Location and value for money. Property was clean and well maintained and staff hospitable. The common area was a nice touch allowing us to have a coffee before setting off for the day. It is located within easy walking distance of both the old town and the railway station.

Great location, very clear and easy check-in instructions, very comfortable bed, large and clean bathroom!

The rooms’ doors are not thick or soundproofed, so you can hear noise from the hallway. The good thing is that they are not too many other rooms nearby.

Clean. Central location. Walking distance to train station. Contemporary style room.

Bed placement is tight to walk around the other side. No hooks to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. No table to put things down. Not much space around bath sink. These seem to be minor things but very incovenient. No free breakfast. Coffee machine is available in the dining area.

Huge room with balcony overlooking the Main Street in to the Centro storico. Great for people watching! Also the shared kitchen was a bonus for making tea/coffee in the morning.

Check in procedure was difficult and we didn’t receive the codes or instructions until we were waiting at the door for half an hour or so.

Location was excellent and manager was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend!

I think the room was very small, people could be heard through the walls at times, the elevator was a bit challenging (I had to walk up one time because whomever last used it did not close the doors), and the AC didn’t seem very powerful.

Very comfortable and well located, the personnel were very nice. The snack bar open at all times is very welcoming.

Checkout time by 10am is a little too early. But not problematic if you don’t forget to set up your alarm. A bit pricey compared to other places in the region but Bari is the largest city in the area.

Excelente location and the Guests area was super nice. Nice room with a balcony to the nicest area down town.

Complicated at first to communicate with the owner for getting inn the apt, but once we talked to him..everything was easy.

Great location, other than that the negative outweighed the positives unfortunately. We should have received a credit for inconveniences.

We carried our suitcases up 3 long flights of stairs, no help, hosts knew elevator was not working, they just never mentioned it. Fixed within 1.5 hrs. Room was extremely cold, temp could not be adjusted.

Loved the proximity to the station as well as the historic centre. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Roomy bathroom and comfy bed. Loved the library with seating area, coffee machine and free snacks. Check-in was smooth due to clear communication regarding entry codes and keys.

No staff present which wasn’t really a problem for us, but if we we’re staying longer it would be good to have someone there to provide information when required.

We liked the amenities and location ! The self-checkin was a must and we couldn’t asked for a better location (parking was easy, not too far + the old town of Monopoli is just a 5min walk) Also, the bathroom was very nice and clean !

Top floor stylish immaculate large bedroom & bathroom with balcony overlooking buzzing smart shopping street. Double glazed floor to ceiling balcony doors & shutters very soundproof, excellent quiet aircon. Basic tea & coffee facilities with muffins & tarts in lovely communal lounge. Great location overlooking buzzing smart shopping street in central Bari near station.

Entrance off street a little forbidding - apartments off central staircase with small lift but entry by code for street door, main door to FourRooms and also to bedroom felt secure.

No fault of the owner, but guests in the building were not closing the elevator properly so sometimes it wasn’t working.

Location was good, very central. Staff was friendly.

The air conditioning was SO noisy it was hard to sleep. The shower was loose from the wall so we were afraid it would fall down on us. A lot of stuff was not attached properly or loose. The elevator didn’t work at all and our room code stopped working so the staff had to come running.

The lift went out of work the second day of our stay. I understand things can happen but what i didn’t like was the staff not responding when i asked about it.

For breakfast: We loved the coffee maker. Great coffee. We bought oat milk, Berries and bananas and oatmeal which we made each morning. Loved the tea kettle. So quick! The dining room is lovely and comfortable. We also loved the centrality of 4 rooms. So easy to get everywhere! Loved the coffee shop out front. And the shopping! Loved the fact that walking everywhere is so easy.

I would like to have had some real towel racks and a waste basket in the bed room. Perhaps, an extension cord or another electrical outlet near the bed would be helpful. Some better bathroom amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion.

The day before arrival, I wrote to the owner if it is possible to check in an hour earlier. I received a positive response, however on the day of arrival I didn't get the door code at 12:00, I had to write an email again asking if I can check in now. I then received the access code. Almost every morning we were woken up by a knock on the door. The service lady asked what time the room would be free so that she could clean it. Because of this, we have been awakened. Check-out is until 10:30 am, at 10:00 am the service lady knocked again asking what time we would check out. I think that if check-out is until 10:30, then there is no need to remind guests half an hour earlier that it's time to check out. It was rude.
