Beautiful area, great place for 3 couples. Had everything we needed AND wanted. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie's place- even thoigh there were six of us the condo felt spacious and very comfortable with the beautiful Tommy Bahama furniture etc. Laurie is an excellent host who responded promptly to all of our questions. The Plantation condos are in a great location and the pool/jacuzzi/gym were awesome. Thank you, Laurie!

Clean well appointed condo in quiet part of Princeville. Excellent communication from owner, well stocked kitchen, everything needed for great stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided, big bonus.

We stayed at the property in November 2023. The host provided excellent communication including suggestions for activities. The property was great and well supplied. We were always able to find a parking spot nearby downstairs.

Our Family of five (Adults ages 31 - 66) had a Vacation of a lifetime! It was all possible because we found a homebase that met all of our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us to share meals, games, and dancing. Whether we were planning the next day or relaxing by the beautiful pool, space was never an issue; there was also plenty of room for us to each have alone time when needed. The Condo was exactly as promised, and Laurie was quick to answer all questions, prior to and during our stay. Even better, our Hostess was generous with suggestions on everything! We were so comfortable in this beautiful Property that we all referred to it as "Home" by day two! TY so much Laura! With your help, kindness and knowledge, this trip was honestly my Dream Come True!

Laura was an excellent host. Entry into the condo was easy and she had spices in the kitchen for basic cooking. Several good quality fans were available for those that like fan noise or need a little extra cooling power. The patio was our favorite part! Great place to chill and relax. Laura provided excellent instructions and information in her arrival packet. It helped us a ton to find the best local restaurants quickly. And beach locations. Washer dryer handy. Decor was cute and also comfortable. Beds comfortable and nice to have 2 King choices and one queen for adults.(instead of twins that you find often) Would absolutely stay here again and hope to stay longer in the future! Kudos to an excellent VRBO host.

Perfect layout for families or two couples. Minutes to amazing Hanalei.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we need. Overall we loved the place and would stay there again. Only note: don't turn off the ac because it will make the rooms warm at night and we never got them very cold again. The rest of the rooms were perfect temperatures.

Beautiful , clean and well equipped unit. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Our family enjoyed the lawn chairs and bikes. Property owner provided wonderful info on nearby activities and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The property is in a nice location. I have been to the island before and this was very different than other places. We had a little trouble finding the specific unit but drove around enough until we found it. The unit itself suited our needs. We had a crawling baby so we noticed things left by previous guests on the floors that had been missed in cleaning, but we just kept a closer eye out. My only real issue was that it felt frustrating to communicate with the property owner. In my initial inquiry I had asked a question that didn’t have a response. Then shortly before the reservation I asked about an issue brought up in a previous negative review just to see if it had been resolved (it was about the a/c not working - it did, there’s just a hot bedroom with fans - no big deal). I had an immediate response explaining the situation and defending against a difficult guest. I rented a crib from a service on the island (Note - the unit has a portable crib. Had she responded I would have known that.). After arriving, I was contacted about getting it out by a certain time. I contacted the rental company and found out she had also made it very clear to them. I contacted the property owner again to let her know that they took her own instructions and would have it out, I didn’t get a response and never heard from her again. It just felt like she only responds when it suits her. Not a huge deal, just felt a bit off putting.

The property is in a great location. We were very comfortable even though one of the bedrooms does not have A/C. We enjoyed our stay & used the hot tub/pool several times. The host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Great place!

Accommodations in condo were good. A bit dated, but nice. Only disappointment, was one bedroom had no AC. There were fans for room, but felt like hot air. We made the best of it! Patio needed fitted cushions for dining chairs, would have been nice. Overall, comfortable condo for a family. We loved the beds, very comfortable! We loved the pool & jacuzzi! Laura was wonderful, excellent communicator!

This property exceeded my expectations ! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the beautiful lanai overlooking the pool was a great way to start and end each day. We used the bikes provided for evening rides around the golf course and to Princeville Center. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Close to grocery…gorgeous pool…air conditioned…comfortable beds and private rooms with bathrooms…a great place to gather if families are in other near properties.

Laura’s place was a comfy and clean place to come back to after our active days in Kauai. The kitchen and garage had many amenities and gear needed for cooking and taking with us for a day at the beach. Also the beds and couch were very comfy (very important to me). Princeville/Hanalei are some of our favorite places in all the islands we’ve been to and we’d love to come back.

This was our third stay at the Plantations in Princeville. These are wonderful units and perfect with three bedrooms. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and many beach items available to use in the garage. A relaxing and wonderful stay, as usual.

Laura was a wonderful hostess for this beautiful and spotlessly clean property. We enjoyed the view from our lanai and ate most meals out there. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening when we got home. Laura gave us a list of restaurants and things to do that was very helpful. The property is located in a gorgeous area. Thanks to Laura for an outstanding family vacation!

This was a great stay! The condo is well equipped, beds are very comfortable & the lanai is terrific. The complex offers a pool & hot tub & is conveniently located to downtown Princeville & a short drive to Hanelei/Hanelei Bay. The property manager is amazing & responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was represented accurately in the listing and probably has the best view from the deck of any unit is this complex. Facing west you see the Napali coast in the distance and overlook the pool. It is on the top floor of the 2 story unit. The owner was very responsive, providing tips for our stay on Kauai which were immensely helpful.

We were a family of 5 with 3 young adult kids. Everything was as advertised and the communication and care of our host Laura was the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Laura! We had very bad weather for most of the week but the Condo made up for that. Loved the covered lanai, could have all our meals outside even though it was raining. The use of the bikes and beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards ext was very nice. We will definitely return!

The condo was very comfortable for the 6 adults in our family. It is located located right off the pool, hot tub and grill area.We really enjoyed the lanai and having our meals outside.The plantation neighbor was nice and very convenient to all we wanted to do while in Kauai. We would stay here again!
