Cabin was everything it was billed as. Clean, cozy, roomy and the location was close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear in Pigeon Forge Tn. Easy in & out. Great view & close to everything. Cabin was well maintained, 3 levels of bedrooms & most everything you would need in the kitchen. Pool table, TVs & hot tub were great entertainment. Stacked washer/dryer set is small tho. Also would recommend grab handles for each tub for us old folks. Recommend this one!👍

This was a great property. Our family enjoyed the stay and would stay again in future years.

This is my second time booking this cabin. We typically have no issues but this time the cabin was extremely cold. It was between 5-20 degrees outside the entire trip and the bottom level of the cabin would not heat above 63 degrees. It typically stayed in the 50s on the bottom level. The top level got up to 65 degrees one day but the cabin temperature was miserable. We went out and bought blankets and hoodies but we did our best to just stay out of the cabin as much as possible. The thermostat does not go over 75 but the heat still would not kick in. We had to use a space heater in the closet to even stay there. Outside of that the cabin is extremely clean and in a great, central location.

Property was as advertised. Great location. We had 11 people and ages 4 through 86 and all were comfortable. The lower lever bathrooms are small so need to take into consideration for access if disabilities or need assistance. Management company was responsive and very polite. Would stay here again.

It was nice

The cabin was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and loved being able to grill. We had 4 couples and each bedroom having their own bathroom worked perfectly. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Our entire family was able to stay all together and very comfortable. We visited many places during our stay and our cabin was very close in the center of all attractions!!!

We had a great time in a beautiful cabin. The only problems were the dirty floor, shortage of towels and washcloths and the showers could use grab bars.

We had a wonderful time at Cozy Bear. Everything looked and smelled so clean when we first walked in. The location was amazing. We were close to everything yet in the mountains it was quiet. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Leslie

Cozy bear overlook was a beautiful place to stay for our sisters reunion. The location was perfect and very convenient to get to Pigeon Forge activities. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was furnished with everything to compliment our stay. The fireplace provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. We loved having a full bathroom in every bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was tidy and the online listing gave a very accurate description of the cabin. It definitely suited our needs and the location was perfect.

everyone in my group is part of my family and they all were really thrilled with the cabin. It was very clean and just as ad said it would be, except for one thing. We always ride the motorcycles to the area every year and this said there were no steep or curvy roads to the cabin , which wasen't quite true. But, the entrance was not too bad and we loved it. There was eight of us, we each had separate room with attached bathroom. Must be sound proof, upstairs I couldn't hear the people on main floor. Nice hot tub, although we didn't find time to use it. Nice gift for my family. Will want to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at Cozy Bear Overlook. Our family had plenty of room to spread out, and the location was great. The house was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive to some minor issues. Overall we had a fun stay and look forward to returning.

This was a great place for 4 adult couples to get together. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and each room with a bathroom. Great sunrises over the mountains if you rose early. Great space for all to dine.

Property was good but needs some upgrades. Lots of construction around and loud. Cozy but not peaceful for a mountain retreat.

This was an excellent property! It was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. House is in a growing neighborhood but still gave us the privacy that we wanted. Was close to activities, restaurants, and shopping. This property is everything that is in the description. The host was great and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property!!

The property was as described but even better in person. It was quiet around us for the most part, they are building more cabins around the neighborhood but we were out doing things while they were working. The little we were there they weren't very loud. The beds were great. There was 11 of us and not one complaint about the beds (or anything else for that matter) We brought games with us and they even had some there. We played a little pool but to be honest we were too busy out doing things to play much of anything. There were paper towels, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, soap, coffee filters and even coffee to get us started. It was great having the downstairs on its own thermostat, the hot natured slept down there while the rest of us slept upstairs a little warmer. The only thing i would add is a pair of scissors for the kitchen. The hot tub was nice and clean. The jacuzzi in the bedroom never even got used ( like i said we were so nusy doing things in town that it didnt leave a lot of time for doing things at the cabin. We did stay in one night and cooked out but we were enjoying each others company) The cabin is close to everything you want to do. We did Dollywood, The Hatfield and McCoy's dinner show, The Pirate Voyage dinner show, rollercoasters, shopping and more. It was nice coming home to a great cabin at the end of the day. Will stay here again if possible.

This wonderful property has a very abrupt and condescending management company that is upset about communication. They insist they are correct and you being a nuisance. They communicate your entry information the week before and do not have proof you had seen and replied. When you call expect a short and aggressive person on the phone who really does not care if you gain entry on the date of rental or not. They make this clear in the written communication if you read the small print documents with all caps highlighted phases. They are not customer service oriented. Lots of threatening language used in their documents. When leaving you have to email the cleaning service. That email reply was simple and prompt showing someone monitors that account and is polite. It can be done in a logical manner. Rent from them if you want but I would choose someone else. The address on the VRBO site was incorrect according to the entry email from the management company. Thankfully it was just next door to the other address. The confusion and conflict contacting the management team is not worth the effort.

The cabin was great, clean, well supplied and easy access. Only complaint would be the dinning room table that when we placed our paper eating plate on would stick to it.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Cabin was nice and accommodations were good for 6 adults. View of mountains was small but pretty. Only complaint we really had was it could have had some spring cleaning done. Upper deck and windows were very dirty...we actually bought window cleaner and cleaned windows so we could see the view!! All in all enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a great stay. The cabin was clean, spacious and easy to get to. Close to everything. Nice view without the scary mountain roads. We would definitely stay here again.

The internet worker two hour on just one evening of our stay. The response from property manager is on a good day it's not reliable. He added that he didn't have service in Georgia or his family member in the Carolinas. (Didn't make sense to me either) When I mentioned the cleanliness of french fries and candy on floor, I was told they only clean well every four to six weeks. I mentioned the beautiful glass windows hadn't been cleaned recently, I was told the area has a problem with bugs if i recall clearly the bugs urinate on the glass. (The glass can still be cleaned???). The dishwasher didn't release the detergent and we wasted the two tabs the owner provided..... Had to hand wash the dishes. (Message on the fridge made it clear the cleaning crew doesn't do dishes) Clothes dryer lint filter broken..... Both the dishwasher and dryer got the response "They would put a work order in" and "If someone doesn't tell us, we don't know its broke" The gas grill had no propane tank. The cabin layout and location is great! BTW bring toilet paper, because you are restricted to two rolls of one ply per bathroom. The Contruction noise I can accept, however the honking horn and loud music at eight in the morning was not necessary. Once you commit to the stay and give a deposit you get an email where every other paragraph cautions you your credit card will be dinged for about anything they get inconvenienced by. A comment to let you know you better understand their door locks, because if you have a problem, they likely won't be available to help.

The place was nice with great views. The pool table and hot tub provided relaxing enjoyment during our stay. The property was convenient to shopping and restaurants yet was secluded.

BEAUTIFUL cabin, clean and room for everyone. Great service and wood highly recommend this. Will definitely come back.

It was nice having 4 suites with bathrooms. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a pool table in a separate room and a separate TV room. The kids loved it. It’s very comfortable. There’s a bit of construction of cabins nearby so the decks were dusty along with the windows. We were just there for a short visit to Dollywood and this was a convenient location.

Loved the cabin. It was close to everything and it was clean. Will stay here again for sure.

Everything was just as listed. Location was excellent! Having separate bedrooms and baths for each couple was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hope to stay again in the future!

This is our 2nd stay at Cozy Bear cabin and we enjoy the 4 master suites and the roominess. There are a couple of items that should be upgraded (dishwasher and sleeper sofa in main great room). We appreciate the newer refrigerator from when we were there the first visit. Otherwise the cabin is in a great location and provides ample parking for four vehicles.

I found this cabin online and found my dates the cabin was just as was posted. My grandchildren loved it. The location was close to Pigeon Forge but very nice views had plenty of parking and room. Will definitely be booking again.
