rocks Beach for the last 4 years and it never ceases to amaze us. Property owner was very attentive and responsive. A+ place, beach, owner.

We were extremely pleased with this property. Upon arrival it was very clean and spacious. There were 5 women and we felt like we had plenty of room. We had an great experience and really enjoyed how secluded it felt when walking to the beach, we never felt like too many people were around us. The owner had alot of nice things there supplied for the beach. Cant say enough good things about the stay or the condo. Thanks, we will visit again.

I was a little confused when I got there because I thought the condo faced the beach. It was a nice stay overall, but a little let down by that. The neighborhood is as nice, had an amazing lobster roll just down the street from the condo. The beach was beautiful.

Loved the location- out of the way and private! Not far from big cities but quaint. No issues other than 3 out of 4 people did not sleep well on mattresses. Beaches are to die for and not crowded at all. Condo was lovely!! Nearby restaurant and bars with a lot to do in St Petes and Clearwater.

We had a lovely time at David & Sherri’s place! Everything was just as they described, eve location was perfect, they have everything and anything you could need for the beach! Would definitely stay again in the future!

For the price, really they only thing going for this place is location. Beach access right out the back and walking distance to coffee and convenience shops. Host messaged maybe an hour before check-in to inform us the locks had been changed (not a big deal - still easy enough to get in) and that the ice-maker was broken (with comment that ice is sold across the street) as well as the kitchen sink only having hot water. That was annoying since nobody wants to rinse fruits and veggies with hot water... Whenever we had the AC going the musty smell really kicked into gear. We had nice enough weather to not really need it on much. The enclosed porch was nice. Really needs a good shop-vac run through to get some of the sand out of there. Our kids LOVED the hook/ring game that was out there. That was a nice perk. WiFi speed was good. The king bed was super uncomfortable. The kids didn't complain at all about their beds. Overall it was fun but not somewhere I would stay again given the price. I would recommended to the host - fix the storm door. The pneumatic closer does not work so the heavy glass storm door slams onto you :(

This is a well appointed beach front condo in Indian Shores. Since the property does not face the gulf, it is much more affordable than the condos that do in the same building. It is nice to have a gas grill available and owner David is very responsive to any issues you may have.

Very clean and homey! Being right on the beach was amazing!

We thought the location could not be better to check out the area. Just a few miles to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete’s and we visited them besides walking in 3 nearby nature parks. We walked to a couple restaurants and enjoyed the sunsets. Although we could walk well, the stairs was a challenge for suitcases and groceries since we are elderly and a fairly new hip. We missed reading “ no elevator “ in the description?

Everything in the description was accurate. The condo was in a great location. There was plenty items including coffee.maker, toaster, and plenty of cooking ware to use, which made our trip easier.

Super cute condo with amazing access to the beach. This was everything we had hoped for in location. The condo was spacious and quiet for our weekend away. The condo faces the bay but is literally steps away from the beach. The screened porch was such a great addition.

Great place to stay for a get a way with the family. Enjoyed the condo and walk out to the beach.

Beautiful location lots to do and see

We had a fabulous long weekend at this beach property. The communication with the owner was great and check in was easy. The property was updated and very clean. Everything we needed was there. We had Instacart deliver a few groceries from Publix and we walked to a few places to eat as well. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the perfect sunsets each night. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Pros: Great communication with the owner. The condo was close to everything we needed, from grocery stores to fresh produce to restaurants. There were several awesome things to see including sea turtle nesting sites, wild dolphins, and a lot of ocean bird life. The condo had everything we needed to stay including cooking utensils, towels, beach gear, and a pizza pan just the right size for reheating a full pizza from Slyce. The balcony was screened in which meant no bugs!!! The beds were extremely comfy. When it wasn't storming, we could easily and quickly access the beach. The water was the perfect temperature and the beaches weren't crowded. Parking spots were well marked. Cons: It was not made clear in the description that the condo was up two flights of stairs from the parking area. The communal firepit (not directly owned by the condo owners we rented from) had a significant layer of trash (plastic bags, cigarette butts, and chicken bones). This wasn't a huge issue because it stormed all the nights we were at the condo. Finding the building the first time was a little difficult because of where the sign is. After that though, no problems finding it again. Final Thoughts: What few minor issues we had were all from things the condo owners had no control over. It is a perfect little getaway and we look forward to returning in the future.

We have 2 kids (8 yrs old and 9 yrs old) that loved it as much as we did! Unit has beach toys for use at the beach, plenty of beds, and location is wonderful! Great communication with manager!

Great location, right on the beach. Amazing area

Great location condo was cute and roomy. There was hairs on the pillows and had to change pillow cases and couch bed mattress needed a mattress protector because it was dirty but besides that it was great. Owners replied quickly to our questions.

We have never been to Indian Shores and it was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing and the condo was fantastic. It had everything you needed and was in a central location where we could walk. The beach and water was amazing and all you have to do is supply food. We will be back!

Our family of seven enjoyed every minute of our time at Piper’s Run. The property was very clean and had everything a family would need. The beach was footsteps away and not crowded at all. The location could not have been better. Our kids enjoyed Lulu’s ice cream across the street too. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic getaway steps from the beach. A nice, quiet area in a highly walkable neighborhood. This is the place to go for a restful recharge.

Family had an incredible time!

The condo is great, clean, spacious, and has comfortable beds. The location is perfect, you don't have to load/unload the car or deal with parking, and the beach is ideal for a young family with kids (and it's just a few steps away). Plans are in motion to come back for an extended stay next year. Thank you for the great memories Charles

We had the most amazing time staying at this rental. Everything you could ever need was there if we needed it, and the place was decorated so nice. Everything worked and being able to walk right down the stairs and about 50 more feet to the beach was amazing! David is definitely right about the sunsets, they are breathtaking and we will definitely be back! And last thing, the Ice Cream shop across the street has the best ice cream we can ever remember eating so definitely make time to walk over there!
