Excellent accommodations for family or couples in great location with nice view and fabulous amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Communications with host also excellent and prompt. Will come back again!

We loved almost everything about this property. It was clean, mostly well-stocked (could have used a few more bowls & spoons), and an ideal setup for us. We enjoyed sunshine and mild temps the entire visit. Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee was a great way to start each day. TV remotes a bit challenging but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again. Sharona was very welcoming and communication was great!

We found this property to be exactly as advertised. The overall Villa property is great for walks and is well kept. The Villa itself has everything we needed. Great view, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to shopping and site seeing. The Living Desert is a favorite. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Sharona for everything!

This villa is perfect! We loved everything about it. The location, close proximity to Thermal Desert International Horse Park and all of the beautiful pools and hot tubs to unwind in at the end of our long days horse showing! Just wonderful! Comfy beds, clean and outfitted with everything we needed and supplied with laundry detergent, soaps shampoos conditioners hair dryers etc Super quiet and peaceful at night, Family friendly and safe.
We can’t wait to go back!

This rental was just as pictured. Clean and well stocked. Kitchen was nice and updated. View was wonderful from patios. Owner very easy to communicate with. Change or reservation dates were accommodated. Great stay!

Beautiful grounds, wonderful space in the condo, tastefully decorated. Separate garage available. I plan to stay here again. Host was quick to respond to questions & provides an amazingly wonderful condo with comfortable features.

I could not have asked a better experience to come “home” to during a stressful work week. The host was more than accommodating, the Villa was gorgeous (comfy beds, bathtubs in both rooms, towels, cleanliness, safety…etc. The list goes on! ) i will always look for this host when I am in the area again. Trip with teens
Property was nice. Lots of pools, nice place, comfortable, great views . Extreme heat 115 degrees limited what we could do. main pool was closed for maintenance. Good communication from owner. Clean, well maintained.

we are usually high end resort people but with young twins, needing more room, kitchen and laundry and pools closer to properly - this offered everything. we didn’t even bother with the waldorf as we had all we needed.

Perfect family spot!
We stayed with our 1.5 yo daughter and it was perfect! Quite, nice gated community. Lovely pools. Villa was clean, well stocked and perfect 2 bedroom layout for our family.

La Quinta visit
Property was as advertised. But I missed an email with lock box number and was arriving late and landlord missed my call. So mostly my fault. Great location.

Very quiet neighborhood with tons of amenities
We appreciated the layout, very private and lots of space. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are huge and lovely. Nice to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. Pools/hottubs were heated and the grounds are beautiful. Good location near central La Quinta and not too far from the Palm Springs attractions.

A relaxing getaway
My best friend and I spent a girls weekend here and had a nice, relaxing time! We loved the poolside cabanas and spent most of our time at the main pool. Sharona is extremely helpful and responsive making access to the property very smooth.

Great space for family getaway. Pools are nice and clean. Poolside cafe only open til 1:30 on Saturday but had a nice lunch.

Celebrating 20 Years with my High School Sweetheart
We really enjoyed this villa and it was one of the best ever. Location wise it was really hot but we made it work. The owner was really nice and extremely helpful the entire way. If your looking for some relaxation and a great place book this place.

Perfect desert getaway + great host
Sharona was a great host and her rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and a short walk to a multiple pools. We were given all the information ahead of time to really settle in and enjoy a fantastic week in La Quinta.

Fun, relaxing stay at the pool
I had a lovely family vacation with my 23 year old daughter and 19 year old son. It was our first time to Palm Springs! We relaxed at the pool and the house during the day and ventured into town for dinner and fun sight seeing. The property was WONDERFUL! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious. The owner was so kind and so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful scenery outside, lovely home inside. Truly one of the most pleasant rentals to date. Welcoming accommodations with all the bells & bows! Owners are beyond gracious, home is equipped with every amenity needed for a discerning traveler to feel comfortable. Property is secure, immaculate & conveniently located. Super clean, cozy and amazing oasis! Made for a perfect vacation!
We had an amazing time and loved it so much. The location is perfect - we made full use of the numerous pool options including two that are super close to the condo - can't forget about the awesome larger main pool as well with multiple cabanas to relax in.
The condo is very well cared for and very nice - easily plenty of room for 3- 4 people. Everything was supplied - towels, well-stocked kitchen supplies, washer/dryer. Very comfortable beds too.
Sharona was the absolute best host - she was super responsive and available for any questions or needs we had. Can't wait to return later this year for another stay. Can't recommend this location enough and highly recommend if you're looking for a week+ stay or weekend getaway.

Everything as promised
We had a great stay! The two bedroom master suites are perfect accommodations for two couples or a family.
The deck had a great view of the iconic La Quinta architecture with a view of the grounds and the mountains! A perfect setting for cocktail hour :)

Palm Springs heaven
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us. Close to amazing golf courses and restaurants. The pools were clean and we loved the cabanas. We felt safe in this gorgeous gated neighborhood with beautiful mountain view’s. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
