Perfect size home for our large family. Great location to the beach and amenities. The screened in porch was great! Kimberly was awesome to work with! Smooth and easy check in and out!

Kim takes pride in her property and it shows. She is super easy to work with and her property is clean and spacious! Would rent again!

There was a few issues when we first arrived. I was able to get in contact with the owner in under an hour and she did what she could to fix it that night. The next more they drove 4 hours just to make sure we had everything we needed. We were super happy with the property. We have 4 kids, 2 younger adults and myself and my husband. The space was great. No one was fighting for a bathroom or stepping on anyone’s toes. We will definitely stay again! Don’t pass this one up. You will love it!

We had the absolute best getaway for our Spring Bike rally this year. This house was perfect for all 7 of us. Never had a single issue and will definitely be back again!

Great rental property only 3 blocks to beach. Perfect dead end street with large yard and 2 porches. Hope to stay again next year.

The host was quick to answer every question! The place was layed out where your not on top of each other! Absolutely would recommend this to friends and family. Only thing that would have made the stay better would be a golf cart added with the rental.

Everything about this house was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we could ask for. The owner was incredibly helpful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the property. It was smaller than some of the places we've stayed in the past but it was very roomy and laid out well. I missed having a dishwasher and an actual door on the master bathroom but we all enjoyed staying here and it was very family friendly.

Very clean which was great. There was every accessory we could have hoped for, and more. Good drawer and closet storage. Convenient location for short walk to beach, or pavillion or water park. Inside was decorated for a cozy beach feel. Plenty of room to sit together, or apart for quiet time. Had a sweet screened in porch that was a hit with everyone. No dishwasher, but that was of no issue for us. We had a great time, and was sorry when it was time to go. First time we have rented a week at Ocean Lakes near a lake, usually being located closer to ocean front/view, but this site was less crowded and we found the view of the lake to be quite pleasant, and liked the little short dead end road we were on, especially for the little kids to ride their bikes on. We would recommend this to others, or stay again if we return to Ocean Lakes. The owner was extremely accessible.

The entire process of renting was easy and our stay was amazing. The home was welcoming and getting in was easy. The host was easy to get in touch with from the moment we found the house on the site to the moment we left the house. The home was beautiful inside and out as well as very accommodating for the adults and toddlers! The screened in porch and outside porch were clean and well taken care of. I look forward to coming back soon or next summer!

The place was perfect for 2 families with teens! Great location, and Kim is an awesome host! The house is as described online! We would deff stay again!

The house was very spacious and welcoming for my family. It had a living room and another small sitting room so they kids could have their own area to watch cartoons which was nice. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when we reached out. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow for check in and out. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for Halloween weekend. Spacious house with view of the lake and close to other amenities. Owner was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. The screened in porch became a favorite spot during our stay.

We enjoyed out stay at the Mc Ginnis property. We were on a dead end by the lake, very quiet and safe for children to play. The home was spacious for 10 of us. We enjoyed the screened in deck as well as the open deck. Very clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen was roomy as well as the dining area. We were within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes). My family agreed that we would stay there again. Kim was nice to deal with.

Looks can be deceiving, as this place is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, a full living room, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The sunroom was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again with family and friends.

Nice, clean and spacious. Love the screened in porch, nice for drinking early morning coffee. No odd smells. By far the best house I’ve stayed at in Ocean Lakes.
