The condo is wonderful. Great location and very short walk to John’s Pass for shopping and restaurants. The condo is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Danette was very quick to respond with any questions we may had had. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Thanks Cathy

Was very nice. Danette immediately had the TV and internet fixed in living room. That was the first time she was told about it. A few other problems needed fixed but we did not need those done during our week there. But I know Danette got those fixed right away after she was aware of them. Thank you Ed and Danette. Looking forward to coming again, if possible.

What an amazing condo! Myself and my 2 boys enjoyed so much! We have stayed in a different condo each year, but we have found the ONE!
So many extras, the beach chairs and umbrella alone make it so simple. We fly in so having this convenience is perfect! I cannot say enough about your condo, thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our week at Crimson on the Gulf. The location is perfect to take advantage of local dining, bars, shopping, fishing, water sports, and beach time. The condo is quite comfortable for a small family (4-5) and has everything you’ll need. The condo pool is a bit “old Florida,” meaning it’s small. But with the beach so close it doesn’t matter. This condo is a great value given its location and rental price point. We would return for sure!

We took a chance on this property and luck was on our side. The hosts were incredible and the location was just perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach. The condo is beyond complete with accessories. Can’t wait to return!!

Unfortunately, the pool heater did not work the whole two weeks we were there so nobody in the building used the pool and there was no "tourists by the pool" comradery which we always enjoy. The condo bldg was having the roof replaced most of the 2 wks we were there and since we were on the top floor we listened to hammering and drilling all during the day when we were in the condo. The roof was finally finished on the Thursday afternoon and we were leaving early Sat. morning. If we had been there 2 wks before or 2 wks after then I'm sure it all would have been lovely and perfect. I doubt anybody else will have to listen to the roof being replaced for another 10 yrs, I would think there are a lot of months during the year when you could replace that roof rather than choosing a month when the bldg is full of tourists.

Love this property. 3rd stay at this property. Perfect location with shops and restaurants just across the street and the beach out the back. Already booked this unit for next year and have no plans to try to stay elsewhere. Condo has a great host and communications are perfect and timely.

The property was on the gulf and near John’s Pass, perfect location for a variety of interests. Cold days gave us a chance to explore area and partake in healthy gaming competition with the supplied games. Kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare meals. Deck provided great views of the white sand beach. Pool and hot tub were great to have on cool days. Would recommend this condo and the areas options.

We enjoyed our time at Danette’s rental. This was our second time. It’s located in a smaller building across from John’s Pass. We love walking on the beach and have found many great restaurants nearby.

We absolutely loved our time in Madeira Beach. The Condo was perfect for our needs and in a great location! The beach was fabulous. The close proximity to John's Pass for restaurants and shopping is another great feature for this condo. We will definitely return!

We came to this condo after five nights in Disney with our three kids! The location is awesome as it directly across the street from John’s pass which has shops, restaurants a board walk etc.
Our kids loved the beach and the pool. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys for the kids. The kitchen is also stocked with all the cooking utensils you need to make meals. The pool was clean and very family oriented. People didn’t mind the sounds of kids playing and jumping into the pool!
The condo is clean and spacious. It is way bigger than what the photos show. We would definitely rent it out again. Oh and to add the communication from the landlords was awesome. Thanks Danette and Ed! We hope to stay at the crimson again.

We stayed here for a week with our 3 young kids and had zero complaints. It was the first time to Florida for the kids and they were in awe. Great location and view. It was extremely quiet and we all slept great. It’s on the beach and John’s Pass is across the street with tons to do so we didn’t even need to rent a car. I can’t say enough good things and the kids have already decided we will be returning!

Our only complaint was elevator was broke the entire week, we were on the third floor and my husband and I are handicapped and could not do the stairs to get down to the beach we were stuck in the condo for a week. Our grandkids went to the beach everyday without us. I could only sit on the balcony and look at beach. If it had not been for our two older grandkids we would not have been able to stay there. We never would have gotten luggage and groceries up those flights of stairs. Not an enjoyable time

Ed and Danette's unit was incredible! We've stayed in many condos and this was one of our favorites. Every little detail was taken care of. Forgot a sun hay? Got it. Need an umbrella or a cooler? No problem. Sunburn? Lidocaine! How about a bandage or peroxide? Games or books for a rainy day? This condo has it all. We joked that the kitchen was stocked better than our kitchen at home! Everything about this property is fabulous. We will be back again. Thanks, Ed and Danette!

The condo is in a great location. Short walk to restaurants, shops, water rentals, fishing, etc. Very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, cooler). Condo's beds are comfortable, spacious rooms and kitchen has everything you need when you want to cook and eat in. Beautiful view of ocean and sunset. We were very pleased with our stay! Thank you!

My wife and I brought my 80+ year old parents back to their favorite vacation spot of 50 years, John's Pass! This rental was a great condo for this stay. My Father has leg issues, but the restaurants and shops of John's Pass from this condo position was as close as possible and worked perfect for us all to walk there! The highlight was the deck view giving us outstanding sunsets to awe over. Plus, it was fun to watch the people on the beach as they too awed at the sunsets.

Patoi door lock was broken. No kleenex supplied. Stains on pillows. No outlet in second bathroom. Couldn't get cold water from kitchen faucet. The toppers on beds were extremely comfortable. Great patio and view. Very clean, and accessible. Would rent again! Love the closeness to John's Pass! Sunsets were amazing! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here although the grounds manager could do a better job with pool/hot tub. It was closed by the state when we arrived but reopened the next day. Hot tub needed cleaned several times so opted not to use it. Elevator was out of use for a day but was repaired. Condo itself and condo owners were great and would recommend them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need and more. Access to the beach was steps away. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the size of the pool. It’s quite small but we’ll maintained. It was also nice to have a spa.

Clean and well stocked. Just as described. The owner responded promptly when I had a question. The only thing I would recommend changing is the sponge topper on the master bed. I kept rolling back into a groove on the side of the bed so I ended up sleeping right in the middle of the bed. Would absolutely return. Balcony is awesome. The sunsets were awesome from the master bedroom and living room/balcony.

Condo was exactly as presented. Clean. Up to date. All the amenities that you would want. Great view of the beach and the gulf. Watched the sunsets from the balcony. Saw dolphins each day while walking the beach. Plenty of beach supplies. Short walk to the beach. Cabanas available right at the beach. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, Publix etc. Had a great week!! Fabulous weather. We’ll be back!!

Ed and Danettes condo was a dream! It was spacious, clean, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony. It was everything you need. Me and my new husband had our wedding right out on the beach outside the condo. It was perfect. Plus Ed and Danette had some sparkling wine, rose petals and cute decorations for us for our wedding. The sweetest people. They were very communicative and responsive as well. We can't wait to come back in the future!
