Property was clean and close to everything, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Some of the TV remotes were not working even after we changed the batteries.

Great view in a great complex. Both the property and the room were very clean. Only things keeping it from a 5 star were minor details. The living room TV had a roku but it didn't work, the sliding door to the living room balcony was a little difficult to operate. All of the beds were soft enough but they were all misshapen. It really needs new mattresses throughout the condo. I would still recommend this to anyone and will attempt to stay here again, just hope the beds get fixed.

This location was arguably one of the best spots of any trip we’ve taken. The beach access, simple parking, pools, Jim’s pool bar, Coligny Plaza, all so close! I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing I’d say could be improved would be the master bed mattress is worn out and has a huge hump in the middle with indentations where it’s been worn. It’s comfortable and soft but lop sided. I’d definitely stay here again even with the lumpy bed!

Overall, the condo and facilities were good. However, some minor maintenance items are evident. We had an extremely hot week and the main area HVAC unit did all it could to maintain 76 degrees. Comfortable, but not cool. The master suite unit effectively maintained 70-72 degrees. Patio screen doors were both compromised, but because it was so hot we couldn’t leave the doors open, so it didn’t impact us. The unit is nicely appointed and you can cook if you want to with no trouble. The property itself is showing its age. Pool bar Jim’s is awesome and is a real valuable asset to have on the property. The location provides you with several serviceable restaurants in walking distance. If you want top notch cuisine, be prepared to drive. Overall, a good value for the money and we would stay again.

Our family had an amazing time at Sea Crest. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and we all had a great vacation. The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved playing on the beach and riding our bikes all around Hilton Head Island. It really was a perfect get away for our family.

It's a great location near Coligny Beach shopping plaza, super close to the beach, has a couple nice pools on campus and the beds were super comfy. It was a really great experience.

We love this area of Hilton Head! Everything is very convenient & easy to get to! Our condo unit was decent but smelled very musty when we came in- not sure if due to old previously wet carpet in the bedrooms or something else. The kitchen & amenities were very nice but the bedrooms could use some updating (esp new carpet).

Couldn’t have a more gorgeous view given the lagoon and ocean view. We went between Spring Break and summer busy seasons so the amount of people was just right for us. I’m not sure I could take the crowds if busy season. I would re-rent this exact place!

Sea Crest is a perfect location. It has a beautiful view, and everything from the pools, walkway to the beach, and shopping/restaurants just across the street! We love it here!

We always stay at North Forest Beach when we come to Hilton on our yearly visit. This year we booked late, due to COVID. We had a selection of about 4 condos to choose from and decided on this one because of the view. The view was wonderful, and we had everything we needed. That said, the property was not clean. The outlets all over the condo were grubby and grimy. The bathroom showers had soap scum that we could not scrub off. The showers were not clean either - we had to call housekeeping to come clean them again. There was food splattered behind the stove area. Updates are also needed. The bathrooms I would recommend updating completely. The floorboards were broken or missing under the sink, the carpet in the bedrooms was grubby and needs replacing. The entire condo needs a good coat of paint. We will not stay at this condo again. It was not the standard we are used to at Hilton. All three of my sisters and my Mom stayed in same building and had wonderful condos. This, by comparison, was a dud.

Awesome location to shopping and beach! From check in to check out everything has been easy. The condo unit was perfect for our family. We would highly recommend this property.

Mattresses need updating - they were uncomfortable. TV in guest bedroom worked sporadically. If I return to SeaCrest, it will be to the unit I rented in 2018.

Great location - walking / biking distance to everything. We arrived after dark and it was hard to figure out where to enter the parking deck or which building was ours. Some instructions relative to this would be helpful for newcomers to these condos.

Great location right across the street from Coligny plaza. Shops, restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly. Sea Crest is a great place. Green space with fountains, 2 pools and the best pool bar. Great views of the ocean from both balconies. The condo has a great layout and great view.

We didn’t even get to settled in and had to leave. We flew in with a 7 month old and 3 years old on Saturday and then on Sunday was told to evacuate. No help was offered. We couldn’t get flights. Tried to communicate 3 or 4 times and got no help. Feel like they only care about their money. Asked if we could have another week at a reduced rate for our trouble and no communication at all. Received 3 or 4 emails telling us to checkout; and we had been home for days. No contact from owners either. Hard to rate a property when you didn’t even get to use it...furniture did have stains and carpet was looking old. Could use some updates. Loud music on Saturday night too. Hot tub was shut down early on Saturday also. This could have been because of the storm. Whole experience kept going down hill.

Unfortunately, the mattresses, comforters and carpet were in poor Condition and quite old. Carpets were dirty. A nice condo that needs a refresh.

Nice clean condo, great view, center of Coligny , cant go wrong.
