Our group had 30 people ranging from 10 months old to 80 years old. The house and property were perfect for us. Being tucked back a no wake cove made it fantastic for swimming off the dock and bringing the tritoon in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

This house has it all! Six generous sized bedrooms and various seating options for dining and relaxing make it a perfect vacation home. Our group spent most of our time on the well furnished dock fishing and playing in the water. We enjoyed watching the turtles but stayed clear of the snakes. We had 3 boats and there was plenty of room for all 3. You won’t regret staying at this home.

The house was clean. Pictures were accurate. The family had a very enjoyable time.

This home by far is my favorite place to vacation. There's 16 queen size or larger beds, 2 kitchens, tons of entertainment provided and a private dock perfect for fishing and water activities. I've stayed here 2 times in the past 3 years and will stay there again.

My family and I spent a fantastic New Year’s weekend here. The check in was super easy and the house was everything we expected. Plenty of room for us to stretch out and unwind. My family enjoyed the game room, the theater room, fishing off the dock and oh yeah a beautiful lake view as well. We would love to return again one day. Great way to ring in the new years.

Beautiful home-lots of room and wonderful theater, dock and fire pit! From carving pumpkins to yoga on the dock, perfect place to spend quality time together!

This property was impressive! So much room. The dock was beautiful, wonderful fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, and game room. So much for a big group to do ,and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend! We comfortably slept 14 adults and had room for more. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the movie room, but it was so nice outside, we were on the dock or fire pit most of the time.

Great stay! We had 7 different families from across the country gather for cousins week. The house and property were awesome. We appreciated the spacious kitchens and common spaces, 2 sets of washers and dryers and the theater room. We spent the majority of our time on the dock and in the lake. Hands down the best dock and lake swim set up we experienced. The cove is quiet and we felt very comfortable letting our kids ranging in age from toddler to teenagers swim, float and kayak. Rachel was an incredible and responsive host who gave us a great recommendation for pontoon rental. Such a beautiful property. The private cove provided a fun place for the adults and kids to enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing. We spent most of our time enjoying the dock area. We did have a couple of rainy days, so the game room and movie theater came in handy. We had kids ranging from 8 to 18 years old and they never got bored. Will definitely come back!

Accomodations were wonderful!

The cove was well protected. Paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit. 3 fridges and cupboards held all food and drinks for our 32 people. We had all of the cooking utensils you could ask for including large crockpots. Three coffee pots. Two large capacity washers and dryers. We spent lots of time out on the dock. Two great seating areas. Great time. Great stay. Game room was fun. Lots of gathering spots within the house. Beds comfy.

This house was an amazing place to stay with our 4 families. The kids loved the movie room and swimming around the dock. The adults appreciated all of the refrigerators, the stocked kitchens, the outside deck and the amazing dock. It was a chill place to be able to put up your feet and relax. We would come back again.

House was very clean and organized. The house, the dock and swim area are extremely private. The owners’ kayaks, paddleboard and floating gear made the water extra enjoyable. Theater room was a big hit with everyone. As our group grows, four bathrooms will be the only detail that might discourage us from renting this house again. We will probably need another one or two bathrooms. Communication from the management team was superb. Our stay here was a fabulous experience!

Our family always gets together for a few days just after Christmas. There were 12 adults and 5 grandchildren under the age of 6. We had PLENTY of space for everyone to have their own sleeping area, and the beds were clean and comfy. The movie room was a huge hit. The parents could kick back and watch a movie while the littles played on the floor. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for a large group of people. The round dining table was great for conversation and playing card games. My husband brought a few fishing poles and caught several nice catfish from the dock. The hot tub was hot and easy to access. The only drawback was finding the location. The manager did a great job of giving detailed directions, but the drive is somewhat hidden and steep to get down. There was plenty of parking.

This place was amazing and had areas that worked for all age groups without any interference with others. Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! Already booked for next year!!!!!!

We had a great stay at this home. 23 people fit comfortably and we had plenty of room. The private cove and dock were great. Definitely plan to come back again. Thanks for a great stay!!!

The property had plenty of room for our party of 9 adults and 12 grandkids. The property was accessible for our cane-using grandfather and the trip to the dock from the house was accessible. The dock has lots of room to hang out and you can jump in and swim around the dock or use the canoes to hang out in the wake free cove. Plenty of places to sleep eat and hang out inside the house as well. We loved the movie room and the games downstairs. It was easy to cook and even have a fire at night. We rented 2 pontoons and there were so many close great places to go on the lake. We loved our stay.

There were some issues with the property when we arrived but the manager was very quick to solve the problems that she could. Our family had a great time at facility.

Our family of 15 had a great time at this property. The house was big enough for all of us. Everyone loved the boat dock with the tiki bar. The lounging area on one end and table and chairs on the other was great. One thing we were not happy with was the listing said water trampoline and they did not have it. The lily pad was not usable because the geese used it for a bathroom. The 2 kitchens were great. It was also nice to have enough seating for everyone to eat together. We will definitely be coming back again next year.

Great Place to Bring the Spring Break crew! Lots of things to keep them busy even during the rain! Movie Theater is a Great place for the kids to go!

We used this for a weekend live-stream conference and teen daughter/mom retreat. It was fantastic! The theater room worked great for the conference, and also served as an overflow sleeping area. We enjoyed the game/rec area downstairs and had plenty of room for all 30 of us to eat. We had 2 minor issues that we brought to the manager’s attention and she responded immediately. Would recommend to other groups!

Every thing about this house was amazing !! Our family of 17 throughly enjoyed this spacious house-having two kitchens that were stocked with everything you could ever need and so many tables and chairs allowed us to all be in one area with lots of room- plenty of towels, coffee pots, beds and bathrooms. The extras like air hockey, pool table, shuffleboard table and the theater room were over the top!! Not to mention the view of the beautiful lake through all the great windows!! If you need a house for a large family gathering this is the place !! We will be returning!!

Lots of room, comfortable bed, beautiful location. There was no firewood as advertised and the kitchen stove igniter did not work. Happy with the kitchen dishes and utensils though. The leafs all over the driveway made walking up or down dangerous. I would consider staying again.

We had a great time at this house. The kids loved the game room and the fire pit was awesome. The boys caught the biggest catfish I have ever seen off the dock. We would definitely rent again

Excellent property for large groups. Great location close to everything and on a nice quiet cove. Plenty to do at the house with pool table, hot tub, air hockey, and shuffle board. Loved the dock with plenty of seating.

All the children/adults loved the property, the pontoon boat we rented. Everyone had something they could do.The weather was great! After not being able to gather for almost 2 years we soaked up the love and family fun. A great property and lots to explore. Thank you.

We enjoyed out stay at this beautiful property. myself and 4 girlfriends spent 4 nights at this property. Finding the property was a very big challenge. Host did mention it would be hard to find but it took us several trips past the driveway to finally figure out where it was. Yes the driveway is STEEP! We had quite a bit of trouble getting the door code entered and door opened. The property is very much as depicted in the description. Very nice furnishings and the view is terrific. Fire pit and dock are magnificent. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit during our stay so we didn't get to use. We did use the game room and it was awesome to have it especially with the lake front view. Came in real handy during rainy days. We are all retired and over 60 and found that the shower in master very slippery. shower in the 2nd main floor bedroom was like an old shower insert from a RV. Also very slippery and very small. Our main complaint was the taking out of trash. The bins are located at to of drive that is way to steep for us to climb so we had to put trash in our car and drive it to bins. We did not use the movie room. All in all the property is great and I would recommend. There is alot of room for large groups.

The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communications with the property manager were so easy. Highly recommended staying here!
