Very charming cottage on a quiet street in historic neighborhood, near downtown / Whiskey row. Very comfortable accommodations, great back patio for small-group entertaining, modern amenities. Easy check-in / check-out and very attentive owner made for a relaxing weekend stay.

Our stay here was very nice! Although there were only 3 of us, we had planned on possibly 5 , the house was very cozy and comfortable! It had everything we needed and then-some! I would definitely stay here again! It's pretty quiet, clean, the patio is great, we made dinner one night and had everything we needed! Thank you Larry- We will be back!!

I cannot praise this house enough. It is spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully appointed. The location is a five minute walk to the charming downtown and excellent restaurants. But the best thing about the house was the wonderful patio. Our extended family, in town for the ERAU graduation, came over for a barbecue, and the beautiful landscaping and ample outdoor seating made the afternoon and evening a delight. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was. An award plaque for best historical restoration was well deserved. If you are coming to Prescott, this is the place to stay!

Everything was perfect in our stay at the cottage. Lovely, well stocked and spacious kitchen. Great master closet, roomy bathroom, open floor plan, outstanding location. Fabulous pation with tons of seating. The cottage was a huge contributor to a perfect Prescott visit. We will definately be back. Thank you Larry!

We absolutely fell in love with the Cottage. The private yard/patio is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything necessary for cooking wonderful meals, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom has a fantastic stocking tub. Over all the decor of the entire cottage is lovely. We will be back, most definately.

Everything was clean; except the couch which needs upholstering or replacing. Feathers were leaking out of couch. Also I put the very nice, soft afghan over my legs and my black pants now have either dog or cat hair on them. There are some plumbing issues which houeekeeper knows about but apparently Christmas week is not a good time for maintenance. The bay window was beautifully decorated. Master bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. Son and his wife found guest room pillows need to be replaced. All appliances worked good. Since we were all adult instead of a family with young children our expectations were different in a house. But fireplace was nice and we had dinner for 6 people 3 evenings and the kitchen dining area was good. All in all a good family visit and the living area was good for that

My family and I travelled to Prescott for the Courthouse lighting ceremony and couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Larry’s lovely home. The house was spacious, very well appointed, and the perfect fit for the five of us. I initially misread the description and was prepared to share a bathroom amongst all of us - imagine our pleasant surprise at the way the jack and Jill was set up that basically created two independent bathrooms!! We felt at home and can’t wait to return :-)

What a wonderful area to spend the Holiday season. The location was an easy walk to the adorable Prescott downtown area, that was all decked out with Christmas lights. The house was a perfect size for our family and we felt like we were in our own cozy home enjoying home cooked meals, the cute backyard and the family room gas fireplace was a perfect edition. This home was absolutely lovely and fit our needs while we were in town for a birthday celebrations. It was warm, cozy, and so close to downtown it was easy to walk. This place is a must stay, and the hose was very attentive and kind!

Plenty of space, incredibly clean and lots of provided “extras” in the kitchen - down to coffee! Close to downtown and most everything in walking distance. A pleasure to do business with this very responsive owner.

Complete with all amenities...this lovely, bright, and airy 2 bedroom cottage was a perfect retreat during our recent visit to Prescott, Arizona. Larry Schmidt, the owner, was most gracious and accommodating. My husband and I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking the comforts of a charming home, in a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to the old town of Prescott. This is the only place we would ever want to stay when spending time in Prescott. The townhouse is adorable, the location is spectacular, and the owner is wonderful to work with. We plan to keep coming back every year!

We had a lovely stay at The Cottage on Nob Hill recently. The home is exactly as described and as reviewed by many others. I will add that it was spacious for just my husband & I, but the layout would work really well for 2 couples traveling together. Something I am always looking for, when traveling with friends. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Prescott (with or without friends :).

We love The Cottage!! The pictures almost don’t do it justice! The kitchen was awesome for our family to comfortably be together in the space. It’s much bigger than it looks in the pix! Super cute neighborhood and 2 blocks from shopping and amazing restaurants! The private/spacious patio was great for our dog and us to relax! The weather is perfect in early April! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We have spent the month of March in "The Cottage" for the past two years and have already reserved it for that month in 2019. It is a lovely vacation rental...immaculate, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We especially enjoy the fireplace, spacious well-equipped kitchen, and patio. The location, just a couple of blocks from the Courthouse Square is great! Larry and Katie are very gracious hosts. We highly recommend this property.

We always LOVE staying at The Cottage. Everything about it is wonderful . . . the location, comfort, amenities, etc. We decided on this vacation that The Cottage is our favorite place for a getaway. Can't recommend it highly enough.

This was our second year at the Cottage and we're renting it again in 2018. The weather in August was great - a lot better than Green Valley, AZ. Prescott and the Cottage are pet friendly and our small dogs enjoyed the area - especially the couch in the Cottage where they could snuggle into the cushions. Larry is a great host that goes out of his way to ensure that his customers fully enjoy the properties. All in all, a great stay.

This charming Victorian Cottage is in a prime Prescott location, walking distance to Whiskey Row. We walked to shops and awesome restaurants. We relaxed on the patio with our books and wine under the apple tree. We even ate the apples! We watched TV by the fireplace in the evening. This unit is VERY CLEAN and stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here time and time again.
