This condo is not really a place to hang out, just a place to sleep. It was nice to have a place to make coffee and a light breakfast, but very dark to spend time. We’d also like to say the place needs a good deep cleaning (We cleaned the bathroom fan as it was caked with dust, wiped down the shower and many surfaces). The vacuum in the closet was covered in dust and the bag full. We cleaned off the surface but did not use it. Wiring for tv,Wi-Fi, etc. would be a huge hazard if children were staying and should be bundled and secured. We did enjoy the proximity to the ocean.

the property is just as described - it is small and it has everything- it is a bit dated but functioning. the pull out couch is not that comfortable if you have a third person. the neighborhood is so cute and has many fun shops and good places to eat. the beach is a block away and the sunsets are amazing!

We had a great experience here, perfect location! Love the laid back style of the home and the neighborhood. Short walk to Linden St and literally a 2 min (maybe less) walk to the beach!! We’ll be staying here again for sure.

The pictures and previous reviews accurately describe this small condo. The manager responds quickly and is very helpful. Location is just a short block to beach. Very safe and quiet. It was perfect for the two of us, but would be crowded for four due to small couch and no other seating except 3 wooden chairs at table and two bar stools. We brought our own beach towels, owners had two nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Lots of good small restaurants, we always use Yelp for local finds. The Santa Barbara airport (and car rentals) are extremely easy to use, and just a 20 minute drive.

All in all it was GREAT. Loved the perfect location in a quiet street 2 blocks from one of the central coast's most beautiful beaches. Local businesses adjusted for COVID-19 Lockdown. The kitchen had all cooking essentials. This was a pleasant get away.

We were quite happy staying here, especially for the price. It's a clean, well kept place and very functional for the casual beach-going family we are. We didn't use the TV much, but it was useful to distract the kids at times. There were a few things that a picky traveller would point out: - the assortment of kitchenware was not the best, and some things we could not find (like a strainer) - the dining table could be bigger - no oil/vinegar for cooking - there were some issues with the heating and bathroom fan Overall, however, these things did not worry us. In addition, Kyle was super responsive (considering that it was Thanksgiving) and proactive about addressing our slightest concerns. Thanks! We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
