The condo is beautiful and the views of the beach are incredible! ❤️ It was the 4th of July and We watched fireworks happening on both ends of the beach while on the balcony. Spent evenings on the balcony with a Full moon over the ocean and it was fantastic. I actually slept for 8 hours straight- never done that at a beach condo and definitely not at home. I'm an incurable insomniac and tried many meds and natural supplements. Bottom line- I was relaxed, the stay was hassle free, it was gorgeous and perfect weather. The water was just as beautiful as we've in Hawaii, Caribbean or Mexico. I'm 48 and spent every summer of my life for 1-2 weeks at the gulf for vacay. Very few times have I seen the water as perfect as it was this time. No seaweed, crystal clear, and warm. Only thing I can think of that wasn't "perfection" is the condo is hard to keep cool as the sun hits about 4-5 pm. But there are fans. And we were fine. But things couldn't have been better. My 17 y/o daughter even said it the best vacay she has ever had. She has traveled as we have and the location, the condo and on the beach were all wonderful. xoxo Thank you❣️

Just arrived home and already miss sitting on the gulf front balcony watching the sunset. The property was perfect for our family of four. The owner provided some restaurant options, and although we have been to St. Petes many times, we now have some new favorites based on his suggestions. We will definitely be back for our next St. Petes vacation!!

Property has Everything you need. Owners have thought of all the details. Condo has the best views of the beach you can find. Perfect for a very relaxing week at the beach.

We had a wonderful time. Fantastic view, able to walk to many locations to eat and drink. If you like a quite setting right on the beach than this the location for you. We will be back!

We fell in love with this condo! Location was perfect. Every window had an amazing view of the ocean. Condo felt like home. We never wanted to leave.

Condo was exactly as described, location was excellent & gulf front right on St Pete Beach. The weather didn’t cooperate for much beach time as a cold front & some rain moved through, but still enjoyed the area restaurants & nightlife…then we got to see our Bengals takedown the Bucs on Sunday!

We had a great stay and holiday at the apartment. The location and the views from the terrace are fabulous and make booking this unit worthwhile if this is your priority. However, for the price charged we would have expected a better appointed apartment - the bedroom carpet was extremely worn to the point that the pattern had disappeared, items that add to the stay experience were poor or clearly very cheap (kettle, toaster, iron and board etc), the beach umbrella available was no bigger than an umbrella you would use personally on a rainy day, there were no towel or bedding changes undertaken despite being there for nearly three weeks (though there is a washing machine if needed), taps were stiff to use and didn't always shut down fully (in particular the kitchen area sink) and so on. In addition, the second bedroom is not designed for adults, it is a children's room with a bunk bed arrangement with no adult hanging space available. The person using this second bedroom in our party was an average heigh adult and she couldn't sleep in the lower bed (which is wider than the top bunk) as it wasn't long enough for her to stretch out, she had to sleep diagonally therefore. Equally, if the sofa bed is used, it takes up almost all of the available space in the living room area (as that area is not very large) which means everyone must go to bed when that is set up. Overall these issues didn't particularly detract from the enjoyment of our stay but we felt that we paid a huge premium for the terrace and views - overall it felt a little that for the sake of a relatively small level of investment, it is, in part, set up as cheap as possible to maximise income. We did look at two other apartments within the block whilst staying and each were so much better appointed and modern.

The location in right on St. Pete Beach and our unit (301) had a balcony directly facing the beach and Gulf. It made for wonderful place to drink coffee watch the sunrise and set. Jim, our host, was easy to communicate and provided so much helpful information that made our stay easy and that was complimented by the property management (the lady in the front office). I highly recommend staying in unit 301 at this location. With 2 baths and 2 bedrooms, washer, dryer, full kitchen and living room - it was plenty of room for my family of 4 with easy access to ravel up and down the coast or go inland. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Vistas on the Gulf. The location was perfect - right on the beach. Check-in was easy as was check-out. The condo was more than adequate for the five of us. We will return to this condo if our future plans permit.

This was our first visit to St Pete’s Beach and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, daughters (ages 8 and 11), and I had plenty of space. It had perfect views of both the beach and the pool. Jim was great to work with! He provided several meal suggestions during our stay which we loved. The condo was all ready for us when we arrived at the very beginning of the check-in time. It was also very clean which is of course huge for us right now. We enjoyed lunches on the larger balcony off of the living room. We went to the beach every day multiple times. It was great having beach chairs in the condo that we could use. Plus our girls loved the pool when they needed a break from the beach. The pool was the perfect temp and there were several pool noodles and pool rings that they loved playing with. This beach had the best sand and wasn’t crowded at all. The girls keep asking when we will be back. We hope soon!!

The staff is friendly and the owners made themselves totally available to any problems (we didn’t have any though). The pool was very busy at times but also sometimes perfectly calm but who literally cares when the beach is right there. Perfect way to introduce my 1 year old to my fav beach!

What a nice place to relax, enjoy the beach andwatch the sunset. We really enjoyed the balcony; the fans were a nice addition. Well equipped kitchen. I ate in all but one night. Saw dolphins several times and even 2 manatees. Can't wait to go back.

Great location and condo complex not too big) Front balcony and views amazing; second balcony is off the small room where bunkbeds are located; loved all of the beach decor; easy access to beach; nice covered parking; very clean; great wifi; excellent master bedroom and bath (bed is very firm); kitchen, living room, and bunkbed room ok but smaller than I anticipated. Plenty of dishes/pots/ pans/silverware/cooking utensils. Someone had left coffee/filters, a little sugar, salt pepper, a roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, dish detergent, and two dishwasher pods, and a can of lysol. Be prepared to purchase everything else such as liquid hand soap, spices, napkins, oil/cooking spray/ aluminum foil, baggies, containers for left overs. I purchased a tea jug and left it there. Only one set of towels per person, and one dish rag and drying towel (was not sufficient). Thank goodness for washer and dryer! Sofa itself was a beautiful color and shape and was large enough to sit two people. Cushions slanted backwards into a "hole of sorts". One of us had to sleep directly on sofa. We ould not utilize sofa bed as the mattress was so, very thin and uncomfortable. Pool was very busy all of the time. Vertical blinds were not in great condition. Contactless check in was wonderful. However, there was confusion about check out. Paper that was left on counter said, " If you are planning to leave before the office opens at 9 am, please come to the office between the hours of 9 to 5 to get check out procedures the day before/prior to your departure. Office hours are Monday through Sunday 9AM to 5 PM" Unfortunantly, I read this the evening prior to leaving after the office closed.. We had planned to leave at 6 AM the following morning to head home. After reading this, we thought we better stay until 9 to check out properly. Come to find out, the office opened at 8 and there was nothing "extra" to do to check out other than what was on paper...take out trash, start dishwasher, close blinds, set temp to 78 or 80 (two papers said something different), and move furniture back if moved. The manager really needs to combine, edit, and clarify the first and 3rd pages of the welcome packet. All in all though, a great place to stay , and I would definantly come back. It is reasonably priced compared to other condos nearby.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is right on the beach plus a pool! The condo had everything we needed. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes from the place. We could not have picked a better location.

Ladies trip 2021 was absolutely enjoyable, this condo was amazing from the view, to the easy access to the beach for Grandma, fully stocked kitchen, the 2 patio's assured that Grandma didn't miss out on the pool shenanigan's and beach views! Parking was great, easy access to local markets and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to all!!

The location of the property just can’t be better than this - It’s right on the beach plus plenty of restaurants are on a walking distance. The condo is very well maintained, good size, with two full baths and balcony with perfect view. If you are looking for quality and convenience in your vacation, look no further.
