This was the second time we’ve stayed in this beautiful home and once again, we weren’t disappointed! The home is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need to spend a perfect month on Sanibel. Our favorite feature is the outdoor living space. There is plenty of room at the large table to enjoy a meal and comfortable seating to just chill and read a book. The house is equipped with bicycles, beach chairs and a beach cart for convenience. The beach is just a short walk away through a dedicated beach path and was never crowded. Definitely hope to stay in this lovely home again next year!

To me, it's always about the view. This was a beautiful and well decorated and VERY clean property with views. Our great granddaughter, who is only a year old, had a ball in the heated swimming pool while visiting. Loved all the space including the huge downstairs. All the neighborhood people seemed very friendly and always spoke in passing as we were walking or riding bikes that were included. It seemed very centrally located and a very safe area. Short walk or ride to the golf course, the beach, and restaurants. I like staying in an area that is very causual, as Sanibel seemed, I guess due to everyone always riding bikes and walking, although there was still a lot of car traffic. So much safer to have the bike trails. The master bed was very comfortable and master bath had 2 sinks and very nice tile shower. Our favorite place was the outside deck. Also had a great kitchen and laundry area. Wish we'd known there was going to be food and drink left there. We weren't sure if it was for us, but didn't use it in case it was not. It made us a bit short on space for all the food we brought in, but we certainly managed just fine. I was very impressed with Steve Roberts in talking to him in our emails. Seemed like such a nice guy!!! We also met the maintenance person and his helper. They were very nice as well. It was wonderful weather in January for the most part and we had a wonderful stay.

Our second stay in this lovely and so comfortable house. The location is great. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Love the house, love the island.

The property is as seen in the pictures with lots of room and space to lounge on the lanai. Watching the wildlife from the lanai especially the iguanas (Petes dragon and the dragonettes) is very entertaining. We also saw a gator cruise past and numerous birds and turtles. Having your own heated pool was also a big bonus. The kitchen contained adequate cooking utensils for the amateur chef and the beds were very comfortable. Coming in through the garage with the keypad is also a plus as you don't need to worry about losing keys! Proximity to the beach via the golf course is an easy trek. The owner was responsive to questions that arose during our 2.5 month stay. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Such a fabulous house, comfortable, beautifully decorated - a perfect place to relax with family or friends. It’s a great location, a nice 10 minute stroll to the beach in the morning then the afternoon in the pool. The house is well maintained, very comfortably furnished and all essentials are there. The owner, Steve, is very responsive and considerate.

Unser Urlaub im Haus von Steve auf Sanibel war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist schön gross und geräumig, angenehm eingerichtet und bietet einem alles, was man braucht, um im Urlaub einfach nur entspannen zu können. Die Lage des Hauses ist top! Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal in dem man ab und an grosse Gopher-Schildkröten sehen kann. Vogelgezwitscher begleitet einen von morgens bis abends. Am Abend kann man einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Der Pool bietet Erfrischung und für die Kids viel Spaß und Freude! Ebenso die Tischtennis Platte und der Pool-Billiard Tisch! Der Strandzugang ist leicht zu erreichen und ein echtes Plus gibt es auch für die vorhandenen Velos. Perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Steve hat war jederzeit erreichbar und gab einem gute Tipps! Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Could not have asked for more along with the nearby beach and heated pool!

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed, lovely home! The location in Beachview Country Club Estates is very convenient to island amenities and a short walk or bike ride to the private beach access. We were a group of 3 couples and felt the split layout of the home was perfect for our needs. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and have access to the outside enclosed deck. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms share another full bath. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the same level. The kitchen is well equipped with all high end appliances, knives, pots and pans, and just about anything else you can think of. The owner, Steve, even bought us a crock pot when I inquired about one. Nice to have dinner made when you get home from your day's activities. During our stay we had a problem with the air conditioning and had to contact the owner. His response was quick and apologetic and the maintenance man was there the next morning to fix it. Problem solved! Our favorite part about the home was the outside living area. There is a wonderful screened deck and pool area where we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. There is plenty of seating for a large group and the views of the river behind he house are restful. We enjoyed watching the birds and the sunset from the balcony. In addition, there are several bikes which we enjoyed using almost every day. We have rented several homes in Sanibel and Captiva and feel this is one of our best rentals. We hope to return next year to this wonderful home!

Everything about this rental was wonderful, convenient location, lovely and well-appointed home with comfortable furniture and great kitchen. The huge elevated deck gave a beautiful view over the Sanibel River. Split bedroom design is great for multi-couple privacy also, or for families with children. The owner was very helpful and gave us great dining suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!
