We enjoyed the two powder rooms. The kitchen was very convienent and well srocked with cookware and serving dishes. It has a beautiful view.

Clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. We had teenagers that were happy to have Pier Park close by. Pretty quiet considering it was spring break as well!

Perfect! If i was to use one word to describe the home and the location it would be perfect! It was very clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. In addition to being an amazing property its location lends itself to not needing a car or not having to use it too often. It is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Great place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and had the best views. Jennifer was so responsive anytime we had a question - typically responsed in 15 minutes or less. We liked the option to walk to restaurants and shopping and only drove twice the entire week - although the only downside was that this area is more crowded than other areas in PCB. All in all we enjoyed our week away for fall break and highly recommend this condo!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience on vacation. The condo was extremely clean, walking distance from anything we needed and the communication with the owners was second to none. If we could have checked 10 stars for communication we would have. You won’t regret booking this condo for your stay!

There are no words to describe how amazing this property is. The view is stunning, the place is clean, and the entire condo is quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the couch is perfect for a afternoon nap. You can tell that this place is well kept up, loved, and set up for guest in mind. I was pleasantly surprised that the beach chairs were included in the property stay. The pier is only .02 miles away with a gorgeous walk along the beach. Literally everything is within walking distance. The location is the best. The only downside is that the AC return is a little loud and the TV is a little older with no apps on it. But, that isn’t anything at all that would detour me from coming back. In fact, I’ll be booking for next year very soon. This is going to become the place for our yearly trip and will be the first of many back to this condo.

This is our 2nd visit to PCB and Calypso, we love it! Jennifer's condo is always neat and clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable, home-like feeling and we have very much enjoyed our stay last year and this year. Beautiful views and a great location to shopping and food. Thanks again and I am sure we will be back next year!

The view from the 23rd floor was awesome! Convenient location to Pier Park. The condo is really nice, clean, well appointed. The complimentary chair & umbrella rental on the beach was a nice bonus. Jennifer made the process easy. Would stay here again!

We loved the room, very clean. We couldn't get in the ocean because it was double red flag all week. But we still had an awesome time.

We went for a short family getaway and then a dance competition around the Edgewater area. We had great instructions to find the condo and parking. The location is great with easy access to Pier Park and a Walmart. There is a quick mart/cafe/coffee&donuts place that we realized serves breakfast,lunch, and dinner etc. This also serves room service or to go orders and is attached around the base of the parking area. We were able to walk to Pier Park and enjoy food, dip n dots, and the Skywheel. (Pier Park is more family friendly during the afternoon and early evening.) The adults were able to enjoy a few fun cocktails from the poolside bar. The kids were excited to push the last button on the elevator every time and the bunk beds. Being on the top floor had an added benefit of being quiet along with a stunning view.**It was very easy to see the beach flag status daily as it is right in sight ** We were able to see a bit of sealife from there and determine water conditions every morning. The condo had plenty of games to play and things to cook with. We borrowed a few sand toys and pool noodles that have been left for use of others :) The condo is very well maintained and relaxing. Thanks for having us!

The condo was everything stated in the listing! Loved how close it was to many attractions. Several days, we never even got in the car, we could walk. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was really nice and the view was fantastic. We are looking to book the same condo next year.

The property is all you would want in a Gulf Front condo. Very comfortable with fine finishes. The view is spectacular. We liked it very much. The owner is very sweet and easy to work with. However, the unit directly beneath me was being renovated. Durning our stay we had to leave the place during the day. Between 8-5 pm there was jackhammering, concert sanders, hammer and chisels then there was the tile saw. I would come back, but I would check the work happening with the Calypso HOA first.

We had the best time on our vacation! The condo was extremely clean and very well decorated. They had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Jennifer was a great host and was always quick to answer any questions and communicate with us. We most definitely stay here again!

My wife, kids(ages 14, 16, and 17), and I came down for spring break. We really enjoyed the place. Great view from the top floor. Location was perfect as we were a short walk from the pier and Pier Park. All around great week at the beach.

We could not have had a better time. The location and condo was perfect. Had no problems during the entire process! Highly recommended!
