We liked the location, the design, the generous space, the facilities, the nearby restaurant & spa was a plus. We also were welcomed with a bottle of red wine & some refreshments, Coffe or tea was also on our disposable. The apartment was heated. Very big wardrobe, extra bedsheets, towels etc. Also the view of the forest was very pleasing and relaxing. You have nearby wood swing’s & table for relaxing in the forest. We also had fun at the children playground

It could be cleaner. My sons socks were dirty from the start, also we realized when he lost a toy, very big dust & dirt under the carpet, the beds & the couch. Missing tableware like mugs, different sizes of plates. The bar is to high, if it was lower it could have serve as an indoor table & a kitchen island/workshop for making breakfast etc. also the chair on the bar are very poor and can fall with them. The chair on the main bedroom for the makeup table/ desk was not the right size, a bar chair…couldn’t fit your legs.

The location and size of the apartment.

you can't contact the owner. The phone left as a contact is not available. If you have an emergency, you have no one to talk to, the hotel staff cannot help you because it is a private apartment. The owner only writes you messages on how to get to the apartment and what time to leave on the last day. It's too hot and you can't adjust the temperature. There is no parking space, you can park on the side of the building if you are lucky. although the swimming pool and spa are included in the facilities, you have to pay at the hotel for any service.

Beautiful apartment

There is a big gap between the description and the actual: no private parking, air condition is disconnected, no soap and very little toilet paper, only 3 towels for 4 guests. The welcome mail with description how to find the room and key arrived a few hours after our arrival to the site (at the evening).

It was easy to find it , easy to get the keys (and leave it ). the beds were confortable, it had a nice livingroom. the internet worked good, netflix worked also. The flat was clean. It has many steps , front the front door you go down to the living room , from there you go down again to the bedrooms. i loved the towels, white fluffy

i got a welcome text on the phone before we arrived that there gonna be a bottle of wine for us, there was a big disappointment that we didn't found any. it says on the site that there is a fully equipped kitchen, so we went prepared with food for cooking. it was a bit challenging because it was only a bread knife. we were 4 persons and it was 2 wine glass only. we bought some sugar and coffee and stuff and left it there for the future guests. we tried to contact the owner on whatsapp, on phone but his phone was switched off the entire time we were there. we couldn't speak with them.

Very spacious apartament, perfect for any family, heated floor in the bathroom,big terrace,kitchen.

No blackout curtains

Everything was just perfect, clean with a perfect View on both sides. Thank You also for the exclusive bottle of wine. We had the best stay in Poiana Brașov ever :)

There was no pool and sauna included in the stay, regardless it was in the description. No AC, so very it was hot. Floors were dirty. Very old fridge with a broken shelf. WiFi worked only on the 1st day. No bottle of wine as it was promised. The smell was bad. No Netflix. The TV in the master bedroom was outdated and it had only 2 channels.
