The home was everything we hoped for. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was near many of the things we enjoy in North Scottsdale. Holly was easy to work with and prompt with her communication. Great trip!

The homeowners were fantastic and very responsive. The home was beautiful and met all of our needs. However, the pool was not heatable and therefore was unusable because it was extremely cold.

All 11 days went well. Love the area. Quiet but active. Pool is not heated, hot tub is fine. 5 double beds. Kitchen is very well appointed.

We wish the pool was heated. Seemed far from everything Owner seemed more interested in making the housekeeper happy than the guests

Great place - plenty of room inside and out. Very peaceful neighborhood and back yard. Could not ask for a more relaxing place. Hot tub, outside fire pit and a beautiful pool. Kitchen stocked up very well. Close and convenient to grocery stores. Highly recommend it.

My family (including 2 teenagers) have rented a number of houses across the country and this is one of our favorites! The house is very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed the elevated views of the desert while sitting in the hot tub. The sunsets were amazing at night and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons over morning coffee. Holly was great host! She was very responsive to all of our needs. We generally do not stay at the same place twice, but we would definitely consider another stay here!

I booked this property as a surprise getaway and it did not disappoint. The home was clean and spacious and the outside was spectacular with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The views are spectacular with beautiful sunsets and the pictures do not do this property justice. Holly was great in answering questions prior to arrival and during the stay. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

In a time when vacations are challenging for many reasons, this Scottsdale get-away was perfect for our family of four! Spacious and well appointed home, particularly with great kitchen and BBQ for cooking at home. The back yard, with pool, deck, hot tub, sitting and eating area was our favorite place to spend time, especially at sunset! As mountain biking and hiking fans, we greatly appreciated the close proximity of Brown's Ranch, offering numerous trails through the saguaro-dotted Sonoran desert.

Property location was excellent. We enjoyed Pool and backyard area very much. We would recommend this property for anyone.

Pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. The owners were very generous and understanding. Neighbors are some of the friendliest. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool, it’s not heated, and the time we were there (mid April) it was too cold to swim in. All in all, a very wonderful stay. Thanks again Holly!!! Best regards

Incredible value. More spacious than photos show. Upscale neighborhood. 270 degree mountain/sunset views from upper deck. Stunning/tranquil view of natural desert landscape from pool/patio. Very private. Owners very responsive. Nearby towns of Carefee and Cave Creek have great appeal. Abundant golf nearby. Legend Trail golf just up street, upscale course but affordable. Kids loved hot tub and pool. Pool not heated but fine with hot weather we had. Upstairs room also great if someone in party needs quiet to work. Great walking/running neighborhood, little to no traffic. Highly recommend this place, has me considering this area for retirement. Can’t stop thinking of the views......

We enjoyed 7 nights at the property in late March. Highlights Include: * Gorgeous views of sunrise and sunsets * House well appointed with everything you need for a stay. * Home is large with high ceilings, rooms are on the larger side. * Hot tub and outdoor seating are great * Neighborhood is very quiet and great for walks. * Location very handy to hiking but also food/groceries. *Property manager very responsive. Negatives: * Wifi was very inconsistent, not usually an issue if on vaca but unfortunately was trying to work during stay.

I enjoy the neighbor, as I've stayed nearby before. Pleased with owner communication, and property description. As reported previously, some issues with cleanliness. Minor irritations, and nothing that prevented full enjoyment, but there none the less. Our stay was very enjoyable, and at a reasonable cost.

My wife and I rented this beautiful home for three weeks we were there for me to have a surgery and recovery time. This place is perfect for relaxation and quiet time, we enjoyed sunsets every evening and walks around the quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking . Holly and Peter were great to accommodate us and help us in all of our needs while we were there

The house was extremely spacious and very clean. It was perfectly located for all of the first class golf courses in Scottsdale. Our party consisted of four people and we certainly found it gave us tons of room throughout the house. However, the one drawback (for which we should have paid more attention to during evaluation & house selection) was that the house only had two full baths. We had to stagger taking showers whenever coming back from golf & going out, and it was certainly inconvenient for the fourth bedroom which had no full bath easily available. On the positive side, the owner was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any question that we had which was very important for any vacation rental. Our entire group truly appreciated how helpful & accessible Holly was during the entire pre & post trip process. The place was extremely well kept and clean. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and gathering around it for breakfast & snacks. We choose to explore neighboring restaurants in the area and loved eating out for meals.

The location is great, neighbors on each side, but can't see either yard. The house and furnishings are grand and beautiful, but starting to show a little age. The kitchen had everything we could need, including spices, paper towels, trash bags. The pool was beautiful, however, to cold to swim in on our visit. The furniture was cozy, inside and out. We enjoyed the many birds etc., and thankfully did not encounter snakes. We explored a bit near Carefree and the lake, pretty cool place!

The property is very nice, the location is great and not too far from shopping and amenities. The local wildlife is neat and is as others have stated. There were also a couple of garage door openers for us to use, awesome! We paid top dollar for this stay but have a few observations to share with the community. The furnishings are fair. The bed sizes were not as advertised, during our stay full size beds were in the 3 bedrooms, not queen size as advertised, hey, that extra six inches is worth something! Linens were lower quality but livable. Sofa in the theater room was a low quality bonded leather sofa which is susceptible to premature wear and tear. (see property damage below) Communication with the owner was fair. After I booked the stay I reached out to the owner multiple times with questions on check-in and arrival procedures, some of which required some preparation on our side. The owner finally responded the day before our arrival. I guess that's one way to stay on my toes. Property damage. Unfortunately for us the owner discovered some damage to the sofa after we left. I don't think this was caused by our group but I could not prove it. Additionally the owner accused us of trying to hide it. I'm an honest person and would admit to the damage if we caused it, the accusation of hiding it was very disappointing and frustrating. We essentially had no defense and our hefty security deposit was there for the owner to use at their will. I quickly realized that the renter is at a disadvantage when it comes to disputes like this. I have learned my lesson, an expensive one, that a thorough inspection of the property is warranted and should be conducted as soon as check in occurs. The house isn't in pristine condition, there were numerous other potential damage claim conditions in the house that I now realize we also could have been accused of, and we would have zero ability to defend. I encourage this owner to develop a detailed check-in condition report for future renters. The rental agreement simply says "Inspect unit and report any problems before and/or after occupancy" For those considering this property please keep my experience in mind, my loss is your gain.

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and friendly. The weather was cool for May so we unfortunately did not use the pool. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, utensils and just about every spice you need in a kitchen. We'll definitely be back.

Great home with lots of space. We chose this home because of the backyard and were not disappointed, truly a great place to enjoy the desert. Great kitchen! When we checked in we found that the house cleaners had done a poor job with many dirty dishes put away in the cupboards, dead bugs in the bath tub etc. We texted the property manager/owner right away with photos but never got a response during our stay. A few minor upgrades like sheets, towels and pillows would make this place a real upscale vacation property. Thank-you for allowing us to stay here.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. We had out of town guests here for a family wedding and needed extra bedrooms to accommodate. The owners were very easy to work with and everyone had only nice things to say about their stay. Many options nearby for quality restaurants and plenty to do and see. We would highly recommend this property for a nice quiet vacation.

The pictures do not do this wonderful place justice!! Just a beautiful place to go and relax. The house has everything you could need and Holly was just a dream to work with. The property and neighborhood were very nice and private. We enjoyed our stay and bought 4 chairs and cushions so we could enjoy the incredible view upstairs on the master patio!! Pool is not heated so it was VERY cold to swim in, It is a lovely backyard area and in very warm months you could handle getting in pool. Holly was very nice when we reached out to her. The house was comfortable. Master bed could be a little more comfortable but overall compared to other homes we have rented, it was nice. Kitchen is also stocked with all the spices etc you would need too!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sand Flower. We enjoyed the incredible views and sunsets from the pool, hot tub and upper deck every day and loved the peacefulness of the neighbourhood. The fire pit in the backyard made for a nice evening to watch the sunset. The house was very comfortable and had everything you could need for a carefree stay. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed the outdoor space and beautiful pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay in for dinners. Very quiet location.

Beautiful spacious house located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is complete with everything you’ll need for your vacation, from spices to towels. We used and loved the hot tub most of all. The swiming pool is a very good size and great for swimming also. We loved going up the balcony to have a drink while watching the sky at night. Holly was very responsive to all questions we had. This is a great property with privacy and a great Scottsdale location. It has all the features you would want--BBQ, pool, hot tub, great view deck, etc. We had guests and they were all very impressed and enjoyed their stay there. Highly recommended!
