The house met our needs perfectly. It was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the management company was difficult. There’s a long time lag for their responses and then they were unclear. Also, the checkout instructions that they emailed and which I didn’t receive until after I got home, didn’t match the ones in the house manual on site.

This cute, clean, comfortable home was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and needed cook and dishware. The neighborhood was cozy and quiet and the outside areas were dreamy. We loved this house!

The house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with items needed for a comfortable stay. The house provided plenty of room for six adults and one infant. Green Lake, coffee shops and restaurants are all within an easy walk. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful updated older home. Excellent, flexible sleeping and working space. Fun toys for the kids. We had issues the first night getting hot water for shower, but manager was responsive to troubleshoot, all worked out for next day. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom (bidet!!) and communal spaces.

Booked for 6!people, but ended up with 4 of us! Worked out great, we all had a room of our own!! Beautiful VRBO! Comfortable beds, large living spaces throughout the house! Very comfortable home! Would be great for a family with children also!! Neighborhood was quiet! Only thing could add to the house is a hair dryer and maybe some cooking oil. Would give a 5/5 Star Review!!

We visit Seattle every year. This is the third time we’ve stayed in this place, so I woke repeat myself other than to say it’s a lovely house in the perfect location!

This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The house is clean and well kept up.

Beautiful kitchen and plenty of beds and rooms. Had everything we needed and a nice little outdoor area. Just wished they had let us check in a little early. We had an accident and our back window broke as soon as we got to seattle. Our stuff was unsecured and we had no where to place it. We had to waste a vacation day sitting with our vehicle until 4pm check in time. I called vacasa and they said no early check ins at this unit. Still a lovely place though.

Strengths: Location - Our family of six adults and one baby visited Seattle for 5 days and this was a great location for our needs: walkable to Green Lake, a local market, donut and coffee shop, a few restaurants; close to the highway to get downtown or head north; and plenty of street parking for easy coming and going. Size and space - The ground floor bedroom was the smallest of the 3, but had a great bed, sizable closet, and was right near the main bathroom. Upstairs and downstairs rooms were rather spacious with two additional small rooms upstairs - one we used as an office for remote work and one is where the baby slept in her crib. Amenities - Kitchen was nice and new, living room was super spacious, back den acted as our 4th bedroom with a comfy couch, big TV, good wifi, a few children's books and toys, and the gym room was very spacious in the basement and included things like bikes, an inflatable kayak, and workout equipment. Weaknesses: Thinner walls made phone calls, toilet flushes, and snoring a bit more present than we were used to at home - at least on the ground floor. Vacasa (the management company) didn't respond to an inquiry we made about guest limits and access. They did get us early access, but if you have questions for them - be prepared to wait or follow-up a few times. Low ceilings in the basement. I'm 6-4 and had to duck quite a bit to move around down there. Overall: We'd definitely stay again. Great spot, solid house, fit our needs.

Easy to rent through VRBO. Good cancellation policy allowed us to secure the property and clarify a couple questions we had from the listing. It all worked out and we enjoyed our time there. We only used the main floor bedroom - but the house is very nice, well set up, and bigger than it looks. The weather wasn’t warm enough to spend time in the small enclosed yard - but maybe next time.

Lovely place for our family to stay while we supported a child rowing at Green Lake - and University of Washington Head of the Lake regetta. Extremely clean. Perfect kitchen to make meals for the family and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! Was easy to find street parking and loved being walking distance to the park and restaurants. They had everything you needed and there was plenty of space to spread out. Would definitely recommend.

This house definitely feels “lived in” and it shows based on the cleanliness of the house as a whole. From the bathrooms to towels to kitchen, it seemed as though the cleaning was done to about 80%, which just gave us a bad feeling and spent our first day washing the utensils and pots/pans/plates we planned on using. The stairs in the property are also very steep. We were very concerned with our toddler in the house, which limited our ability to use the house in its entirety comfortably. It may be worth noting this for families or older people looking to rent the house.

This is a lovely home with all the amenities one might need. Clean and close to Green Lake and local markets. Easy drive into the city. Plenty of room to stretch out with a cute little back yard and lovely light through the windows. Really enjoyed the home and location!

This house was awesome for our three generation family reunion. The toys and games in the home were fantastic. Kept our little ones happy all week. The house was super clean and catered to everything we needed. The fenced in back yard made our dog’s trip nice as well. The only thing I would recommend is a baking dish or two for the oven. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, maybe our favorite rental ever. Lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Green Lake, good coffee, pizza and donuts! We had to bring dishes for the family Thanksgiving and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen as well as the new appliances. Our son LOVED the workout room downstairs with the rower and bike and class system. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

This was a great place to stay. We (family of four + a doodle) used it during our remodel. Home was clean and ready for us on time. Basement has a great workout room and the rest of the house is equipped w/ all the needs & wants. Awesome place to stay

Property was very clean and nicely stocked. Enjoyed it all! Beds were comfortable, nice and plentiful hot water. Fenced yard was great for our dog. Location was convenient. Easy walk for donuts and dinner, a little longer walk brought you to a bagel place and Fremont Brewery. A short drive brought you to downtown Seattle. Parking on the street was not a problem! Plenty of space. Just a very fun environment.

I stayed with my two adult teenage daughters and spoiled pups for the week. Home is clean, spacious and location is fantastic. The home has a doggie door and secure, adorable backyard. The only thing I would add, is hand soap dispensers, very minor detail. Thank you for sharing your home.

Situated walking distance from Green Lake park, restaurants and coffee, it's a great location. No problem parking on the street. Décor was nice, with a new but cramped kitchen. When we arrived we found more than a few piles of dog droppings in the back yard, as well bird doo on the outdoor furniture. Some dishes were put away dirty. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. When we notified management, it took two days to get the right bedding, on the last night of our stay. Internet had the annoying habit of regularly throwing us off. When we complained about that, we were given an alternate network to use which worked fine. Don't know why this wasn't the primary network. There was no check out procedure, so others may have taken advantage to leave the place in bad shape. But at least the cleaners should have picked up the dog poop. We did request and receive a partial refund which management agreed after several days back and forth. I'm getting a $10 gift card for providing this review.

The location is ideal as it is a short walk away from a fabulous lake where you can do a 3 mile run, or bike/skate, swim or have fun with boats that you can rent at the lake. The property in fact comes equipped with an inflatable 5 person boat, a paddle boat and several life jackets for all ages. The house itself is also a fantastic space with good spaces for indoor/oudoor fun: a living room equipped with board games, a TV room with a large screen to access online entertainment accounts and a cozy back yard to enjoy outdoor meals or hang out. The communication with TurnKey Vacation Rentals was quick and easy through text messages and the owner is clearly interested in making the guest experience as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We would definitely rent again this property for another family vacation in Seattle.
