Gorgeous property, I love the landscape and the layout of the place. Plus the beach access- incredible. We've stayed at NCV several times, all the units seem to be a good location but this one had a view to the south and west- we can't wait to come back!

We stayed here with our family of 5 and had an amazing trip. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and I loved being able to pop up to the condo quickly for things all day long. This condo is in a great location close to parking spot, pool, hot tub, beach, etc. The locking gates at night and the security guards roaming the property made it feels very safe. The furniture is really nice and all of the utensils/cooking equipment you need is available. The King bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable and as a surprise to us it was adjustable. We left 3 brand new boogie boards there to go with the 3 beach chairs and one sport chair that were on the deck. Those were a nice addition as well. There are a good number of towels provided for the bath and beach. The fold out couch bed was missing the pillows which we realized quite late, and we texted them on the provided contact number and the next morning they provided us with 2 brand new pillows quickly. Great service. There are a ton of windows with ample cross breeze, and we never noticed a lack of AC (in late June). I can't think of anything that we didn't like about this condo. I wish I was still there enjoying the wave sounds all night long. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very clean! We appreciated that there weren't lots of "leavings" from previous guests--old spices, sunscreen, etc. When there's lots in the cabinets, it's hard to keep clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Excellent location, too.

The apparent is nice and in good location and great view. Very comfortable bed. The only thing is there was a strange smell first two days, like an old plumbing. I texted the owner, didn’t hear any reply but smell went away after 2 days of our stay.

I booked my trip last minute. Completing the booking on their website was very easy. Communication started out rough. I did not receive check in information. I had to call on check in day to request the info. I also sent an email and got no response. After calling, it was all good. Check in/out were a breeze. The unit was very clean, updated and had all the basics, except spices. Their photos matched what the unit looked like. The landscaping at North Coast Village is a tropical paradise. My unit had amazing ocean and pier views out of every window. It is so easy to walk or bike everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. On Thursdays, there is a morning farmers market and a sunset market in the evening, and are within walking distance. NCV has many amenities, such as pool, grotto jacuzzi, laundry, secure parking, gym, etc. It's nice it's located at the end of the strand and across the street from the Harbor. If you stay in the summer when kids are out of school, be prepared for alot more noise around the complex. I would recommend and I will be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful New Years celebration at this North Coast Village condo. We have stayed at several NCV condos over the years. We can tell this condo owner has taken the time to make D112 a really nice place. We look forward to returning for future stays.

So many windows... and a great view from each one! Clean, well furnished unit with a comfortable king bed. Well supplied and great responsive management team. We enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils. Just a hint.... when shopping for groceries ahead of arrival, don't forget salt and pepper!

We've been staying at Northcoast Village over 15 years and D112 is our favorite unit! The new bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable....I hated to see such unmatched bedroom curtains surprised me that they wouldn't pick a solid color or even match the comforters. I was tempted to go to wallmart and purchse some nice ones!! Haha! It kinda ruined the atmosphere...but that's just MINOR compared to the wonderful views and sounds of the ocean! Weird curtains or not...we'll be back!! There used to be a very friendly, welcoming yet professional gaurd at the gate...the one we experienced was sort of ruid...not very nice.

Everything about our 4 day stay was great. The condo was nicely done and the master bed was terrific. We overlooked the beach from every window. The grounds were beautiful and felt very resort like. The saltwater pool was lovely.
My only advice would be if you are not coming with children to wait until school has started!

We really enjoyed our time in Oceanside. The rental location is great! We loved that we could see the ocean out of every window. Very clean and well kept. It was so nice to have Tupperware and everything you need in the kitchen. The resort is very family friendly and we felt very safe while there. We loved walking to the pier and checking out the farmers market along with the beach and pools. Everything is very accessible and layer out well. We would love to come back!

We stayed in D112 in June 2023 and had a great time. Ocean views and sound from every room. Elevator is very helpful since we had an elderly person with us. Appliances are very nice and high end. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses and silverware. Did miss some basics. It would be nice to have salt, pepper, sugar, oil. There are two coffee machines, one for drip coffee and a Keurig. So bring coffee grounds and filters or pods. Bathrooms have soaps but no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Beds were comfy. Pull-out couch is ok, not the most comfortable, but they never really are. Unit was very clean except when we pulled out the pull-out couch, we found crumbs and m&m's and a kids swim shirt. There is a vacuum cleaner in the unit and we took care of it. You do hear people in above unit walk around, it didn't bother us too much, just open the windows and listen to the waves. Easy walk to pier and downtown and coffee shops. 4 beach chairs stored on the balcony which we used and an umbrella, it is unfortunately broken. Grounds are immaculate. Gym is well maintained and equipped. We would definitely recommend this unit and stay there again.

We had such a great stay in unit D112 in May. The unit was clean and spacious. Having two full bathrooms was a bonus as we had our boys there with us. Loved the views of the ocean and beach. Watched surfers a few mornings and loved just listening to the waves crash.We spent a lot of time in the heated pool, our kids really enjoyed it, and the large hot tub was great on cool evenings. The games room was also enjoyed by our kids as was the putting green.Loved the location, easy to get to San Diego for day trips.Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great with the rental including location and ease of check in. The actual unit needs some tlc. Friends that came with us stayed in another unit and theirs was more up to date, better taken care of, and more fully stocked with essentials. A few things that caught my eye were water leakage from the master shower, patched and unpainted spots in the walls including the bathroom and second bedroom, rust all over the stove and ceiling fans, kitchen items were very mismatched and missing some essentials. The master bed was SO soft and uncomfortable with the two divots from repeated usage. We were told there were no boogie boards available but when we arrived there was 4 already making the 2 we brought with us unneeded. The chairs they provide for the beach were awesome and very helpful! The games in the unit were great and were put to great use. We ended up bringing 2 cars with us and the second car was a bit tricky as we had to hunt a new spot to park every 24 hours to avoid a fine. Overall, would I go back?!? Absolutely but just not to this unit. I would find one that is more updated and better maintained.

Are is just north of the main Oceanside area with restaurants, shops and easy access to the pier. However you can walk right down to the beach from the condo. Mostly clean, some areas around the stove were not and there were spills on the walls but an easy wipe down with some wipes. The parking is tough as they assign you a spot but the car next to us was so big, we couldn’t park there a majority of our visit so I had to find the open 24 hr spots that were often much farther away. Additionally, the guests on top of us were very early risers (5a) and sounded like they were moving furniture every day so not the best insulation. Clearly no fault of the management company, who was great as they sent detailed instructions and texted and called to check in on the stay. The condo is a bit worn but I would overall recommend it.

Perfect location for seeing and hearing the ocean waves each day, and a walk on the beach or the strand is just outside the gate. Even walking the grounds is delightful with the flowers and greenery so meticulously taken care of. With so many restaurants in town and at the harbor it is hard to choose a favorite. The unit itself is a good size for a family or having visitors, but could use some minor improvements in the kitchen, an oven that holds the temperature, a working can opener, and sharpened knives. The blinds in both bedrooms could use an upgrade. We had a few issues in the unit which the management company addressed quickly. See you next year!

Overall the property was excellent - well equipped with towels, bedding etc. (no tea towel for the kitchen though). Fabulous ocean views from both bedrooms and balcony. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops along the beach.

We had a wonderful experience. The setup of the condo was perfect for our family. We were able to put grandparents in one room, parents in the other and kiddos on the pull out. It was so close to the ocean we could hear the waves. And views of the water and down to the pier were great too. We bounced from the beach to the pool all week.

The good: The beach was steps away, and that view from the windows was wonderful. There are a couple nice places to eat within walking distance.
Not so good: No umbrellas at the pool. That sun gets pretty strong. And it would have been a little nicer to have the pool heated.
All in all, we’d stay there again.

There was an issue with the brand new refrigerator not being set up right and the property manager called us right back even though it was after hours. That was great.

Ocean views from every room! We enjoyed our stay at D112 Ocean Dream. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most needed items. The location was great for walking to the harbor restaurants across the bridge. It was still a bit cold for swimming and overcast most days we were there but we enjoyed our stay and the scenic views. Would definitely stay there again!
