Place felt like home… truly it did. Diane is an excellent human being and she takes care of things that people take for granted. She truly wants her guests to have a very comfortable stay and would try to resolve any issues that you have whatsoever. The property location is superb and it is very rejuvenating.

This was perfect for an eco consciousness, active lifestyle. We were on and off the water the whole stay. Use the grill to cook outdoors. No laundry was the only drawback with children. But perfect for couples! I will be returning next summer for a family wedding. Thank you D.S.! For wonderful relaxing stay after a long cross country funeral. This place definitely resets your soul!!

It was such an easy process to get in to our room and enjoy the amenities of the home; Diane was so hospitable to us during our stay as well and her presence on the property was never felt unless needed. The water was too cold to get in the lake, but we had such an enjoyable experience around the town of Mooresville (and surrounding towns). I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning.

This was a great location for my husband and his group of anglers to stay during their bass tournament on Lake Normand. Great fireplace for evening relaxation also.

What a fun weekend! Diane was a pleasure to work with. Very attentive and friendly. The apartment had anything you needed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the view and beach area steps from the apartment. Lots of water toys to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this little slice of heaven!

Great location(groceries and food places within a few miles), sandy beach/dock, close to “bigger”water (we rented a jet ski), beautifully landscaped yard, lovely porch with rockers, kayaks/SUP’s. Diane always makes sure you have everything you need.

My husband and I spent a week at Diane's wonderful rental on Lake Norman. Her property is so beautiful and very well maintained. She has provided everything you could need to fully enjoy the Lake and yard. Kayaks, canoes, Stand up Paddle boards, life vests, floats, goggles, fire pit (even smore's supplies!), outdoor chairs, a grill, lawn games, etc. We only wish it had been warmer so we could enjoy the Lake more. We are already thinking about when we can return in the Summer. The space itself is very well supplied, clean and organized. There is an oven, griddle, crock pot, Keurig coffee, full sized fridge - everything you need to cook basic meals. Diane was very welcoming and a wonderful host. Just so relaxing. The view is worth it! Beds are comfortable. We had a fire most nights. Sat out on the dock to get sun and watch the boaters. Surprised water was so warm we went swimming!

The lake front property is perfect for relaxing. The owner has everything you need for the week and if needed anything she was available to get it. Beautiful quite area!

Beautiful location and friendly host! Private pier and beach, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, floats, the host has everything you need for fun on the water. If you have forgotten anything, chances are you will find it in the house as well. Fully stocked inside and outside for a great time. We definitely plan to return.

A beautiful and quiet place on Lake Norman. Clean and bright apartment. No stove but a toaster oven and microwave are adequate for small meals. Owner on site and friendly pup who is quiet and well behaved. A pleasure to visit.

Thank you, also, for going above and beyond to accommodate us. You had everything and more that we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially grateful for your help and concern when I dropped my phone into the lake. Thank you for supplying any and all tools (eg, rakes, magnets, tape, net, etc) for us to (attempt to) retrieve my phone from the bottom of the lake. Despite losing my phone, we enjoyed using your kayaks and canoes on the lake. Thanks for keeping us safe with your life jackets. Your dock is lovely. Your beach is perfect. We loved the smore kit that you provided for us - our only regret was not having enough time to make them in your fire pit. Thank you for a perfect stay at your lovely lake house.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Diane is onsite but in no way do I ever feel under scrutiny. The space is filled with anything you could need to enjoy your stay. A beautiful spot to wake up to.

This was a perfect setup for our family getaway. My wife and I (the grandparents) were joined by our daughter, her husband and 2 of our grandchildren to visit our daughter who lives in Mooresville. Diane was a wonderful host. We wanted for nothing at all. We stayed in the lower part of the house. Completely isolated, squeaky clean, plenty of amenities, everything we needed. Comfortable sleeping conditions, great family room for the kids and adults to gather, play games, eat, have fun. Air conditioned, comfortable. And, we had our own private beach completely stocked with whatever we needed for fun on the water! We'll definitely return next time we do a family getaway on Lake Norman!
