We took our adult kids and our 5 grandkids ages 4-12 to South Padre Island for a week between Christmas and New Year’s. Can’t say enough about this house. We have rented houses for 15 years and this one has the best view ever. A whole wall of picture windows looked out at the pool, beach and ocean. Breathtaking. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens gave everyone room to spread out. Great water toys were provided, as well as plenty of poolside tables and chairs. Our host, Beth, was responsive to all of our questions and kept the pool heated to our desired temperature. The location was perfect. We were never more than 3-10 minutes from activities and restaurants. We rented bikes and rode on the beach, hired a sandcastle instructor, took a pirate cruise, saw sea turtles, flew kites, mini golfed, ate at great restaurants, and of course spent hours at the pool and beach. Definitely recommend!

Great property as advertised. We were there December 11-16, great time of year to visit South Padre Island. Weather was nice, the heated pool and spa were a great perk. The decks are perfect for sunrise views! Our host was very helpful and responsive to our questions, gave some great suggestions on where to eat. We would love to visit again!

Property was immaculate! 2 full kitchens are perfect for large families! Kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We will be back.

This was a wonderful place to stay, and comes highly recommend to those looking for a place on the beach, or anywhere in Padre. We were surprised and impressed with all the extras this home offered as we usually bring all of our own cooking supplies, beach gear, and pool extras . This house had it all!

We had a great week at the beach. This house was lovely. The owner was very responsive and had the house very well stocked. I have no complaints at all. After staying in condos for many years, this stay was absolutely delightful. Would rent this house again and hope to do so next year.

We loved the property, and the location. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. If you can think of anything you might need for a beach vacation, it was available in the house. From beach chairs to umbrellas to fully stocked kitchen. Owners were very responsive and each to reach. This might by far be our best VRBO stay till date. This home is absolutely amazing. It is set up well with upstairs and downstairs areas inside and outside. Everything you could need is provided including personal and paper products as well as entertainment items for the beach and pool. The pool and hot tub right on the beach are fantastic. All the linens and kitchen items are top quality. The location is perfect allowing you to walk to many restaurants and stores. The host provided ample instructions and was quick to respond to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was perfect for our family summer vacation in SPI! Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Loved the direct access to the beach! Owner very responsive to unusual home maintenance issue we encountered. Would definitely stay again!

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had for her. We flew to Texas with small kids so we couldn’t bring much with us. She had lots of things for babies and kids which saved us extra money we would have had to spend buying or renting equipment. The house was well stocked with anything needed and very clean. The pool was beautiful. Location was great!

I can not say enough about how amazing my families vacation was. The home was absolutely beautiful. The kitchens are very well appointed. Which made cooking at the house a pleasure. The views are breathtaking. Lots of towels and beach towels. The beach is perfect for walking. Beth was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

The location and views were amazing. The house large for our family. We had some cooler/rain weather but we requested the pool/hot tub temps be increased and it saved the day. The whole family enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool. Thank you !

We had a 7 day family gathering of 14 for our 50th wedding anniversary. The house met and exceeded all expectations. Great location, clean, well equiped and lots of space. We needed the pool/spa heater serviced and it was promptly taken care within 24 hours. The owner is very responsive! When we return to SP Island this will be the place to stay again.

Our family had a nice time at this property. It was clean and had plenty of linens and towels which was nice. We picked this house because of access to the beach and the heated pool. The beach access was awesome as were all the onsite beach chairs and toys. There are umbrellas you can screw into a stand which was nice too. The pool heater never worked. Upon arrival we found out that there is a part on back order for easy turning on and off the pool and hot tub heater. However we were given a very short “how to manually turn it on” - having a pool and heater at our home we thought ok, no problem. However after multiple attempts, texting with the responsive homeowner and even having the pool guy come look at it it was evident the heater is not a functioning part of the property. Other than that the house was overall clean and had a lot of good kitchen amenities.

The home is well setup for a large group to have private pool time, multiple tv and indoor / outdoor seating and dining, and direct beach access! Property contacts were responsive.

The house, beach access, pool, covered porch, large balcony are just perfect for a SPI vacation. The home is well stocked and nicely decorated. The large living area with lots of windows has spectacular views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation.

One of the best locations (and best houses) on the beach. It was generally less crowded directly in front of the house, and you are literally a few steps from the water. House was terrific. Well-stocked, clean, and a great owner.

Property had everything we needed in the perfect location on the island with an ideal beach and awesome pool/spa! Thanks for everything we WILL be back!

We had fantastic time using both the pool and easy access to the beach. The beach is great, clean and the house comes with all the fun toys for kids at the beach. Inside there is plenty of room for large groups and you never feel on top of one another. Highly recommend if you are looking for clean, updated and awesome location in South Padre.
