Perfect! Great location, close to freeway for jetting off to any locations within Seattle or for a day trip outside of town. As a mom with 2 young boys the washer/dryer was a major plus. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and coffee, and major community park which we did take our kids to play at. Already letting friends and family know about a wonderful place to stay if in Seattle.

Small but cozy place, perfect for our trip. Two of us stayed for five days and were quite comfortable. We came out to hike the national parks and it was so nice to have a centrally located homebase!

This is the second time I have rented here, and this time I for more than a month. The apartment is well put-together, has magnificent light and is very close to Greenlake and many amenities. The owners are quick, responsive, efficient and so,so nice. I intend to stay here again.

Members of our family have stayed here multiple times now, and it's always a lovely, easy, and clean place near green lake.

This second floor apartment is very well decorated and comfortable. The owners live close by and were helpful and easy to communicate with. The little house has lots of windows, well organized kitchen, nice little bathroom, and a great tv. We were in Seattle to visit family, but the Greenlake nest was so pleasant we did not want to go anywhere, except maybe to Duke’s Chowder house around the corner for a nice meal. The place was lovely and clean and a perfect spot to rest in between family outings! Communication was excellent and we really appreciated the accommodations for our little one! (They had a pack n play set up for us and offered a high chair as well) We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Seattle!

Perfect little place for our family of three while visiting the area. Well-thought space had everything we needed, and the proximity to Green Lake made neighborhood walks easy and fun. Very much recommend!

We loved staying in this bright apartment. It was very open and airy with lots of windows. It was clean, cute and comfortable! The location was ideal. We walked to the lake for a morning run and got coffee from Urban Bakery. On our second evening we walked to Zeek’s and had a yummy pizza.

This property is exceptional: the location, the light, the clean airy feeling. It is a wonderful space to be in, and everything functions perfectly. The hosts are amazingly responsive, finding quick solutions to any needs. Impressive. I hope to stay here again when I next come to Seattle.

We love the location of your apartment. It’s near the lake and restaurants, and just a few houses away from our grandchildren. It’s a very comfortable place to stay.

Our stay at this rental was so enjoyable. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I and was very peaceful. The interior is beautiful. Convenient location.. free lake park is not a far walk. Cost of Uber into downtown was reasonable. We plan to revisit Seattle and will definitely keep this rental on our list!

This unit provides a great value option for staying in the Seattle area. It is easy to get to from the freeways, walking distance to the lake and good restaurants (Duke's was fabulous) in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Grocery and other shopping was a short and easy drive down 85th. Having a washer and dryer set in the unit was a great time saver for our trip. The television had cable access and a DVD player. The AC worked well on the hot August nights of our visit. The off-street parking for two cars was greatly appreciated. A couple of things not mentioned in the listing: the bathroom is only accessed through the bedroom (which can be awkward for guests on the fold-out); the kitchen does have a full compliment of standard appliances but it is not what I consider "full-size" since the range door nearly hits the sink cabinet. There is limited counter space. The amenities could use some updating, but everything worked. Getting a room in the Seattle area can be frustrating, and this room is a great value option for a couple, or a family with small children.

Great location, a really easy hop over to the zoo or Downtown. Very clean, it suited us well for the weekend. I wish there was a dish sponge and dish clothes provided so we could do our dishes. But other then that the place was great, and we will definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect Place for me & my son. 5 minutes walk from the GreenLake. Very comfortable house. There are good stores around. Beautiful neighborhood and near from the bus stop. I'm sure I'll go stay here again.

This apartment worked well for our needs (really just a place for us to sleep). The apartment was very clean and tidy. It looked like the kitchen was well equipped, though we didn’t use it. One thing that I would note is that the bed in the bedroom is pushed up against the wall (out of necessity due to the size of the bedroom ). Because both my husband and I get up during the night to use the bathroom, we decided only one of us could sleep in the bed and the other one would sleep on the couch. That worked fine for us but should be taken into consideration by future guests.
