I can’t express how much my husband and I enjoyed this house and our trip. It was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The house is charming and well done. Everything you need, the courtyard is beautiful. The location is superb. We walked everywhere, from sightseeing to eating. Definitely will stay there again.

It's one of those VRBO's that feels like a friend lent you their home to stay in. Those are my favorite kind. There is art on the walls, books on the bookshelf, pillows on the couch. It feels like a home, not an empty shell. We cooked breakfast and one dinner here and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat. We parked the car outside the house and walked everywhere we went. This street is one of only a couple in the historic district that doesn't have metered parking. The outdoor courtyard was lovely and great for our dogs. I highly recommend this lovely little carriage house for a stay in Savannah.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and had a mixed experience with this rental. Things we really liked: the backyard patio was beautiful, the location was great, the kitchen was very functional, the service by Lucky Savannah was very good. Things we disliked: the lighting throughout the house was poor and dim, despite being mentioned by previous tenants (not bright enough to even read under). The living room lamps were totally not up to the task; the apartment was not particularly clean. Things we strongly disliked: the living room couch smelled so badly we avoided using it, the mattress in the main bedroom was so soft and yielding it felt like a waterbed - I had to sleep in the single bed. For the price, we expected better.

The street is very quiet and provided a wonderful experience. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is a bit darker than it shows in the photos and could use a few more lights - or maybe some overhead lighting. The kitchen appliances (stove and dishwasher) are small, but were fine to meet our needs. We did have trouble getting two of the burners on the stovetop to work.We would definitely recommend this home to others and will likely come back in the future because of its ideal location and cleanliness.

Highly recommend this cozy historic house! The beautiful and private courtyard was so enjoyable to sit in w/ a glass of wine after a day of exploring the beautiful neighborhoods and sights nearby. We walked everywhere…never moved our car from the convenient space right in front. The house had everything to make it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely again when back in Savannah!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. We loved taking the dogs all around town (Savannah is so dog friendly!) and the ease of getting everywhere within a short walk. We would, hands down, stay here again if we travel back to Savannah. It was perfect!

Me and my 3 besties from college stayed at this amazing property to celebrate 30+ years of friendship. We had an amazing time. The courtyard was charming and we loved the historic aspect of this lovely little cottage. It reminded us of our dorms from college which made our stay even more special. And given our ages…we totally appreciated the fans in all the bedroom closets..which we Put to good use!

We adored this perfect Savannah home. The private courtyard was so well kept and an absolute joy sit and have a beverage in while discussing what local restaurant we would walk to. Ideal location. Clean. The perfect space. Looking forward to returning hopefully soon!

Loved everything about this property…would definitely stay again

This place loved up to the hype completely. It looked just like the pictures, was in the perfect location to walk everywhere with a 30 minute drive to the beach, and provided such a comfortable, homey, and lovely stay. Wish we could have taken the courtyard with us!! They even had an incredible book selection and some fun games for the rainier days. Next time come to Savannah, we know exactly where to stay! My mom and I decided to visit Savannah for a long weekend, and this place was absolutely perfect to stay. We were able to bring our dogs too! The garden in the back was perfect to sit in and read, and gray for the dogs to run around a little. Savannah is def dog friendly, which we loved! The location was great, a 10 minute walk to Forsyth Park! There is a trolley stop for both hop on and hop off tours less than 5 minutes from the location. It was so clean, and just the right size. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again when I go back to Savannah!

The house was very clean, crisp linens, plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a coffee grinder (really nice surprise if you’re a whole bean coffee person like moi) so grab a bag of whole bean from Savannah Coffee Roasters and enjoy a cup in your every own courtyard. Two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs.The house is a good walk to Broughton Street and all shopping and restaurants and, famous Clary’s is just around the corner. You’d want to drive to the riverfront. The famous fountain at Forsyth Park is only a 10 minute walk. The two streets the house is situated between is currently free parking, one block away is metered parking. The people at Lucky Savannah are very helpful and available by phone, email or text if you need anything. Overall, I highly recommend this historical carriage house and beautiful courtyard, perfect for your Savannah stay.

The property was accurately described and located in the historic district area. Easy walking and easy driving to stores. This was a very enjoyable stay despite the unreasonable weather.
