Centrally located in Frisco within walking distance to Main Street and easy access to lots of restaurants and trails

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week in late July. The location was perfect not only in proximity to downtown Frisco but also to the array of Summit County resorts - all accessible by paved bike trail, which we used almost daily. The house is located about a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We found this distance from town ideal because it was amazingly quiet at night in the neighborhood - even with the windows open. The house is very well stocked with plenty of toiletry items, kitchenware and extras including cleaning supplies, foil, ziplocks, etc. Highly recommend this property!

We loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. Everything was well maintained, and clean. I would love to stay there again in the future.

House was clean and very conveniently located to Copper Mountain and Breckinridge resorts. If weather had been warmer, we could have walked to Main Street restaurants. House was comfortable and well maintained. It was easy to work with the owner.

The home was clean, close to downtown Frisco, and close to several different mountains. We enjoyed our stay and will rent this home again.

The 625 McKee’s Way property was spotless; everything was in excellent working condition, we were extremly satisfied with our stay.

This property was great. It fit our needs perfectly and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby towns and ski resorts. Even with the pandemic, we had a wonderful time and the property owner worked with us to adjust our travel! We will definitely stay here again!!

My family of 5 (three small kids) had such a great time staying at this property, thank you Sharon! It was extremely clean, spacious and easy. All of the "extras" were very helpful and convenient (tissues in every room, showers stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap, extra paper products, whole closet of extra sheets and towels, etc). We will definitely be back!

We loved staying in this beautiful 3 bedroom villa. The public area is great for group meals and hanging out, as is the nearby clubhouse with three large outdoor hot tubs. We skied four different resorts -- Vail, A-Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain -- all within an easy 15-30 drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from a great week's vacation in Frisco, staying at the Schutz's home .... mom, dad and three twenty-something sons. All enjoyed the stay. The house was well stocked, clean, very comfortable, and included everything we needed. The fireplace was a great feature to help us relax after a day of skiing. We also found the town of Frisco to be a nice central location to the ski areas we visited, and it had all the shopping and restaurants we were looking for. Our family definitely recommends the home, and would stay there again for future visits. Thanks, Sharon, for making it available.

Pros: Updated home, nice neighborhood, beautiful spacious and well-lit living room, large living room TV with sound bar, gas fire place, home is very well-insulated and climate controlled, shampoo & body-wash provided, short drive to the main street area, and centrally located to the surrounding ski resorts. Also, as Floridians, we very much appreciated the humidifiers in the upstairs bedrooms. Cons: All closets other than the downstairs bedroom closet are locked, leaving little storage area to hang clothes and bulky items. There are no dressers to store clothes. The garage is also locked. TV in 1 of 3 bedrooms. Water heater is located in downstairs bedroom closet and the noise it creates is very disruptive for someone who is a light sleeper. Hot tub is community hot tub a short drive away. Overall we had a great stay, and would definitely stay again! Most cons mentioned can be easily corrected. Thank you for sharing your home!

I have stayed at a lot of rental properties that always over promise and under deliver, not the case at all with the Schutz’ Property. It was everything that was promised. The lay out is great with huge open kitchen and wonderfully comfortable living area. Great TV for us and the kids to be able to relax and watch some shows to wind down. The grill on the patio was great for hamburgers and steaks. The master was very comfortable for my wife and I and the twin beds in the downstairs room were perfect for the kids. Close to town and nice parking off the street. Kids and I really enjoyed the clubhouse that offers a pool and multiple hot tubs. Even though we own a place in keystone in we ever need to stay in Frisco we will come back to this great property!!
