This was a perfect beach location! We had to cut our vacation short because of the tropical weather but we really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and exactly as described

We really enjoyed our brief stay! The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for the family spread out in the living areas. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The owner was helpful and responsive when contacted. Check in/out was really easy. We would love to rent this house in the summer to get full use of all it has to offer as well the community amenities!

The place was everything the listing shows. It was spacious for 4 adults and 4 kids. Great location to the beach. If you like to do alot in North Myrtle be prepared to drive 25+ minutes. The pool was nice, but could get very crowded. Overall I would definitely stay again!

This was our first time staying in a house since we’ve been coming to SC for our family vacations. We usually stay in a condo on the beach. If you’re looking for affordable housing in close proximity to the beach then this is your place. On numerous occasions during our stay family commented about how convenient this house and the one next door that is owned by the same family is to the beach. It was no problem to run the family across to the beach and run back to the house to make lunch or refill the cooler. The house is very nicely laid out, plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they needed space or plenty of room to gather together for a dinner and you didn’t feel crapped. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a great time during our stay at this home! The home was comfortable with absolutely everything we needed! It's furnished nicely with lots of space to spread out. The location can't be beat as it's just across the road from the beach.
The plan it's in is nice and we spent some time at the pools. I like that they have pretty strict quiet hours after like 11pm so we had no trouble sleeping. It was a great vacation and would love to come back next year!

We had 7 adults on our trip and there was plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed, Cathy was great to work with. We loved that we could walk out of the house and be at the beach in about 3 minutes, the outdoor shower and big front porch was a plus too. The included amenities were also a nice bonus. I would definitely book this house again if I go back to Myrtle.

Overall everything was great. Easy location to get to and from the beach, and the place was great. Only things we did not like were the rules about golf carts - only allowed to rent from the property group (no outside rentals allowed in the gated community) which is no fault of the owners, and the fee to get a pass to the gate that is closer to the house seems unnecessary (again, no fault of the owners). The communication was great and the house and location were absolutely worth the money spent. Would definitely rent again!

Great location to the beach! House was as described and clean. Needs some upgrades that the owner said they are planning this fall. Only downfall was the pool was entirely too crowded. Only went there once the entire week. The community is too large for the size of the pool. Otherwise great stay!

Very Family Friendly
We were looking for a place, close to the ocean, that would be suitable for adults and children ages 5, 4 and 3. 2144 Lark was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space for the boys to play and for the adults to relax while keeping an eye on them. The big bonus was just walking across the street to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much and will keep 2144 Lark on our short list of fabulous places to stay.

Overpaid for this property
Awesome location. But the property was not as clean as previous comments. This single wide trailer with addition needs updating at best. Carpet was terrible. The doors looked like a construction worker was there and did not wipe them down. Spent most of afternoon cleaning them. TV was not anchored to the wall and swayed when you walked by it. Didn't matter anyways, it didn't work. Washer was in back bedroom and when you opened the door the carpet rolled up. The weather and beach was awesome. Would not book again.

Memory Making Trip
We had a great stay! The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. It was close to lots of good places to eat and visit. The house was clean and spacious. It did get warm in the living area during the day, but closing the blinds and the fans helped. The beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have the linens and towels already provided. The pool area was enjoyed by all ages. Our only issue is nobody ever texted us to let us know the place was ready.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can’t beat the walk to the beach! The house had plenty of bedrooms, towels, and cooking supplies for everyone. We loved all of the seating options and multiple bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We had fun
The property was clean, well appointed and very close to the beach which was important since we had little ones with us. The neighborhood pools were nice. Good value for the money. I was not expecting this to be a mobile home and the street noise made sleeping difficult. Otherwise, I would have rated higher.

Great family vacation home!
We have stayed in this home several times over the past 6 years. It is very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and a fold out futon in the sunroom. The beach access is literally a few steps away. The porch is comfortable and a favorite gathering spot for the family. Everything works, washer and dryer are great, enough room for everyone to spread out. It has always been very clean and the owner is very accessible and friendly. We strongly recommend!

Great Beach House!
Wonderful beach house so close to the beach! Huge plus being able to walk across the street & be on the beach. We could come and go as we please, did not have to drive so no sand in the car when we got home! The community had lots of other activities as well, we loved pickleball as a family, the outdoor pool was refreshing, great to have other options for fun for family/kids in addition to the beach. House was clean and spacious enough for our family of 7 (5 young adult children with us). The owner was excellent with communication and offers to help/respond to any needs. Very considerate of us and doing all she could to ensure we had a great stay. Very convenient having Food Lion only a mile away as well. We'd stay there again and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great place for a beach getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at Catherine's place. It was clean and comfortable and so close to the beach - you can see the beach from the house and hear the waves from the front porch! We played pickleball at the courts in the complex, and loved the outdoor shower. The washer and dryer were better than ours at home. We are already looking to see when we can come back for another stay!

So close to the beach!
This location is perfect. We were literally a minute walk to the beach. There were sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards available for use which we used everyday. The house is perfect size for a small family. We had 4 adults and one child and still had an extra room. There were plenty of ketchen items and towels for showering. The only issue was we had no dish soap, extra toliet paper or paper towels but Walmart is just 4 min away so you could grab anything you needed quickly. Communication with the host was amazing! Would definitely recommend this home if you have children of any ages. There is a ton to keep them busy. Splash pad, pools and of course the beach. Tons to do in the area too! We also loves the culdesac we were on so the road was hardly busy! Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect Location
We were a quick walk to the ocean and loved the location. Close to Myrtle Beach and other little beach towns. The property was clean and described well in the listing. The beds were comfortable. Cathy has been easy to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns. The two bedrooms were smaller than expected, but still manageable. It is definitely worth getting the key card for easy access off the main road. We would stay here again!
