Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

With a new dish washer and two new mattresses, it was in better shape than last year. After a heavy rain, the lights in one of the bathrooms wouldn't turn on, and the fan in the same bedroom took on a life of its own. Not major issues but something that should be addressed.

All but 2 things were great about this rental, the mattresses and the thermostat. You could really use an upgrade on all your mattresses, every morning it was back aches because of the mattresses. One of the beds was even missing a wheel on the frame and had to be propped up with books on site, just to be able to sleep on a flat surface and not a sloped bed. Also, It was so hot in the unit because you couldn't adjust any of the thermostats. We had them all in the off position and still had the doors wide open. Other than those factors it was an enjoyable stay. Please fix those problems and we will stay in your unit every year.

Great location on the lake front. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, but nothing in the way of condiments/oils/etc. to assist with cooking, which was disappointing. Very spacious and plenty of room. We had wonderful weather and wish we could've stayed longer.

We love this unit but it is starting to show it's age. One of the toilets was plugged when we arrived. Fortunately, it was repaired the next day. The dishwasher leaked badly. I called to report it, and when I called later the same day, I was told it had been repaired which wasn't correct. It leaked the five days we were there. We like this unit because it sleeps all 8 of us and is convenient to the grocery store, shops and restaurants, and you can't beat the view.

We hardly even used the 3rd bathroom but the add'l towels in there were nice. The fireplace warmed the room very well. There is a knocking/creaking sound that seems due to hot water being used in the building that is heard from the master bedroom that seems to be coming from the ceiling/walls over the master bathroom. Only an issue when trying to sleep but closing the bathroom door helped.
Everything was clean, plenty of towels, plenty of starter items like trash bags, paper towels, etc.

We hiked, relaxed and enjoyed the quiet, fresh air and stunning panoramic view from the condo deck. We will rent this unit again.

No Laundry on site available, no hot tub available, no Rec. Room Available. We chose this condo for the Amenities. All closed off due to covid. These things should have been open and usable daily, and cleaned, or a partial refund offered for them not being available.
Also, one of the two sliding doors in the room would not lock. Not an issue in this location, but not safe either...Also, no deadbolt key given...Only keys to the handles on the doors. Internet was horrible...Barely would open emails...Could not stream Netflix or HBO in the evenings during prime use times.

Great views. One block from Arapahoe cafe which has the best smoked wings and bbq anywhere which makes zero sense but is true. Perfect spot.

Can't say enough about the beauty of this place. Dillon has everything we were looking for and the condo was perfect.

Once you get into the unit the views are breathtaking! Love the covered balcony! We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. Thanks for a wonderful stay - again!

Beautiful views of the deck. The condo itself is spacious and comfy for all who stayed! We had a group of 6 guys and easily could have slept a few more if needed!

Sleeps all 8 people as advertised. The views are amazing from the porch. Super close to Copper Mountain where we went skiing. Couldn't have asked for a better place
